Description of Work: Replaced my roof. Work was done quickly and professionally. Pre-sale calls were too many. Sales was very good at explaining what was needed and would be done. Work was done as scheduled and efficiently. Estimate was too low on number of sheets plywood needed (went from five to twenty) which caused the price to go from $5K to $7K, however they knocked some off the final cost for me. The workers showed me where there was water leakage. I couldn't visually inspect the room myself to know whether I got a good deal or not but it seems good. My only real complaint is that no one ever came to inspect the work done but sent me a survey! Heavy attention to pre-sale contacts and not much on after work quality control.

Description of Work: I had them out for an estimate on a roof. The salesperson measured the roof from the street and estimated 7 squares of shingles less than 4 other roofing companies. The pricing was gimmicky. This discount and that discount and end-of-month discount -- total discount of 48% off "list" -- and they were still higher than 4 other roofing companies I used. Given my experiences with the estimate, I would not have this company do any work on my home.
