Description of Work: The plumber arrived early, which was GREAT! He worked quickly and with a high degree of professionalism. The quality of his work was truly excellent. Though the cost was significant, it was well worth it for what we had done/installed. The work was neat and beautifully done. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They did a whole house evaluation and, I think, a water heater flush. They were good with that and were nice enough to tag all our pipes so we know what is what. The guy was courteous and professional.

Description of Work: They returned our call and came out right away to give us several quotes on replacing our furnace at no charge. They showed up at the scheduled time and gave us a follow up call. However we are not going to replace our furnace at this time.
