On time, quick, cleaned up after. Have used before and will again.

Arrived on time but the two men - one in particular - started complaining about the process not going fast enough (it was a 20 minute job!). And for those 20 minutes they charged over $500. They are overpriced, spoiled, and over-advertised for mediocre service. Use Goodwill or many other well-deserving places.

They were prompt and they give you a discount price if you used them for the very first time. They were great. They were careful not to bump into walls carrying the TV out. They were very efficient.

Mike and Ryan arrived and were extremely professional and removed a very heavy iron stove insert that was installed in the 1970s. They removed the brick inserts first and then carefully pulled out the unit and were very cautious about the floors. They even swept up some of the soot that was shaken out of it. We have used the 1-800-Got-Junk folks four times now. Sometimes the pricing may be a tad higher than the competition but the level of service you get is far far superior to anyone else. They call in advance, show up on time and handle very difficult jobs. They are the most pleasant crew and they are extremely respectful to the home. This stove was not your ordinary junk and the guys did a great job as always. What is great is our neighbors watched them remove some things and they were impressed with how they were doing the work They came over to get their information. . They also liked the fact that reusable things were placed in the truck with care. When one is removing things from a relative who passed away, it is nice that they try to recycle and reuse things that are hard to place or donate otherwise.

1-800 Got Junk was very easy to deal with. They called to confirm and showed up on time. After showing them the items we wanted hauled away, they gave an estimate. They were willing to deal with an old piano that no other junk hauler wanted to deal with. While they are a little more expensive, they are extremely professional and great to deal with.

I called for an estimate and was told told that they would send someone. I said I have a riding mower and a gas grill, all out front and ready to load. They said it's based on a the amount of the space it takes up. I was told that the lowest charge they have was 129. I saw another Angies list ad for $99, so I said that 129 was too high. She went to ask a supervisor and came back ad said it was authorized for $99. So I made an appt for the next day. They came right on time. The driver looked at a chart and said a riding mower and a gas grill would be more than what I was quoted. They had set prices on a chart for items. I believe it was supposed to be more like 180. So if they have the chart, the girl who answered the phone must have too... Any ways I said i was authorized for 99 and he looked at a note and said oh sorry, didn't see that - ok, it was 99. They took my charge card. They loaded the items and off they went. I am not sure how anyone could really afford to use them as a clean out service based on what they were going to charge me for 2 items that took them 5 minutes to load and take away? But then I guess some people figure it's worth it!

They were very professional and thorough. When a mistake was made in billing, they more than made up for the error. I very much appreciated the honesty and communication regarding the mistake.

Very courteous and professional, from beginning to end. I would never use anyone else again. This is a professional company that you can trust. I used someone else before also on Angi's list and it was a big mistake. Angi's list is not always dealing with reputable and professional companies. Be very careful who you hire. This is actually a company that I hired without going on angi's list and I now found them again on Angi's list with a good reputation and reviews, that I also agree with. Do NOT hire these fly by night trash haulers that are not a professional company. Angie's List needs to change who they put on their company listings. You can go to another FREE home professionals site and get better results than you can from Angie's list, which we have to pay for.

The whole thing was an “A”. I will tell other people that it was a good quality of work that they did for me and they are easy to deal with.

They called and asked if they could arrive 30 minutes early, which was great, and that is when they arrived. They looked at my items and gave me a price that I found very reasonable. Within 30 minutes they had removed the four items. It was raining very hard and they took the trouble to put on booties to protect my carpet. Both men were very respectful, neat and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

I tried to contact them four times via Angie's list's messages. They never responded. Don't need my business, I guess.....

They took away television set, book shelf, broken boards and appliances that were not working again. I would recommend them because they did a good job and they were on time. They were courteous and they cleaned up after themselves.

Well done, slightly early then quick. Less than 30 minutes and took everything I asked them to. Clean, professional and personable.

The service team called me prior to my appointment window to inform me that do to a flat tire on the truck they would arrive late and offered to reschedule me if necessary. The fact that they were proactive in calling me was great (Flats happen to everyone). Once they arrived the two service men quickly assessed my load and presented me with an upfront price that was guaranteed not to rise (and did not rise). Once we agreed on a price, they set about their work and completed the job quietly and in a timely manner.

They were courteous, cooperative, considerate, and efficient. I especially liked that they donate as much of what they pick up to charitable organizations. Charitable organizations cannot enter homes due to liability issues, but these people did not have that issue. They rearranged items in order to access the stuff I wished to get rid of. They have a regulated fee schedule so I didn't have to wonder if they were overcharging, although it was a bit more expensive than I had wished. All in all, a great experience.

The crew were punctual, thorough, and did good job of cleanup when they were done loading the truck. All in all I was pleased with everything except the price. I think that they charge too much for their service, and at the time there we not much competition so they could charge a high price.

They were fast and efficient and took the furniture with ease and accuracy.

They were very good and efficient. Nice guys too. I think the price was high, but I needed to have some of the items removed asap, and they were there in a few hours after I called. They promise to recycle as much as they can and said Goodwill would take the entertainment center. The prices are set by a chart they have on space taken up in their van.

These boys are wonderful. Sharply dressed, very personable, on time and cheerful. They smile and have a solid can-do attitude. They were very honest about how much things would cost and helped us adjust which thing we were asking them to move because we had a limited budget. It's been years since I've been treated so well by a service person. There was absolutely no pressure to use them. They come and make a free assessment of what it will cost, and if you don't like the price, they leave and you owe nothing. In the end they needed less room in their truck than they had estimated, though I suspect this is part of their business model, estimating high and then making you feel grateful it's less! They cleaned up so well we couldn't tell they'd been here. Now we are preparing our house for sale and we are hiring them again. A plus!

They arrived early, were very friendly. They first overestimated the price, which I appreciated because when it came out to less that's always a nice surprise. They were able to remove things fairly quickly. The only concern I had was they didn't quite seem to know how to move furniture in and out of elevators very well. That being said, they got to done and didn't cause any damage to the elevator. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely use them again.

This is the 4th time that I have used Got Junk over the last few years. Jason came today, worked alone, and did a terrific job. I had excellent service all four times that I have used this service. All staff have been very professional. I intend to use them again in the future.

They were wonderful. They pulled everything out, we decided what to keep and what to get rid off, they put the keep items back in an organized manner and took the items we no longer wanted with them. This was no small task as we have had 25 years to accumulate stuff. It was so freeing and worth every penny.

It was expensive, but I was desperate. I have spent thousands with them. I would use them again.

We had demo-ed some brickwork in the front of the house and were looking for a company to remove it. We scheduled an appointment via the handy online scheduling system. The next day, the company came and gave us a price quote of $590 but said they would have to return with a different truck. Two days later, they came again, and said they couldn't remove the items with the truck they had, and that it would cost $2,000-$3,000. So that was a waste of time and energy. They need to get their communication with each other coordinated better.
