Tech was very friendly and assured me a complete service check and any leaks repaired. When he left with my 2900 bucks I checked the inside units and the filters were solid black with dust and no air flow. I took photos and sent them in the next morning and was told they were taken before service so I put the filters in front of tv to show time and date. Then company said cleaning filters is not part of the service but xtra. Don’t accept service unless you get a written receipt and quote in writing. They do not have reviews on FB because they are so bad they won’t post them. Buyer BEWARE!! There are court cases pending and there is going to be more!!

My 18 year old HVAC system failed right before the summer last year. I got several estimates, and went with At Your Service. Mike Caniglia led the installation team and they all a great job explaining what was happening and keeping me updated. The heating and cooling system has worked properly with no problems ever since. At Your Service wasn't the least expensive option, but you get what you pay for and I paid a fair price for excellent work. I would definitely hire them again.

The technician recharged the ac. Says he put in 4lbs. I have no idea but I spoke to another company who I tried to use and they thought my size system wouldn't hold that much. Again, I have no way of knowing but the technician didn't replace the air filter, he left it out completely so my system was running without a filter after he left. Customer service is terrible to the point of harassment. They called my cell phone at 6:21am demanding payment, saying this was my final call and I would be sent to collections. This happened on June 10, 2021 only 5 days after service was done on June 5th! This is for one of my rental properties and I pay all my invoices and bills within 30 days which most businesses expect. My crefit score is high. Who gets threatened with collections 5 days after service and called at 6:21am? I will pay them shortly but I would never ever use this company again

At Your Service identified and fixed longstanding problems in our ductwork. We consulted several HVAC contractors but they were the only ones who would take the time to try to understand the problem. The service technician showed real initiative and technical knowledge in proposing a solution and implementing it. At Your Service was not inexpensive but the expense seems to have been worth it.

Terrible these people are not good at what they do they charge me $89 for a diagnosis of the system then told me I needed a gas valve and charged me $545. After they installed the gas valve did not solve the problem and wanted to charge me $9 00 additional dollars to replace a furnace control board I told them don't install and I had another furnace installed which cost me $750 for a new unit prior to that they sent out a tech and tried to sell me a 8900 train system these people were just parts changing hoping to fix the problem and then when that didn't work try to sell me a new system fraudulent would never hire these people to do any work

Since my existing equipment was almost 20 years old I called 4 HVAC outfits for an estimate. Out of the 4, only AYS showed up on time, was courteous and professionally attired. Ryan was very accommodating and listened to my concerns and needs. Ryan provided recommendations but did not apply any high pressure sales tactics. We decided on a unit with accessories that best suited my needs and at a reasonable cost. This particular unit had a 4 week lead time, but Ryan was able to utilize his many contacts and found one in stock at another location. Needless to say, the whole job was performed in less than 3 days and before Christmas day, Scott and his crew were very courteous, neat, and maintained a professional demeanor through out this whole process. I would highly recommend At Your Service Heating and Cooling and will use them again for all of my HVAC needs.

They checked our water heater and suggested repairs, completed them, but did not notify us it didn't work properly and gas leaked into home for days before we noticed. They came back after putting off our calls and told us we'd have to fix the water heater for 700$ not including the 189$ we had paid to have it "fixed" in the first place. Thanks.

After submitting a request for a quote Sunday evening, I was very pleased to receive a call from the company Monday morning. We set up a time for the next morning to have my hot water heater looked at. between 10 am and noon. My address, phone number and email were confirmed on the phone. No one showed up for the appointment and I was not contacted. Very disappointing from a company that has such good reviews on here.

Tech worked for over 2.5 hours and was thorough and efficient. Working both indoors and outside (in 100 degree heat index), he inspected and fine-tuned all units. A previous company we worked with performed only cursory checks as part of a service contract, so we were surprised and pleased to receive such a thorough inspection and adjustments. Customer service is always A+ with At Your Service. Highly recommend.

Tech was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Scheduled an appointment to have my unit fixed. Very happy I found this company.

Overall the experience was fine. The technician was running behind and got there late. I ended up calling the shop to make sure they were still going to show up. Nice guy. I just had to be out of the house for my sons appointment. Ended up having him lock up.

I had this company install a Trane XR80 in August 2017 and had a very good experience. I had one warranty call to fix the box the filter inserted to because it was not aligned properly and this was done quickly and with no issues. However, this last call leaves me uncertain about AYS. My heating system suddenly started making a loud rattling noise when it started up. The system has run beautifully quiet over the past year so it was concerning to hear this noise. I called and AYS came out right away, which I appreciate, but at the end of the service call I was told this is "normal" and there was nothing they could do. The more I think about it, the more unhappy I am as something does not add up. Now, instead of the 5K heating system I was enjoying, I now have a system that sounds like junk every time it starts in the evening, several times an evening. The technician told me the unit was right under the living room intake which is why I hear it so pronounced and that's just the way it is (in so many words), that he sees this all the time. At this point I know something has changed, I just don't know what. I do know that I would not have chosen this system if someone had told me before I signed that a year+ in it would develop this rickety noise and I'd be stuck with it. Somehow I feel whatever is happening will break the system at some point and I'll then be out of warranty. So, take from that what you will but at this point I am very torn on AYS.

A.C. was not working. Tech showed up on time, but did not speak about any of the charges until work was completed. Felt buckle and dimed.

My repair man was excellent! During a heat wave, my AC unit decided to quit on me so I called At Your Service. They were able to come out that same week, earlier than my appointment time ,since I mentioned I was going out of town the scheduled repair day, and get the job done. It was nice that I got a phone call ahead of time saying when to expect my repair man. Since he did not have the part with him, he was willing to run back to his office, check to see if they had the part in stock, fix my unit and made sure everything was up and running. I would definitely recommend and will use again!
