I called around 8:15 am and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They arrived at my house within the hour. Problem solved. Courteous and quick.

I have used them for years and they have always been excellent. They were prompt in coming out to fix the boiler. I left a message the night before at 11 O'clock and they were here the next morning. They figured out what the problem was, they went to get the part, came right back and fixed it, so within a couple of hours I was back at work. They cleaned the mess and got right out of here. They are trustworthy. I never felt like they sold me anything that I didn’t need.

I called. They fixed it. They left and gave a 30 day warranty.

Called for plumber at 7:00 at night and they arrived by 7:30. The leak was fixed in less than 5 minutes. It was an easy fix so they charged us zero dollars even though it was late at night. Again, they charging nothing for for a job at 7:30 at night. Very nice people, hope they enjoyed the home made rhubarb pie we gave them.

I called. I was told that I'd get a callback. That was two days ago. No callback yet.

Complete disappointment. I first contacted Aqua Plumbing in early July and set up an appointment to get an estimate for a boiler replacement. I had already had the oil tank removed and all the company had t was come in and replace the boiler. It took me over 5 phone calls to set up the estimate visit. You never talk to anyone in the company. The answering service routes all calls and Aqua calls you back when they want to. In my case over 2 weeks later after repeated calls by me. Using email is even worse. No response whatsoever. I finally left several irate message for the company president, Don Peyton, who only called after he returned from "vacation" and he "switched" to a new email address and contact info. He claimed that he need another week to review the notes and make an estimate. When I did finally got an estimate from Don, I asked him to honor the Angie's List discount for members but from that point on, he never responded and I have no contact with the company at all. I have since given the job to another more reputable company.

water heater was acting up. Called Don. Called me back right away to schedule for next day service. Went out to diagnose but discovered nothing wrong however remained accessible if problem came back which it did same night. Determined not a plumbing issue and Recommended an electrian who was just as helpful. If I ever do have an issue in future will definitely call Aqua Plumbing again.

The plumber arrived on time, same day that I called for an appointment. He removed the mixing valve and shower/tub lever and showed me how dirty they were, and said that cleaning them would probably resolve all three issues rather then replacing the (expensive) parts. So I went with his recommendation and had him clean up the parts and reassemble everything. He also showed me how to remove/clean the parts myself in case I needed to do it in the future (I moved a week later, so haven't needed to try it myself). Once that was done, everything worked great! I was very pleased with the cost, responsiveness and professionalism.

Well, it went very well. They came out and apprised the situation, ordered parts and returned in a couple of days. They called frequently to let me know when they would be at my house to I could stay at work. There was a brief delay so that they could attend to an emergency. As mine was not an emergency, I told them to of course take care of the other problem first. It was good to know that if I ever had an emergency they would do whatever they could to get to me asap. Their workers are quick, friendly and do a really good job of cleaning up afterwards. They charged me exactly what the estimate was and I felt it was a very fair price.

They did an excellent job. Did not waste any time.

Contractor provided a quote and a date to perform the job. Everything went as planned. They did an excellent job.

On 8/3/11, I contacted the Aqua Plumbing and spoke to a female and described the poblem. She told me someone would contact me. And, I did ge a call back later int he day and was told that hey would be at my house between 2:30 and 3:00. They failed to show nor did I get a call. I have various health problems and need the rest in the afternoon and which I was unable to do as I was waiting for the plumber. 5 days later, I still have not heard from the plumber. Now, I don't want to hear from them. Poor professionalism and lack of basic manners.

I was able to schedule same day service (no additional charge) and min. charge for the service visit was disclosed over the phone prior to confirming my appointment. Arrival was on time and he had the approrpiate part available for the repair based on my description of the problem when scheduling the service call. The plumber also pointed out several other things I could easily do on my own to help prevent the problem from re-occuring.

Regarding the main break, they came out on a Sunday and found the problem was for the city to fix. They didn't even charge me for that call. I would highly recommend them.

I needed a shut off valve installed for my outside spigot. It froze and burst last winter, and I had been procrastinating on calling a plumber. Aqua was able to come out within 2 days. Arrived on time, two very pleasant guys. Put in a shutoff valve. When they left, however, I discovered a problem in that the solution they came up with meant that another water supply was cut off. I didn't blame them; I've got a really old rowhouse with very "unique" plumbing. I called them, and they came right back. Discovered the problem, made another appointment to come back. Again, arrived on time. The guys showed me every step, showed me how to operate valves, explained everything. They ended up replacing the spigot entirely, and did not charge me for the first visit.

I made the appointment about two weeks in advance in order to have the work done on my day off. The folks in the office warned me that emergencies may arise that might make them need to reschedule my appointment. They confirmed the appointment on the Friday before the date. On the morning they were scheduled, Aqua called saying they had an emergency call and might have to post postpone my appointment. Then they called back and asked if they could check out the job which they did. Then they left and returned within the hour and finished the work in about an hour, So far the new valve cut offs are working fine. The only minor problem was that they left some black marks on the wall next to access door to the bathroom.

Very well...we called Aqua Plumbing on a Sunday evening (during the Raven's championship game, no less) and John offered to come out that night after 9PM or the next morning around 1PM. Due to the game being on, we opted for an appointment on the next day. John called us promptly the next morning and even offered to show up earlier since he had just finished a job nearby. He showed up 15 minutes later, evaluated the problem, and fixed it quickly. He had to go into the cellar, which required moving some large items out of the way. After he was done, he moved everything back to its original position and left the place as he had found it.

Two guys showed up on time. Experienced some problems with rusted bolts. Got the job done at the quoted price.

They not only helped us with our problem, they took the time to educate us on it as well. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all our friends. After the problem was fixed, my toilets flush like new.

The technician called prior to showing up and confirmed his arrival time. He showed up on time and easily assessed the situation. The job was completed with accuracy and efficiency. I felt the technician was very knowledgeable about the issue and handled it professionally. I would recommend them to anyone.

EXCELLENT, I LOVE MY HOT WATER. ITS SO NICE TO TAKE A BATH. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SERVICE AND THE PROMPT RESPONSE. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.
