Overall the experience was excellent. Charles responded quickly to my call for help. He explained everything about termites and the treatment needed in detail. The treatment was scheduled for a time convenient for me. Phil called before coming to do the work and asked if it was ok to arrive 15 minutes early. It consisted of digging a shallow trench in front of the house to apply the termiticide and then replacing the dirt. Holes were drilled through the stoop in front, in the basement and through the patio behind the house and termiticide applied. Everything was done quickly with a minimum of disruption and no mess. The holes were plugged with morter and the treatment completed. The only minor issue is that one of the holes was not plugged. I called about the hole which had not been plugged and they did return to plug it up in a timely manner and at a time that was at my choosing.

I would definitely recommend Atlantic Pest Control to anyone who is in need of pest control. They were very polite, professional, friendly, and efficient. I had a scheduling issue and they bent over backwards to accommodate my request. Excellent service.

Atlantic took care of the situation. I called several other companies and Atlantic's customer service was over the top compared to the other guys. They were straight to the point and their cost was 30 to 40% cheaper than other companies. They did exactly what they were supposed to do.

We had three estimates and decided to go with Atlantic Pest Control because the representative/owner seemed to be very knowledgeable and honest and assured us that this would take care of any future problems/infestations along with their annual warranty which was included. Their serviceman was prompt and courteous and also fit us into their schedule since we were going away for vacation and wanted to get it done before we left. They also were the most reasonably priced of the the three estimates.

It went very well. It was me who ran late for the appointment. I called the company and the representative waited until I came home. At first, the representative explained everything that was going to take place. We both walked through my home and during the walk through, the representative took his time to explain what actions he would take. Just an incredible experience!

We have used them for 5 years. They are great. People are friendly, always take calls. They let you know what time they can come. If you are not home, they do their job. I have never had a bad experience with them.

I used them because of my past experience. It was for clients and I am a real estate broker and I have using them for twenty years. It’s a solid company. They come on time and they do what they say they are going to do. Cost is always what they say it is going to be. They work on time and finish it nice and neat. They also mange to get me in a in a short notice as well. They take care of my clients.

Inspection was $80 but it was deducted from the final price if the service was performed. The inspection was thorough and the service was quick. I've had other pest control companies inspect before, and they were not as thorough. I chose this company because, although they did not provide a warranty, their initial price was low and they would come back for up to a year at $125. This makes sense because you can never tell when bed bugs are coming back. They also promptly answered my follow up questions and provided glue traps for my beds and furniture so I could detect if the bugs returned.

They gave us a 10 percent discount. They were very punctual. We called them and two days later they were here. We were very pleased. I told him that we would call him next year. He also told us what to get to kill the cicada wasps. We were told by the agricultural department that there was nothing we could do. He told us how to do it and we are going to try it tonight.

They are knowledgeable. They were on time. We had a couple of early appointments. They are thorough. They spent a decent amount of time looking around. The gentleman who came was very helpful.

They came back and treated some termite activity that we saw after one of their visits. They are punctual and the price is reasonable. They seem to be knowledgeable.

They have been coming to spray for about 20 years. They are knowledgeable and how what to use to spay for what. They are friendly, courteous and polite. I would recommend them.

I do not have a service contract with them. They come out when they say they are going to come. Sometimes I will not have them do the inside. We have no bugs, so they are doing a good job.

Overall, it was an average experience. I have used their services for several years on a quarterly basis. The downside is that they have no Saturday appointments (they only work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and will only give a four-hour window of time for service. I have had recent ant problems, and they've had to come out several times for follow-up.
