Great. Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday. They returned our call right away. They came out to assess it ASAP. We’ve used them for about 2 years and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Amazing. Matt and Dillon investigated the purported problem thoroughly and determined that the pipe was not broken and it would pass inspection. They were so professional and courteous. If you need a plumber, call Aqua. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They did a great job! Don and Eric came over with a new pressure switch, which got my old boiler working again. I thought it was done for, but their persistence and a bit of wizardry paid off for me. I am so grateful to have them around and would not hesitate to recommend them.

HE DID FIND A PROBLEM WITH MY HOOK UP THAT NO ONE ELSE DID.

Although flush with business due to frozen pipes all over town they managed to squeeze me in and take care of my problem. Communication was great, they were courteous and cleaned up well after their work. Another problem down the drain.

Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more.

Continuously found more work needed to be done

They were very responsive, came the same day to take a look so that they could install following morning. They came right at the beginning of the time window and finished as promised after couple of hours. HOWEVER, when it came to the coupon (which reads: "AQUA PLUMBING & HEATING CO, Water Heaters – $25 off any job for Angie's List members either 10% off up to $250.00 off bill***Please mention coupon when scheduling") they did not give me the 10% off (w`hich `would have been 132.50 USD) but $25 off on 1350 USD. Upon me asking they said the coupon is "awkwardly worded" and it's the $25 off - period. If I would have known that or the person I scheduled with and mentioned the coupon to would have informed me, I would chosen another provider with a better deal.

Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit.

Showed up within an hour and a half of my initial call, fixed the faucet and recommended getting a replacement head that would work better because the existing one had threads wearing down.

They're very easy to work with. They respond quickly to service requests and trust in their clients. I use them for a few different properties around Baltimore.

I had a difficult time tracking down a responsive, reasonably priced plumber, even through Angies List. Aqua has been fantastic. They were responsive to my calls and questions. I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. I'm thankful I now know who to call for my plumbing needs.

Arrived on time and made the repair without a problem.

These guys do a great job. They're friendly, professional and their prices are reasonable. A drop cloth was placed on the floor in the basement where the work was being performed in order to prevent a mess. They came same day and when they weren't able to repair the issue, promptly came back the next morning to resolve it. We would highly recommend them and definitely consider using them again in the future.

Called on Saturday morning. Plumber called back within 5 minutes and was here to asses situation within 45 minutes. He was honest and stated that I could wait until during the week (cheaper). He stated he would be back first thing Tuesday. Received a call Tuesday morning confirming and he was here early to complete the work. Respectful, prompt and honest. Definitely recommend.

The team was professional from the moment I called to ask questions. The team was prompt, efficient, honest, and made sure all of our needs were met. They arrived on time & took care of the issue with ease. I will definitely be hiring this company again in the future. They really went the extra mile.

I called Aqua and set a date up for them to come out and price the installation of a toilet. They came out and looked and then never called me with an estimate. I called them and they said they would have one of the guys who came out call me back. He never called.

Excellent service and super friendly.

Very prompt response once the service call was placed. The plumber arrived the next day (even though I stated that it was not an emergency!) which was wonderful. An arrival time was established, and the plumber was in constant contact with me throughout the day to let me know that he would be arriving a bit late. The job was done easily and quickly. I was not at home at the time of the service (my parents were there), and payment was set up at a later date. I would DEFINITELY use Aqua again-great neighborhood business which I prefer to support.

Amazing service. My heat went out overnight and I called Aqua for an emergency fix. Even though though typically don't work on my type of unit they came out anyway and helped me out. Great customer service and they were very knowledgeable and helped show me things to look for in the future. They have all my future business!!!!!

They came when they said they would worked quickly and neatly and were very friendly and professional. Love that they're right in the neighborhood.

The hardest part of the job was making sure that this was the reason for two problems. Fred diagnosed the problem and recommended the solution. Along with Chad the tested and concluded all with a conversational manner.
