Description of Work: fixed drain clog with garbage disposal in sink.

Description of Work: I got a phone call from my tenant about the Hot Water Heater and water coming out of it. Aqua Plumbing quoted me on a Sunday and was out at the house first thing Monday Morning with a new gas water heater. The price was about average compared to other companies. I gave the service tech the tenants phone number to gain entry and all work was completed on time with no additional charges.

Description of Work: Pulled the toilet, replaced the ring and checked the pflange. Replaced the bolts that hold the toilet in place. Cleaned up and were done in less than 30 min.

Description of Work: Came to checkout a leak. Information was given no other services provided because of time restraints.Very happy with their input.

Description of Work: Fred made the quickest appt. of three plumbers I contacted. He came out the following morning, assessed the situation, put drain cleaner down a slow/ clogged drain, gave a full report, and refused payment for his services! He could have cleaned the drain line running across the front yard, which we assumed was clogged with roots, and charged me hundreds of dollars for the same result! You can be sure the good will he earned that day for his honesty and kindness will be rewarded with our business the next time we need a plumber! Thanks again, Fred! You're a good man, and clearly you have your clients' best interests at heart.

Description of Work: 11/28: Tim (my partner) called AQUA but only secretary replied and saying they are out on site. Will have AQUA return his call. | |AQUA called Tim on the same day. They discussed our old gas water heater briefly. It probably would cost us $900. It would have cost more if AQUA were to come on the weekend. AQUA tried to find a similar model on the same day and come to our place. When they found out it was not available. AQUA ordered it and it would be available on Monday for them to pick up. Then AQUA gave us a second estimated cost for a new upgraded gas water heater plus the labor fee: $1,200. | |12/01: AQUA asked Tim for more details and he sent photographs of it in the actual setting. They changed the fee from $1,200 to $2,200 because AQUA would have to reconfigure the pipes and gas set up since the previous installer installed the old one incorrectly. And, it was in a tight space. Then AQUA mentioned they needed to pay for the permit fee. AQUA picked it up after we approved the expense and labor fee. | |12/02: AQUA showed up late on the Tuesday morning at our residence. Tim had to cancel his freelance job because AQUA couldn't be at our place earlier. Tim wanted to make sure AQUA completed the job of draining and removal of the old gas water heater and oversee replacement with the new one (and a new pan). They showed Tim how to turn it off and reset it when needed. AQUA took $150 off from their fee. Tim was pleased with their performance but he was not crazy about their price.

Description of Work: We've had a problem with roots growing in our sewer lateral since we moved into a new house, and have had a plumber out a few times already to fix the problem. We called Aqua to put a camera down the line to see why it kept becoming blocked. They had previously been to my house a month before to clear the problem, and did clear it, but the camera showed that the root was not being completely cleared because the pipe was too wide. | |For no extra cost they cleared it again and kept at it until it looked on the camera like it was almost completely gone. I was happy that they actually seemed to care about whether the problem was fixed or not, even if they had to stay a little bit later than they were supposed to, while still honoring the original price they quoted me.

Description of Work: Came out and looked at my issue and provided accurate advice for no charge. Good, honest guys...
