The service requested was performed as scheduled and as requested. Personnel were professional, timely and worked quickly and efficiently. The garage door repair and the front door repair work was performed on two separate occasions since different skills and personnel were required. Both times the representative from Carl's Doors arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and explained the work that was done. Both teams were polite and professional. I was pleased with the work overall and my expectations were exceeded for the garage door repair. The garage door operation is now much quieter and smoother than it ever was before.

The call for a repair resulted in an appointment for the very next day. Kevin arrived exactly on time and fixed the problem. When the photo sensors went out of line again, they came right back, replaced a wire, and reset the sensors, with no additional charge for this second visit.

Carl's Door Service gave us outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had to wait a few weeks for our door to be ordered, but that gave us opportunity to begin clearing out the garage in preparation for the door to be installed. When the big day came, Carl's Door Service came on time and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. We were impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. The area was completely cleaned up at the end of the job. Our garage door looks great and is easy and safe to open. We are very pleased with Carl's Door Service, and very grateful for Angie's List as a super resource. Kudos to both!

Excellent. The service representative was on time, and once here, the repairs were performed quickly and efficiently.

The experience was just what I wanted. The representative came to measure, was very careful with his measurements because I do not have a standard size door, and sat down with me to show me options for the doors. I knew I wanted just a plain, old white door (no windows or anything fancy) and I didn't have a whole lot of choice because it was an odd size, so it worked out just fine. The company called the day before to confirm the appointment and even let me postpone the first appointment by a couple of weeks due to some roofing work I was having done on the house. On the day of the install, the men arrived on time (between 8-9 was my window), completed the job, came to get me and explained a bit about how the door was installed and what I should do when locking it, etc. and left. Delightful!

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience! Chris told me Matt would be able to come and give us an estimate the next day. Matt arrived on time and explained what our options were and provided education on how the doors work and offered recommendations regarding what style, design etc. Matt was very knowledgeable, kind, polite and did not pressure us at all. We agreed to have the doors replaced...within two weeks we received a call that our doors were ready and they were able to schedule installation within two days. David installed the doors and was just as professional, kind and thorough. The job was completed within several hours. We are delighted with the doors and could not have asked for a better experience. Matt and David made this experience easy and stress free! Would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

From start to finish very well. Estimator showed up on time, was very professional, nice and answered all our questions. Scheduled work with us right then for about a month late,r but they called within two weeks and said door was in and could come sooner. The installers came within the time 7:30-8:30am time frame given, completed the job and cleaned up nicely. Overall, I was very happy really couldn't expect more. We've used them before, about two years ago and had the same experience. If you want a contractor, you don't have to worry about these are the guys.

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. The salesperson was very polite and did not try to "upsell" at all. The door was ready weeks earlier than expected. The installer was professional and did an excellent job.

These guys are the best! I think all garage door companies are probably pretty competitive on price (mine could have been lower but I went with a designer type door). They did a neat job, cleaned up, and everything went smoothly. I've been told they are great for service if you need it. Hopefully I won't be calling them for that any time soon.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT SERVICE. NICE SALES PERSON, EXPLAINED THINGS VERY CLEARLY BEFORE WORK WAS PERFORMED. COULD NOT HAVE HIRED A MORE HONEST COMPANY.

CARL'S DOOR SERVICE WERE VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING ALL THE OPTIONS OF A NEW DOOR. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP.

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR GARAGE DOOR ONE YEAR PRIOR TO REPLACING IT. THIS COMPANY SENT A TECHNICIAN OUT TO OUR HOME AND FIXED THE DOOR NO CHARGE. WE CALLED THEM IN ONE YEAR LATER TO INSTALL A NEW DOOR AND THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND COMPLETED A VERY THOROUGH JOB.

WE HAD EMPLOYEES FROM CARL'S COME TO OUR HOUSE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND THEN THEY CAME BACK AND INSTALLED THE DOORS. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND FAST! THE JOB WAS DONE IN ONE DAY.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SATISFYING FROM THE FIRST VISIT IN THE SHOWROOM TO THE APPOINTMENT AT OUR HOUSE FROM THE SALESPERSON. THE TWO HIGH QUALITY GARAGE DOORS INSTALLED ARE VERY ATTRACTIVE.

THE GARAGE DOORS NEEDED TO BE ORDERED, THEY WERE IN ON TIME AND THE DATE FOR INSTALLATION WAS SET. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME, HE DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE DOORS, THERE WAS A SMALL AMOUNT OF DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE DRYWALL DURING INSTALLATION, THE COMPANY HAD IT REPAIRED THE FOLLOWING DAY.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND THEY ALSO CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, SERVICE WAS PROVIDED THE SAME DAY OF OUR INITIAL CALL, WITH IN 3 HOURS. SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. WE FEEL THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD.

THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT AND CAN GET TO US IN A DAYS NOTICE. THEY ARE REASONABLE AND EVEN TRY TO TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEMS OVER THE PHONE, BEFORE MAKING THE TRIP AND HAVING YOU PAY.

THE SERVICE WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER; HOWEVER, THE NEXT DAY THEY HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO ADJUST THE DOOR. THE END RESULT WAS SATISFACTORY.

VERY RESPONSIVE. DOOR WAS BASHED IN AND UNSUABLE. CONTRACTOR CAME OUT IN SHORT ORDER TO MAKE TEMPORARY REPAIRS. NEW DOOR WAS ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AS PROMISED. COURTEOUS AND DEPENDABLE.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS ONE OF COMPLETE SATISFACTION. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED AND HAD ALL OF THE PARTS IN HIS VEHICLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.
