Description of Work: I purchased a 1 year contract deal through angie's list. They come out quarterly to spray, etc. I have called them in between about about ants, etc. and they come out quickly and it was included in the deal I purchased. They are always friendly on the phone and the techs that come out are very nice too. I would definitely use them again because with 3 small children at home, I don't have time to fight the insect battle myself.

Description of Work: They treated the outside of the house in the vicinity of the termite infestation by trenching and drilling through a concrete slab and injecting Altriset termite killer. I had requested they only treat the area of the problem. The work went well.

Description of Work: We noticed mice poop in our kitchen pantry and called Atlantic Pest for an inspection. They placed 4 baits in the kitchen & basement area and scheduled a visit after 2 weeks. House improvement projects were suggested; in the inspection after 2 weeks, we noticed that the mice had not touched the bait so they placed 2 mice traps in the pantry and that finally worked. |This is probably the process followed by all pest control companies but we felt that we could have placed the trap ourselves and saved us some money. The guy who came to inspect was very knowledgeable though and didn't try to talk us into signing an annual contract or anything (which was our experience with another provider). |Overall, the service was good but was not worth the price for us.

Description of Work: Great job! They encouraged me to call every time I saw any activity and they came out right away. They got rid of the mice. One time I set up an appointment and no one showed up but when I called they sent someone out the next day at an exact time to make up for the missed appointment.

Description of Work: To the positive, appointments were immediately available and technicians were punctual,polite. the 30 day service period is not a guarantee to fix the issue, only to keep coming...after 3+ treatments for mice the problem was not rectified...mice were just as prevalent as when they started...$200 later I might as well not have called (though they did continue to bait place traps etc.) Despite all the other parameters (courteous, professional etc) I can't see using them again if they did not solve the problem. Warning to others, make sure you get a $ back guarantee to eliminate the mice, or keep coming until they do.

+ -1 moreThe company used to be very good. The last 2 years I have been very unhappy. In one case, shortly after our inspection, we found holes in our dining room floor- termites had eaten through. They treated it & no more termites. However, when we need an appointment for inspection it's difficult to find a time, especially as they will only give a 4-hour window. Then they arrived after the set window twice. I could not wait for them & was later told they couldn't come on time because they needed to do a job for someone who could only have them at a set time (which they had refused to do for me). Unfortunately no other company seems willing to take on a new contract unless you are buying a new house. Otherwise, we'd switch.
Description of Work: We have a contract with Atlantic Pest Control & have for more than 20 years. They do an annual inspection & treat termites when found (3 times).

+ -1 moreService person came when scheduled and performed the tasks required. The price I think is a bit steep but I don't know what the prevailing price is. I would certainly call them again for another job.
Description of Work: We had ants in our kitchen and bathroom. Company came and sprayed. Service came with a 3 month warranty, e.g. should the ants return, the company would re-spray. The ants returned (in 2 weeks). The company returned and resprayed. So far the ants have not returned. It's been 3 weeks.
