Description of Work: We contacted Mark VanReuth of Brightview Builders yesterday (1/25/16), explaining that due to the recent blizzard some of the siding and insulation had blown off the side of our house (surrounding the chimney), and to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Mr. VanReuth called back later that evening and advised that he would be able to come to our house today (1/26/16) at noon to inspect and give us the estimate. Today, an hour and a half before his scheduled visit, he called and advised that he could not come out for the estimate, didn't even offer to reschedule, and then advised they would not be able to do the job. My husband asked if they could come out later in the week or reschedule, and Mr. VanReuth stated they were too busy due to the storm and could not do the job at all. My question is, why didn't Mr. VanReuth indicate this to us yesterday when we spoke? This company had an A rating on Angie's List, and maybe they do quality work, but to cancel our appointment last minute and then advise they couldn't do the work, when he could have told us this from the start, would have been better customer service.
