The kitchen turned out lovely! Our contractor, Greg, was really great.

Overall, we were very happy with the work that was done. Our only complaint was that on three occasions, we left messages for the person in charge of the job and although the problems were taken care of, he did not return our did not return our phone calls. The workers were all polite, neat and professional. * While the price for the job was higher than the quote, it is because we opted for a higher quality siding, gutters, soffits and fascia.

Very very well. Took a while to get scheduled due to weather, but worked out well.

We signed up for a bathroom remodel Angie's deal, hoping to save some money from one other estimate that we had received. In the end we might have saved $1000-1500 (not as much as I had hoped for but still a savings). I worked with Chris Roe (not the owner of Kris Konstruction, another Chris) who was wonderful. He met with me, took measurements, wrote down my wish list, and came back with an estimate. He suggested several different retailers for me to use to pick out tile for the floor/tub surround, and counter tops, vanity, sink, toilet, etc. After being frustrated with one of the retailers, Chris recommended that I meet with him again in their showroom to pick out a vanity, as well as giving me another option for the granite counter top. The vanity that I picked out from the Kris Konstruction showroom has ended up being perfect, as well as the counter top from a place in Columbia. I love the end result! Once the work was started (after some delay due to the company having booked so many of the Angie's deals), it took considerably longer to complete the job than we were first told; mostly due to miscommunications with the others who were doing various parts of the job and again, the fact that the company was swamped with other projects. We didn't always know for sure who was coming and when and even when we were given a schedule, it didn't always happen. While that was a bit frustrating, it really wasn't a big problem in the end. (That is why I chose to give slightly less than an "excellent" in all categories.) Overall, the quality of the work that was done was very good and the bathroom has been a dream--fulfilling all of my wish list!

In the beginning wasn't aware of long space in time between signing contract to start date. Make sure you get that information. We knew they were busy, but it took a while to start our project. We were very LUCKY to get Jeremy Miller for our kitchen project. Jeremy and is very thorough. He is very neat & clean as he is going along. You don't have to worry that clean up is at the very end. Jeremy was in great demand and called away from our project a few times. But he is worth the wait. We really appreciate you Jeremy and thank you for your nice work. Also please thank your electrician.

They did an excellent job. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Although the work took longer than estimated, the end result is a beautiful kitchen

Kris Konstruction came in a little higher than other estimates but I believe that the quality of their work will indeed justify this pricing differential. Sometimes you do get exactly what you pay for and after visiting their showroom and reviewing their references and portfolio, Kris Konstruction strikes me as a premium contractor. Kris Roe, the design specialist, was fabulous. He actually LISTENED to me and provided me with suggestions and design concepts that were perfectly aligned with my wishes. The 3D renderings were exactly what I envisioned for my dream kitchen, and I left the showroom with printouts of the remodel to mull over. I have been looking at them off and on for weeks and each time become more and more excited about an updated kitchen. I am very excited and surprisingly confident & at ease (something foreign to me when it comes to remodeling) to proceed with this remodel. I will update afterwards & expect to have plenty of gorgeous photos to post!

It went really well. Kris came out, he actually arranged his schedule and was very flexible. He was able to come out on a day that both my husband and I available. He come to our house on 2 different occasions and provided us a very detailed design of our kitchen. He then arranged for us to come in on a weekend to preview that design in his showroom which was wonderful. I really enjoyed working with Kris. I felt that he was very upfront with us in terms of what date they could provide us and what the cost be in our situation. We chose not to move forward with actually remodeling our kitchen with them just based on the budget we had and the options that they could provide. From that aspect I would highly recommend them. The only disadvantage is that they are located far away from where we live so it was over an hour away.

I was really disappointed that they didn't call me and explain and just put a check in the mail. It seemed so impersonal.

We had a great discussion about moving my appliances and what cabinetry I wanted. We said we would have a meeting after Thanksgiving; roughly 2 weeks. Due to the holidays, I did not reach out to the Service Provider, but here we are in January and I have not heard back from him after several attempts of reaching out to him.

They were really good. One thing that was really nice was that they found a leak in the roof and repaired it. We were looking to get that repaired. Other people wanted to put a whole new roof on and he just repaired it, saving us thousands. He was very fair and honest. He did a good job!

I would definitely consider this company in the future - very professional and thorough. Another highly rated company quoted about 5% less than them so I opted for the lower price, although both were equally rated and both professional.

Kris was great to deal with. We started the project in June, but I traveled a lot this summer and Kris allowed me to put the job on hold until I returned without asking for final payment until everything was completed to my satisfaction. When i wasn't 100% satisfied with painting, he sent out a new painter and immediately made everything perfect. Kris even absorbed the cost of upgraded seamless glass doors because the price was miscommunicated to me by the supplier. We also purchased the vanity directly from Kris and it is absolutely perfect. I picked out all of my own materials which is where most of my cost was. I used high end materials. I will definitely use Kris Konstruction again when I am able to begin work on our 2nd bathroom renovation.

He was absolutely fabulous. I felt it was a pretty fair price. They were very clean and did a beautiful job.

They did a great job and showed up on time and cleaned up well around the house.

I might use them for other services, but not roofing. The products were good and the skill level was good, but the management of the job was not good. I had to bring them back a few times; one was when they first delivered the wood for my roof, the contract called for plywood and they brought oriented strand board and I had some issue with that. They told me that is plywood and I told them no, plywood is plywood. What I was concerned about the OSB is that if they didn’t hit the nails just right, it would split and sure enough, when they were done, they had missed some boards and they were just shattered on the corners. After I called them, they had to come in and take them off, put the new repair on, and then put new roofing back on top of that. There was no inspection of the work that was done, nobody was watching what was being done and of course, the laborers that they used, they didn’t care. They were just here to get the job done. However, they did come back and correct the problems. They also gave me a $500 discount and their price was very fair for the amount of work that they did. The roof does not appear to be leaking and I'm confident that if it does start to leak, they will take care of it.

Salesman very professional and pleasant. Kris was professional and knowledgeable. I did not go with them as another contractor was able to quote doing more for less cost . I am sure kris could have met the second deal. I used the other company as the contractor had just finished a neighbors house and I got to watch the work being done.

The quality of the work was outstanding. Going in you need to know you are not getting a new bathroom for $5,750. It was explained that our townhouse bathroom was bigger than what the deal covered, and I also had a hole in our downstairs ceiling patched, which was not part of the bathroom deal, so I knew the cost would be more. I didn't realize I would pay almost double. At the end of the job I did contact the our sales liaison to express my disappointment w/ a part of the job. It was not addressed at all. The reply I received was my final statement and to ensure I sent my check to the correct address. They do quality work, but their customer service could use a bit of work. The grade for professionalism is for the person who worked on our project.

We are beyond pleased and will most certainly be using Kris Konstruction and their sub-contactors for all future work. Christine A. Smith

Nothing to report. He was not chosen to do the work. I'm simply completing this "review" so that your system will stop sending me emails to complete it. There is nothing else to report as no services were performed.

Our home was damaged by the big hail storm that hit in May of 2014. We had damage to our roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, and garage door. Unsure if our homeowner's insurance would cover the repair costs, we consulted with Kris Konstruction, who was already working to repair hail damage on our neighbor's house. Kris Randlett, the owner, met with my husband and I in our home to explain the entire process. His team came out and assessed the damage to our home before our insurance company was even contacted. Once they confirmed that there was damage, we made arrangements for our insurance inspector to meet with Kris and his team to assess the damage, and prepare a plan to replace the roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, and garage door. Kris Konstruction confirmed that our repairs would be covered by our insurance company, and we were able to pick out new siding, and roofing materials, along with a new garage door. Kris Konstruction began the work to repair our damage, and everything from the roof to the siding was complete within a week of their start date. The team was very professional, polite, and cleaned up the work area. The entire process went very smoothly, and Kris Konstruction contacted our insurance company directly to schedule inspections, to file all estimates, and completion certificates. We are extremely pleased with the work that Kris Konstruction did to replace our roofing, siding, gutters, and downspouts. As our garage door was also damaged, Kris Konstruction made arrangements to have it replaced, and installed quickly and efficiently as well. I highly recommend Kris Konstruction for any work that needs to be done on your home. In the future we will be contacting them again to renovate our kitchen. My major concern with the process revolves around one issue- one person. The windows are very nice, they are easy to work and easy to clean, and the staff of 2 techs were very professional, polite, and easy to deal with during their time here. The issues began with a Mr. Wilson- General Manager as he describes himself. He is very overbearing and rude. He likes to argue and tell you how it-the customer is always right, if he agrees. When the 13 windows were installed, 7 of the 13 had nails that were placed incorrectly. The nails went through the bottom of the gasket where it meets the base and were quite obvious and also tore some of the fuzzy bottom of the windows involved. We also commented that some of the caulking could have been nicer but not a major issue. When called, they were responsive but Wilson was quite defensive and argumentative. Upon return, he came in ready to argue and not necessarily to repair initially. The tech finished the job and again was very professional. After they left for the redo, another window was found to have been overlooked. A third call was required. We spoke with the owner, and he was quite professional and quick to respond. I thank him for his assistance. His general manager though, is another issue. He is not welcome here again should there be a need. Thank you Mr Konstruction.

They came out to our home, took measurements, notes, etc. Chris was at our home for over 1.5 hours and said they would call within a few weeks to schedule time to come up to see what they had worked up. I called Chris a few days later as I realized I wanted to make a few changes from what we discussed and it would make it easier to have it done right the first time vs redrawing. He never returned my call after 2 calls. With it being summer, we were away and I wasn't in a rush. I had planned to call Chris or Kris Konstruction after school started to make my appointment to see what they had come up with. Instead, I get my $75 check sent in the mail with a letter that says they had such an overwhelming response to the deal that they have not been able to meet demand. Really? You already had your employee come out to do the work up of the design. You can't call? We took time out of our schedules to meet with them for what? Nothing. We will NEVER use Kris Konstruction or recommend them to anyone.

We decided not to go with them, but they were very nice.
