+ -1 moreIt was a pleasure working with Kelly to coordinate the various appointments leading up the the work being done. She is friendly, informative, and responsive. Ryan and co. were timely and professional, and the estimates were fair. Ryan was flexible with his time and I found it incredibly generous of AYS to lend me a portable AC unit as a courtesy until my installation appointment. They were also very considerate in keeping my yard clean and presentable post-installation. Overall, I would highly recommend At Your Service if you need HVAC services. Was delighted with the level of professionalism I was met with.

I would absolutely recommend At Your Service for your downtown Baltimore A/C installation.

He provided many insightful recommendations to prevent the same problem from happening again, and most importantly repaired our AC within 24 hours. I highly recommend "At Your Service Heating & Cooling"!

+ -1 moreOut furnace was cycling between showing on/off. Ruan came out & quickly fielded out the issue- Fairly sensor. When he turned the system on the diaeresis our hent exchanger was cracked. He took the time to explain everything & our options for replacing our 22 ys. furnace. His team drove to UA to Ger the furnace & installed in two days later. His crew was super polite & arrived on time. And have used them 2 x now.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish, out experience with AYS was undeniably the best we've had with any service provider. The initial call was easy and effective; their response was timely and affordable. When Ryan inspected our unit he could've easily charged us for a number of things, but did not. In fact, he explained what to look for and how to fix it should this happen again. It is quite clear they're focus is providing quality service and establishing long-term clientele. We highly recommend AYS and wouldn't consider using any other HVAC provider.
Description of Work: Saturday morning our family woke up to a frigid house (49 degrees). We immediately thought there was no chance we could get someone out to fix it without a ridiculous charge. Our neighbors revered us to AYS. We called AYS that morning around 8 am. Initially, they attempted to help us troubleshoot, but realized it would require a visit. They were upfront about the $89 service fee and potential costs depending on the issue. Less than 2 hours later Ryan Malvaso arrived at our home and immediately diagnosed the issue. Our float switch was off. Ryan corrected the problem and our heat was back up and running immediately.

+ -1 moreWe signed up for a service plan in the summer of 2016. We had our summer and winter maintenance performed. They were efficient and tidy. They arrived at the time they said they would. Our furnace stopped working and we called at 7pm. They arrived and completed the repair before 9 pm. We didn't have to pay an after hours call and got a discount on the service because of our service plan. Everyone we have dealt with, from office staff to field technicians, have been extremely professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Just recently, AYS installed a new boiler and hot water combo system.Service provided by Ryan, Tyler and Joe is top notch! Without reservation, I would HIGHLY recommend AYS for any HVAC needs.

They explained the system in extreme detail and gave several options for dampers. The work was scheduled immediately and the entire install took one day. The technician/installer was very professional and respectful. He was proficient with his work, left the workplace the way he found it with no mess, and gave a thorough explanation of the system before leaving. Description of Work: I called At Your Service number 8 Pm on a Sunday night looking for help after I called BGE Home which I had a service contract with for thirteen years, they said that they could schedule me for late that Monday afternoon just like always it seemed we were last, after all those years paying $25.95 for a contract . it didn't seem to matter. At your Service heating and cooling had a technician at my house the next morning at 9AM. it was diagnosed that the capacitor had went bad. The repair was made and the Tech had noted I was on borrowed time. Sure enough the system was failing. I called the Business line made the appointment and the owner was there the next day to discuss my options. we had decided to replace the system with a Energy efficient Trane unit. the contractor also offers financing and is aware of all energy star rebates.
