It was a waste of my time.

Drew and Manuel showed up right on time each day (took around 3.5 days to complete). They got right to work, covered furniture and moved stuff around to ensure they got to each area. They were always friendly, courteous and professional. Drew gave us excellent recommendations for texture and color which was key in the final result. We were so happy with his work, we immediately called for another estimate for other rooms.

Drew did an outstanding job. He arrived on time for the estimate and provided an estimate the next day. The estimate was a the low end of the estimates we had received. He worked around the schedule of other work we had going on at our house and even dealt with the appliance delivery. Throughout Drew and his crew were very professional and did outstanding work. I intend to hire him in the future to paint the exterior. I highly recommend his services.

Owner Drew Southard, promptly provided an estimate for the work I required, then contacted me with an offer to reduce the cost by $200 if I would have him do the work the next week, to replace another job that canceled unexpectedly. I accepted, and he and his helper Manuel arrived promptly on the scheduled day and worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in about 8 hours. I was especially pleased with the following: they accommodated my request that a low/no odor paint be used, they didn't hesitate to ask whenever there was a question about anything, and they were completely trustworthy when I had to leave the house for a while during the job. The day after the work was done, I found a few areas that needed further repairs and repainting, and Drew returned within a few days to make the corrections. And when I pointed out the dust in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned up after the wallpaper was removed and the walls were sanded, I was pleased that Drew offered to take care of it. In spite of this, overall, I was satisfied with the work done by Precision Painting.

Our bathroom ceiling had not been painted when we redid our bathroom 2 years ago. Mr. Southard sanded down the water damage and mold and applied primer and 2 coats of paint to our small bathroom ceiling. He started at 9 am and was finished about 2 pm. He kept me informed all along. I was most concerned that the huge mirror and the white tile not be covered with paint splatters, and that was accomplished. He was extremely neat.

Fantastic experience. From the minute I first met Drew for the quote I knew he was the person I wanted to work with - he was very friendly and professional and really knew his stuff. He clearly explained what was involved in the job - the process and what he would be doing. He gave me great advice about choosing the right finish for the paint as well as several other well informed tips. He got the entire job done in less time than he had anticipated - despite having to do 4 coats of the dark blue we were using on our accent wall. He worked alone on two of the days and had 1 assistant on the other two. They were fantastic - incredibly efficient, friendly and really good at what they do. The house looks absolutely amazing. I will definitely hire Precision Painting again when I'm ready to paint the rest of my house

Drew is very attentive to detail in his work. The floors and work area were protected. The work space was clean when the job was completed. Drew does excellent quality work.

Overall, I was very pleased with the results. The job did not go smoothly, however none of the issues experienced were the fault of Drew. We experienced some problems with the paint and there was some indecision on my part about one of the colors I had selected. Through all of the "bumps in the road" Drew was great; very understanding and accommodating. Drew did all the work himself and did a fantastic job; very thorough and meticulous. I plan on having him back to do some other painting projects.

Drew returned our call quickly and came around to give an estimate. He said that he would be at our home at 12 p.m. and arrived on time. He covered the floors with cloths and protected the carpets and walls as he was painting. He cleaned up as he went. All in all we are very happy with Drew and his work.

The quality was impeccable, and the job was done exactly as scheduled. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and the pride you took in your work. They took the time when starting to cover and tape all furniture, floors, and even removed and protected all electrical outlets, they spent lots of time repairing and sanding surfaces. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. Would recommend to a friend.
