Marlin and Russell were efficient and careful with their removal of the items from our home. They approached even the heavy and bulky items as if it was routine! They were pleasant, careful not to damage the house, and concerned about the cleanliness of the areas from which they removed the items. We have already recommended them to one of our neighbors, and would engage them again if needed.

They did a great job. They were very nice.

They called that they would be late. They were late (1 1/2 hrs for an 8 AM appt), you would think that they would know if the local landfill was open to unload their truck of materials picked up at previous customer. It was Veterans Day and the landfill was closed. Do not call the 800 number for customer satisfaction, they are of no value, do not care and are not interested in addressing the local contractor being late. Once they arrived they worked hard to remove the junk and haul it away.

They were on time, fast and resposive to my concerns.

Everything was great. Timeframe for pick-up was 9-11AM. They called at 9:00 to say they would be arriving in 15 minutes. They arrived at 9:15 and finished at 9:40. The two young men who came, Steve and Jack, were professional and friendly. They introduced themselves and I showed them what needed to be taken. They gave me the estimate and I agreed. I could not believe how quickly they had everything loaded in the truck. And I got a discount for being an AAA member. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing to have junk hauled away.

The service was very good, they did an excellent job, they hauled and they clean. They were right on time and I will absolutely use them again. I was very satisfied.

From scheduling the appointment on the phone through the haul-away, everyone was so nice and upbeat. They sent an e-mail confirmation and called in the morning before they came. When they were going to be running a little later than their stated arrival time (still well within the 2-hour time block), they called again. I had gotten a good sense of the pricing on the phone, and when the guys (very professional and in clean uniforms) got there and saw what they would be taking, they gave me the exact pricing, which was very reasonable. They removed everything from the basement and were very careful not to hit the stairway walls on the way up. They were finished and gone in less than a half-hour. It was all so easy. I would definitely reccommend them.

It was a great experience. The employees were professional and courteous. They arrived on-time and gave a quote upfront. They performed the work quickly and well beyond my satisfaction. A little pricey but well worth the quality of work that was done versus doing it ourselves.

They arrived early after calling to let me know they were on their way. They had to take the sofa out a sliding glass door and over the deck railings. Those two guys were completely non-pulsed about the weight of the sofa or the fact that they had to go over deck railings. They were just wonderful.

i booked online (and received a $10 discount for doing so). I received a follow-up call confirming my scheduled time frame of 4:30-6:30 PM. The day of pick up i received a call informing me that they were on their way.They said they would be here btwn. 4:45-5 PM. They arrived at 4:50 and were finished in 10 mins. The gentlemen were polite and efficient.

My appointment window was from 1630-1830. The driver called at 1640 and indicated they would arrive by 1715. They arrived exactly at that time, and within 15 minutes had completely loaded up all the items I had. They were polite, professional, efficient, and removed everything I wanted gone - and nothing I DIDN'T want gone. This is my second experience with this business and I am a very, very satisfied customer. I definitely plan on using them again.

The young men who came to the house were very polite. They did what they said they could do even tough I didn’t think they could do it. They were very courteous. They had to take the screen off the window but couldn’t get it back on. That was the only thing they couldn’t do. Other than that everything was great. They had also entered my attic. They were a little pricey, but good. I’d hire them again.

Now, that's the idea! After several unsuccessful attempts with smaller haulers from Angie's List (who never returned calls or showed up), I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK. They're great -- they've really figured out the right way to do this. After calling, I had an appointment within 10 minutes. They showed up 3 days later (holiday weekend), gave an estimate in about 5 minutes, and gave me the option of declining, which really takes the pressure off. Pricing is only based on how full their truck gets, unless it's really dense stuff like concrete or soil. Our price was for about 1/3 of a truckfull -- an entire old 10'x7' deck, a 10'x4' workbench, and several bags of drywall, wood scraps, and branches. The two guys were very professional, and the whole service had a very crisp, clean feeling to it. I'd say the price was a tad high (I was hoping for $200-$250), but I suppose that's the premium you pay for great service, a big brand name, and people who will actually show up and do the job.

Got Junk was timely and efficient it's a really great service, especially for the elderly. The people were friendly and helpful, and carried everything out for me as well.

The 1-800-GOT-JUNK truck was in my neighborhood hauling away some of my neighbor's old furniture. I asked if they had enough room in their truck to fit an old sleeper sofa which was too big and heavy for me to lift and move by myself. The two very nice, professional and polite young men inspected the sofa and agreed to haul it away for $80. They were able to carry it out with no damage to my home or yard and they did it on the spot in less than 10 minutes. They took a check and gave me a receipt as well as more information on the company. They said that besides calling, you can even book an appointment on line for the day and time and tell them how much time the job will approximately take. They will haul away small or large jobs and will clean out entire rooms or even homes. The price is calculated by the truckload. This is a great service for someone like me who doesn't have a truck, doesn't know anyone who has a truck, or doesn't have anyone to do this for a reasonable price.
