We could not be happier with the work done at our house in Severna Park March-July 2018 by Brightview Builders. After our phase one family room renovation (new floor/widow, remove walls, install gas fireplace) was completed on time, on budget and expertly, we hired Brightview for phase two - a full kitchen renovation. Every step was coordinated perfectly and communication was daily via phone calls and texts from our project manager Darell. Brightview worked with our kitchen designer to execute her plan flawlessly. Again, this project was on time and on budget. The construction site was thoroughly cleaned up each night and the final results are beautiful. We got an estimate from Brightview Builders. They were professional and provided a competitive estimate. We decided to go with a different company because of an extended warranty on the installation work.

The work took about 6 weeks (some delays due to rain). The new room turned out great. The project manager keep me informed of any delays and when their workers were going to arrive and any given day. I would definitely recommend Brightview Builders

That was really good. It is cement and brick. It is 6 stairs leading from the sidewalk to the front door. The deck is in the back by the back door. I would use them definitely. I have referred them to other people as well.

Work crew was friendly and efficient. Did excellent work, had job completed promptly, did thorough clean-up. Price was fair.

I met with Mark initially to discuss my two projects, including some custom features that I wanted to add. I also planned to do some of the work myself. He developed drawings for exactly what I wanted to do. Once I got permits approved by the city, the crew came to work not too long afterward. The crew chief contacted me before the work started to be sure that they understand exactly what was being done. They showed up daily at 8 am promptly and told me what they planned to accomplish each day. At the end of each day all materials were covered and all trash and construction debris was removed from the site. The crew was great to work with and very courteous. For the custom things that I added I explained what I wanted done and everything was finished exactly as I requested. Both jobs are now done and I extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and will definitely use this company again for future work.

After 26 years, finally got tired of periodically replacing rotted sheets of T-111 siding on our house. Also needed 2 old windows replaced and had a rottted rim joist under front door. Had all done by Brightview bulders. Carpenters were great, neat and cleaned up after themselvs, even using magnetic tool to pick up old nails from the site. Entire house was wrapped with foam wrap and then vinyl siding/vinyl rough split shingles were installed. Told it wouild take about 2 weeks and it took about 2 weeks for total job. Siding crew often worked 10 hour days and were fantastic. Mark, the owner was very patient and professional and came to our house on a number of occasions to discuss design and bring samples from a number of different companies until we made up our mind on colors and materials Any errors were fixed immediately as the work went on. Both Mark and all crew members were responsive throughout the project and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt and professional. A previous contractor had strung me along saying "we will be there within 2 weeks" for over 2 months. Brightview told me when they were going to be here, and then came when they said they would. The work was well done. I will use them again.

The siding and trim repair and roof leak and sub-floor repair were separate engagements. Both were very satisfactory and at very reasonable cost. Brightview is very responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Brightview did an excellent job. They showed up on time, removed the old siding, found other issues related to the original installation which they fixed. For example, the sheathing under the siding had not been taped. They completed most of the work the first day. I had a couple of issues and Brightview owner came out, inspected the work and agreed with our concerns as well as noted a couple of other aesthetic issues about the trim that could be improved on. They returned the next day and completed the work and addressed all the things I discussed with the owner. There a couple of minor things to complete and the owner said they would be back the following Monday, which they did.

Owner was ver prompt in scheduling an appointment and providing a bid. Work performed was timely and excellent quality. Would definitely use them again.

BrightView is a very professional building contractor. Their crew was knowledgeable and experienced. They went out of their way to do the job right. The estimating process was very responsive. All questions were answered and recommendations were fully explained. The crew worked very hard and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. The result was a beautiful transformation with excellent workmanship. Changes and questions during the work were always responded to with a concerned and supportive manner. This is the team to engage for your home repair work. I am very confident to recommend BrightView.

Dave showed up to remove the old toilet and create a proper door sill so the flooring could be installed. He did an excellent job. He came back a week later after the flooring had been put down and installed the new toilet. There was a small problem after he left with the toilet running but a quick call to Brightview and someone stopped by and solved the problem the same day. I can't recommend Brightview Builders enough. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Very professional. Worked fast. Much less expensive than those few other companies that were willing to work on aluminum siding. Results were great.

Mark came over several times at our request to go over various aspects of the project. He listened and gave us some great ideas and then very quickly came back to us with a detailed estimate and schedule that was reasonable and thoughtful. We did not proceed only because the contractor we had used for many years came out of retirement because he had a critical financial need and we gave most of the work to him. We were impressed with Brightview (and Mark) and will hopefully use them again in the future since we are always fussing with out house.

I haven't done anything yet but I really felt good about the guy that talked to me. I think he is actually the owner of the company. It was a good experience, I just haven't moved on it. I felt that the person who came out was very comprehensive with sharing of information. He did follow up afterwards. He was very prompt in giving me the quote. He wasn't pushy at all about doing the work. I have only gotten three quotes and they were pretty much in the ballpark.

Excellently! Mark came out first and listened to what we wanted. He looked at the whole house, then sent us an estimate. He worked with us in terms of timing and was very courteous. He came out the first few days to check in with his workers. The crew was superb! They were extremely hard-working, Arriving before 8 am and working until 7 pm. And they were here during a terrible heat wave, but they just worked on. The results are stunning! They cleaned up their work site every day when they finished, and were very congenial and pleasant. When they finished, another employee, Darryl, came out and inspected the job, with us. There were 2 small issues (more caulk needed in one spot, some smoothing of caulk near a dormer window) and they came out the next day and fixed it. When our AC stopped working when they put it back on the house, Mark had an AC repairman come fix it. We are beyond pleased with this company and highly recommend them!

The quote was done in a timely manner and was very fair and done professionally. I will be having them do the work.

They were very good. I would consider calling them again for additional services. When they were doing the work I had just had surgery and they were very considerate.

I truly love to work with Mark and his team. They are extremely professional. Their quality and workmanship is tremendous. Their finishing work is excellent. They are very conscience with how they do things. I have worked with a lot of contractors and they are truly the best. I would recommend them to anyone.

I didn’t use them. They were very professional. I had another guy who has been working on the house on other stuff and he demonstrated great performance. I would certainly encourage anybody to get a quote from Brightview. There was a very professional sales process from Mark. He did a very thorough job. He had ideas that he contributed about what would make things look nice. I thought he was very good. It was just that he was up against the contractor who had done all the other work on my house and that contractor demonstrated a real eye for quality. At the end of the day, it was more about sticking with the character I knew instead of making a change. Brightview Builders did very well. I have some work later in the spring and I will probably ask them quote on.

The owner, Mark, came out to give the initial estimate. He responded to all questions/phone calls promptly and professionally. The work was done to schedule. Everything was cleaned up quickly. Overall, Brightview Builders provided quality work. The only disappointment was that there were 2 additional, unexpected costs that came up during the project, that we were not made aware of until the final invoice arrived in the mail. They were not unreasonable, relatively minor, and were for work that did need to be performed, but I would recommend that these types of unexpected costs be addressed with a phone call in the future. This would help customers who are on a budget plan for the additional cost. Overall, our experience was a positive one and we would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

They did a great job. They worked very hard and diligently. They cleaned up well. The siding looks beautiful. I was very happy with their work.

They were fabulous. They were worked quickly and efficiently. They did fine quality of work. I had no complaints with them. They were not the cheapest company but they did a good job. I have had them give a quote for another job but their quote was very high so I did not go with them.

They were great. They did a really good job. I have known the owner for a long time. He is a good person. The people who were working with him at the time were really good. Unfortunately, they don't work with him anymore. One of them went off and formed his own construction company.
