Kris Konstruction replaced my roof and installed an attic fan 2 years ago. Today I went into the attic and saw the attic fan Kris installed was not running. Checked the installation and found the fan was never connected to a power source. I paid for work that was never performed and have not had the benefit of an attic fan for 2 years.

Very well. They identified the storm damage to the roof from a hail storm, and worked with the insurance company to obtain a fair appraisal and repair price. They were timely, professional and did an excellent job. The total cost was around $18,000.

Went exceptionally well. The restoration specialist, Nick, explained the process, took care of all aspects of the process professionally from beginning to completion.

We were blessed to find Kris Konstruction last year on Angie's List. We had them completely gut and update an existing bathroom. It was beautiful beyond our wildest dreams, especially for being a small bathroom. This year there was a leak in another bathroom, that unbeknownst to us had been leaking for quite some time. The floor was actually starting to bow. The whole bathroom had to be gutted and replaced. We decided to have some other projects done since KK was going to be there anyway. Since this new bathroom wasn't planned for we had a budget we wanted to stay in. Again, another incredibly beautiful bathroom on a more than reasonable budget, plus the other items that needed updating. I can't say enough good things about this company. From the time you call and speak to Shelby, then when Chris Roe comes to your home to look at what you'd like done, sends an estimate, and finally working with CLAYTON (our now adopted son) it is a pleasure. Shelby is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Chris Roe is very professional (and hilarious) and will do everything within his power to keep you on budget and I could write a two page love letter about Clayton. This young man is personable, professional, particular and a joy to deal with. He truly knows his stuff and goes way above and beyond. During the replacement of this last bathroom little things that looked fine to us he was not satisfied with and would adjust. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! Don't waste your time looking anywhere else, you will never match what Kris Konstruction has to offer. We've wanted a screened-in porch on our patio for the whole 20 years we've lived there and I still haven't taken that off of our bucket list. Now that we are retired that may not happen, but even if it doesn't we are thrilled with what we have been able to accomplish with Kris Konstruction. We have been extremely happy with the results of our kitchen remodel. The actual work was done last fall, so this review reflects our satisfaction with the job after ~6 months. The quality of the design and the workmanship of the project were top notch! Chris, the designer, is a delight to work with--extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful at every step. The primary person who did the vast majority of the work, Clayton, was incredible! He truly cares about his customers and takes immense pride in his work. He made suggestions for small changes along the way that made all the difference. One example was in the placement of the light fixture above the sink. He knew that we would want it to be placed directly above the sink which was a slight deviation from the original plan. We're so glad he suggested that. His attention to detail is wonderful. I would recommend him for any kind of project! This is the second remodeling project that we've had done by this company (the other was a bathroom) and we would use them again in the future!

Excellent work. My rental property recently sustained severe water damage. Kris Konstruction responded immediately to minimize and assess the damage. Their team of expert workman coordinated with the insurance company to begin the restoration process. The results were amazing. I have since used them for roofing, renovations of kitchens and baths and other home improvement jobs. I property manage over 100 homes in the Greater Baltimore Metro area and highly recommend them to all my clients. Their work is bar none.

We sustained substantial damage on both our rental property and our main residence at the end of June. Kris personally responded to my calls to both properties and walked us through what would have otherwise been an overwhelming process. Every single time I had a question (which was a lot!), Kris or somoene from his team would return my call that very day. Kris Konstruction worked seamlessly with our insurance company. We were pleases with the quality of service and the product (roofing and siding). We would definitely call Kris Konstruction again.

Bought one of their specials off of Angie's List for a roof replacement on January 29th and scheduled for one of the Sales people to come out to take a look at the roof. A week later Brandon came out and took a look at the roof and gave me a cost for the skylight and replacing a couple of sheets of plywood, which I already knew need replacing, as well as had me pick out the shingle color. Prior to me signing the intent form, I informed Brandon that I needed the work done by 14 March 16, as I was closing on my refi then and if Kris Konstruction couldn't do that then I would have to go somewhere else. He indicated that it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get anyone out to replace the roof; however, it would be more like 3 weeks. Even with 4 weeks I had about a week remaining, therefore, I signed the agreement. He also stated that a project manager would be assigned to my project in a week or so and that person would reach out to me to let me know what was going on with my project. About 4 weeks went by without anyone from Kris Konstruction calling me. I called them mid way into the 4th week (March 7th) to find out what the status was. I spoke with Joann who told me that it would be another 2-3 weeks before someone could get out to replace the roof. She was told the entire story about the conversation had with Brandon and my closing date and asked me if she could call me back later and that she would try to see if she could move me up. That afternoon I never received a call back from anyone at Kris Konstruction, so I left an email on their website. On the evening of March 8th, I received a call from "Tony" at Kris Konstruction stating that my roof replacement was scheduled for 17 March and they would be out to drop off the supplies on 16 March. I, once again, informed him of my situation, to which he said, "that is the earliest he could get me in." I informed him that none of this was my fault and he needed to have the owner, Kris, contact me. On March 9th, I called back to Kris Konstruction and spoke with Joann who, once again, informed me that the earliest that they could get out to replace my roof was the March 17th because of the weather and the deliveries had already been placed. I told her that this was not acceptable because I had done everything that I was supposed to do and they had failed; however, I felt that in order to get a resolution, she needed to have Kris, the owner, call me. She stated that she was sorry and she was responsible because it had been put into the system February 19th and she hadn't seen it. However, a few minutes later Kris, the owner, called me and was most accommodating. He apologized and stated that he wanted to make sure that his customers were happy and he would do his best to try to get it done on Saturday, 12 March. He called me back and informed me that he had gotten the date pushed up to Saturday and the supplies would be delivered on Friday. He also gave me Tony's, the project manager, telephone number in case I had questions prior to him contacting me. Tony never called. On March 11, because I hadn't heard from anyone at Kris Konstruction, I called Tony to make sure that we were still on for having the roof replaced on Saturday, which he confirmed. During this conversation, I asked him if I needed to be at the residence for the crew to get started and perform their work. He replied that I did not need to be there because everything they needed to do was on the outside and that they would get started early on Saturday morning. On the morning of March 12, I received a call from Tony stating that his foreman had informed him that 12 sheets of plywood needed to be replaced and that they were $50 per sheet. I told him that I was aware of the cost and if they needed to be replaced then for them to do it. I then proceeded to head to my residence to take a look. Once I arrived, the foreman met me and spoke with me about the water damage to the existing plywood and repeated that 12 sheets had to be replaced. I concurred and left. About 1 hour later, I arrived back at my residence to notice that a young, Hispanic man was exiting the front door of my house. This was a surprise to me because I had not unlocked my house, nor had I given the crew authorization to enter my house. When the young man saw my vehicle, he proceeded to rush back into the residence; however, when I headed up my driveway, another Hispanic man approached me stating that they need to get into the house to see if the skylight was straight. When I asked for the foreman, he stated that he was on the roof and could not come down. I insisted; however, the Hispanic man acted as if he could not understand me. The rest of the crew, mostly Hispanic, also acted as if they could not understand English. When I entered the residence, I noticed that the young, Hispanic man had entered my residence through the skylight opening. I called Tony and told him of the incident and his response was that they should not have done that and he was sorry. I told him that if anything was missing from my residence then Kris Konstruction was fully responsible, to which he agreed. Luckily, I noticed nothing missing; however, once the crew was finished, they left without informing me that they were leaving or that they were done. No communication at all. They left 2 bundles of shingles in the driveway. After they had left, I noticed that they hadn't covered my air conditioning unit and nails had fallen inside on the blades. I called Kris Konsturction this morning and left a message because everyone was in a meeting; however, based on this experience, I don't expect anyone to get back to me. Don't leave your house unattended if they are working. You may not be as lucky as I was!!

I found the deal was misleading. The deal only allowed me to get a small bathroom and a closet so I had to pay more -- even though I had a small bathroom already, this deal was for a bathroom even smaller.

Both a master and guest bathroom were gutted, and re-designed to include new tilework on floors and tub/showers. Cabinets and mirror cabinets replaced the old, toilets replaced with new, repainted and looks modern now. Shower tile work included 2 built-in cubbies in the master walk-in shower with curb. Master included intricate plumbing work that allowed for shower head and control valves to be on opposite sides. The construction team had to be creative and find solutions on the fly to make it work and did so in a very efficient manner. All work was completed on schedule, timely manner, with very respectful and dedicated employees of Kris Konstruction.Everything was left clean and tidy between work days and at the end with one issue in some tile caulk/grout Kris sent a team member in quickly to repair. During the job there were no hidden costs/fees. The only adjustments came from changes I asked for and they were all at a fair price.

They did an excellent job. We provided all of the materials and they had no problem with that unlike many contractors. All workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

The company was very flexible with my requirements. I had specific fixtures that I wanted in the bathroom, and they accommodated the time that ordering and waiting for delivery took. For one big example, the bathtub I ordered was backordered from the manufacturer. When that added a 7 week delay, the contractor put my job on hold. As soon as I got word that the tub was finally being shipped, they put me back in the schedule and were able to restart the job one day after the tub arrived. This kind of flexibility was most welcome. Once restarted, the job was completed on schedule.

We had hail damage to our roof and siding. Our sales managers Kevin and Jacob were very helpful and professional. They were always prompt to return our calls, stopped by the house often, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our color and design choices. The entire Kris Konstruction staff was pleasant to work with and helpful with dealing with our insurance company. Wade, the construction manager, and his crew were also courteous and completed the project in a timely fashion. We are thrilled with our new roof and siding. Our neighbors, and even strangers, keep stopping by to tell us how great the house looks. Thanks Kris Konstruction for doing such a fantastic job!

It didn’t go well. They were slow at getting back to us. A man came to do an estimate. They said they would call us when we could go look at samples. We didn’t hear back and I called them and they said they would call back. They sent us a refund saying they were too busy.

They removed my old roof and replaced. they were very careful with my rear deck since it had just had a special coating put on. They cleaned everything up. the insulter came back to make sure nothing had gotten into my pool or the area around the pool.

Chris was great to work with and provided two designs that met all of our requirements. We will be making a few small changes and look forward to working with the Kris Konstruction team.

'The renovation went great. About seven different workers on Jay's Team from Kris Konstruction worked on the renovation of our bathroom. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and courteous, knew what they were doing, and did a great job. I spoke with many of the workers and got the impression that they liked what they were doing and took pride in their work. They kept me informed and checked with me throughout the job to make sure it was being done the way I wanted. And such hard workers! I don't remember any of them taking a break except to have a very quick lunch. They covered the floor and carpet in the house to protect them from being damaged and cleaned up everything when the job was done. All calls made to Kris Konstruction and the project manager were quickly answered or returned. I am so happy with our new bathroom and have been showing it off to family and friends! We had a great experience with Kris Konstruction and would recommend them without hesitation.
