I got an estimate that included quality materials with a warranty on materials and labor. The first quote given was for 14 square roof was $12,971 which was on the real high side but was brought down to $8,882, still on the high side for a small roof compared to my other quotes. The salesperson said he would call his manager to see if he could get it lower. The price went down to $4890 if I paid cash today! They only left me with a small brochure which was outdated (2014) which another company had provided me (one from 1/16) with but a much lower quote. Needless to say I'm skeptical when the deal is only good for that day if you pay cash at that time. I did not go with the company.

They changed the size of the shower base to 36x60 on the contract and didn't contact us with change. The shower base does not have a water curb and water ran on the floor. I have modified the base to prevent water running on to the floor. We have tried to negotiate with this company to have them pay for shower doors which we didn't want. We have filed a complaint with DLLR in Maryland. Mr. Kincaid the owner is lier and I have the contract,emails and pictures to prove it. Worst contractor we have ever had to deal with.

Some of my neighbors had used Renvision and I saw how good their work was on my day off. I got a quote from a family friend and it was very low but after having Renvision out I was extremely impressed with the quality of the materials and installers I had seen for myself. I decided the difference was worth the quality and couldn't be more impressed.. they showed up early and were very professional. The representative was very informative about the process and patient in answering all my questions.. I have already recommended them to many friends and co-workers since my experience. I will be reaching out to them next year for new windows and a sliding glass door

The estimate should have taken one hour, it took over two hours. The estimate included quality materials with a lifetime warranty on materials and labor. The first quote given for a 17 square roof was $13,000. Then the salesperson said he would call his manager to see if he could improve the price. The price went down to$ 8,900, but only if we signed a contract immediately. If you sign the contract, you must express mail or hand-deliver a signed cancellation within three business days. The next day I got two estimates from other companies - both were lower, same materials, except the "Tiger Paw." I called the Renvision salesperson to let them know I would go with the lower bid. He then "called his manager," and the price went down to $6,600, still higher than two bids of four bids. The salesperson used every means possible to get me to buy their roof, including telling me that he could get suspended or fired. He resorted to using guilt to sell me a roof. This estimate was for good materials, and seemingly well-trained GAF certified installers, but was not worth the high-pressure sales pitch.

I made an appointment and a 20 something kid showed up with an iPad and a tape measure.. we went up to the bathroom and I told him we wanted to remove the existing tub and install a stand up shower, re do the floor and new vanity/sinks... we went over options and i had a feeling during the process where this was going but did not stop the process.. after over an hour of this kid pulling out his tape measure a few times and clicking options on his iPad we go down stairs and he begins going over their "packages" I opted for the mid grade option... when it was all said and done he quoted me $28,500.00 I laughed told him he wasn't even in the ball park like not even close.. he did a few clicks and showed me another quote for $26,000.... I then politely asked him to leave.. The job is being completed by another company for just over 9k..

RenVision, did quick work. Destroyed existing floor causing cracks in ceilings and walls. Failed to fix the damage. Had to return in a month to fix cracks in grout and leaking supply line in sink. After several months found that the red color on the back of the tiles on the walls was bleeding through. Contacted RenVision because the installed claimed he was sealing the grout. Renvision ignored requests to repair the grout. Phone calls and e-mails were ignored. If you want the job done good and fast you will get the fast...at least. Will get another contractor to repair the grout and bill RenVision.

Provider wasted my time on four different days. First there was the initial sales man. I could use some roofing estimates, so when the door-to-door guy came around, I took the time to give him my info, talk with dispatch, give them my info, and schedule an appointment. When it came time for the appointment, they called to confirm and said they couldn't give an estimate because my Wife wasn't also home - we're working people, it is hard for even one of us to be home, let alone both, during the day; like they expect us to make a same-day no-research decision on a $10k+ purchase? A year later, and they call me up, and I make it clear that only one of us can be home - after 10 minutes of explaining how that is the reality of the situation I just tell them to send someone or stop bothering me. They say they will send someone. At the appointed time on the appointed day, I stay home from work - no show. 45 minutes later, they call asking if the appointed time is still good; it was good, too bad it was 45 minutes ago, they confirm that it was 45 minutes ago. The lady on the phone was nice, but she said it was not possible to get someone out within a time that was reasonable to my schedule. I politely told her that I would never deal with RenVision again. RenVision - don't waste peoples time.

They did a great job. I would use them again.

I met this Company at a local home show and made an appointment for an estimate on a stairway remodel and master bathroom remodel. I told the representative that my priority was the stairway remodel, since I had just replaced the foyer flooring and needed the stairway updated to match, and that secondarily we could have them assess and estimate the master bathroom remodel. On the morning of the appointment they called to confirm the appointment and told me they "don't do stairway remodels". What a sham! They completely took advantage and were dishonest just to try to get the master bath remodel job. Will never use because of this dishonest practice.

I scheduled an appt. for a free estimate, and nobody came or called me. I called & spoke with the owner, Brian, later that evening. He apologized after realizing the person I spoke with earlier never entered my information into their computer. We set up another appt. & communication was not clear on the confirmation of appt., so I canceled altogether. Bad timing sums it up!

They were very professional. They really have it down to a science. The cleanup was very good. It was very well done. They took pictures every step of the way to show us why they were doing what they were doing. It was a good experience all around. They were very prompt. The roof was on within a couple weeks. Everything was good but I think we could have negotiated a lower price by getting other estimates. The crew themselves were well mannered, friendly, professional and did their job. You wouldn't even have known they were there except for the type of job it was. There was no yelling.

Had someone come to give us an estimate on a bathroom remodel on 8/21/14....never heard from them again despite numerous calls and emails and it is now 9/24/14.

Our two bathrooms were done consecutively so that we always had the use of one. The three young men who performed all of the work were efficient, talented and polite. All of the work from construction to plumbing and electrical was done by the same team. The work began on Aug. 11 and was finished by Aug. 21. They were on time every morning and worked until 5-6 PM. The sales representative that we met with initially explained what they would do and worked with us to choose the design that fit our needs and tastes. We received two other quotes from well-known qualified competitors. For our particular job, RenVision was $10k-15k less expensive for products of similar quality and the scope of the work. The job was completed 2 days early to our complete satisfaction. The bathrooms are beautiful and it was a very pleasant experience. No hidden costs, no surprise problems, no remaining issues that have not been resolved. We would definitely use RenVision again for other remodeling work and we highly recommend them.

Service went well, and they came back to make sure we were satisfied. They walked us through the process. They also made sure that products used were of high quality.

Outstanding. Price was a whopping 30-40% lower than other bids. Installers arrived on time, early on a Saturday (very convenient for us). The job was fairly difficult, in that the windows were huge, heavy and custom, so the guys had to do a lot of work on the surround. They were on the job for 12 hours, getting it exactly right. They moved all the heavy furniture, cleaned up. An overall great job. Very satisfied.

RenVision was excellent to work with for this job. The quote was done in a timely manner and included every detail imaginable. We weren't stuck guessing or questioning what would be completed in the job. The design was exactly what we wanted minus a couple of minor compromises. They are reasonably priced (we had a lower quote but it lacked the quality and we figured that to be a good indicator of the rest of their work). We are VERY pleased with the outcome. The finished product is amazing and we love our new kitchen. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent work at a fair price.

I just purchased a new house and needed to replace 12 windows as the ones there were original to the house which was built in the 70's. I really had no idea where to start or the difference in window types. They walked me through everything and took the time to explain the different types. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also worked with me on the price. I am very satisfied with this company and have recommended them to several people. I will also be using their services for my kitchen remodel.

They did an excellent job. Crew was professional, clean, punctual and courteous. Windows and doors look and work great. This job had a few unusual elements that they were able to work around and/or resolve with little difficultly. In sum, they delivered on everything they promised. We used their financing option too, which was very easy to set up.

We met several times to discuss what was needed. The salesman and project manager were punctual, profession and accommodating. They contacted me with the start date and proposed period of installation. They were pretty accurate. Prior to the start date I met with the project manager Jack and contractors Pat and Paul to discuss work time and other nuances. They were very respectful of my schedule. The whole team was easily accessible, including the owner manager, Adam. Pat and Paul did an excellent job with the island and installation of the appliances. They were creative with the 12 x 12 floor tile I had supplied ( the existing floor tile was 16 x 16 and discontinued) They made the area of the replaced tile seem like it was 16 x 16. They installed a commercial grade ventilation hood system and a slide-in 6 burner professional range in a new and expanded island. The cabinets I chose from the products line they provided matched the color and style of my existing cabinets; however the custom cabinets were of superior; quality all wood, dovetail joints, with my specified dimensions. The old appliances were removed and the new ones installed which included a dishwasher and a microwave oven combo. RenVision was cognizant of my budget and accommodated with me with an excellent product, which is now my new functional and enjoyable kitchen. We even saved money with the purchase of high end appliances from the resource suggested by the project manager. The process of a kitchen remodel, retrofit, renovation is a daunting one. Our specific needs were met in an efficient, palatable, and budget friendly manner. We plan to use RenVision again.

I am always very careful when dealing with contractors but this was such a smooth process. First, they worked with my schedule and came on time to go over a few options to help me get this project done! The biggest thing was, they were very consaltative and didnt try any high pressure sales tactics. I can smell them a mile away. They were on time, clean, and professional from start to finish. If we only had more people like this. They were very courteious and made the whole process very reassuring. These guys know what it takes to be successful! I am having them do my kitchen soon too. When I called to set the appointment and they were very accomodating with my schedule. I called a few different companies to come out and they were the only one to show up on time, one of the companies didn't even bother to show up. RenVision made the decision and process an easy one. I've heard some horror stories from friends that have worked with contractors recently but my experience was the farthest thing from it. I still have the second half of my house to do and will definitely be calling them back.

After a lot of deliberation in regards to my window project, I chose RenVision to do the work. The process was seamless and they actually finished ahead of schedule. They gave me a lot of options so I was able to pick the products that I wanted and still stay within budget. I look forward to doing other projects with them in the future.

It went great. Very positive experience.

The old bathroom was removed through a hole made into the garage. It took two days to get all the old tile and fixtures removed. The entire bathroom was re-walled and covered with tile, including the shower and the floor. A new vanity with a Corian countertop was installed and fitted with a stone sink and faucet that I had purchased elsewhere. The whole project took about 2 weeks. The workers were great about cleaning up after themselves using the access they had created through the garage as much as possible.
