Everything went very well. They came on time for the scheduled appointment. They answered all my questions well. There were two technicians and it took about 3 hours to complete the work. The system works great.

They are easy to deal with and they do their job correctly. They are a great company and always very quick on the job.

They are dependable and they come when they say they are going to. They do what they say they are going to do. Two technicians come out to do the work and they are very quick on the job. The price is slightly high but reasonable.

They are always able to come out quickly. The technicians that do come out are profesional and knowledgeable. They are quick on the job, it takes usually an hour and a half. The receptionist is very nice and has great costumer service. Their prices are comparable to others as well.

We have been very satisfied with them and the way the system works. It is very simple to maintain the system. They are very professional and they are very responsive to my calls. Scheduling is easy and they are accommodating to my schedule. It takes about 2 hours to complete the work with two technicians. Their prices are fair as well.

I had just inherited a large house from my father, who had just passed away right before this service was provided. The house is really two houses in one- yet there was only one water system. We had low water pressure. Mid Atlantic did install a new water system. However, I feel that Mid Atlantic took advantage of my situation (my unfamiliarity with water systems and my father passing away very recently). This is why: (1) later, another servicer looked at the system and said, "You paid WHAT for this?? You were over charged by at least $1,000!" (2) they tried to "hard sell" me items I did not ask for or need.....(i.e., faucet filters, etc.) If the water is okay now, why do I need extra filters on the faucets?? In my opinion, this is the most unprofessional that a company can get -- to take advantage of someone (recently bereaved) by over charging and trying to sell products that the person does not need. Bottom Line : I DO NOT recommend this company because they (1) are unprofessional and dishonest (they took advantage of a situation to make money); (2) over charged for the services and products they did provide; and (3) tried to sell me products that I did not need or want.

They were extremely pleasant to deal with. They were very thorough and did everything they said. We were very satisfied with the visit. A representative that first came out that did the inspection of our house and the system, made the right recommendations as exactly what we needed, not too much, not too little because there was a wide range of products that they offered and obviously the cost moves up and down depending on what we need, so we felt like we got exactly the right things from them and then the installers were very good. They came and they said they were going to be here and they did exactly what they said they were going to do very efficiently and it has only been a week and so far we have been very satisfied. The pricing was more expensive compared to Sears. Obviously, it was more expensive but we had a Sears product and it was not working to our satisfaction at all which is why I went with this company. So, we are satisfied with the product for the price. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

I HAVE SENT TONS OF BUSINESS THEIR WAY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. HE KNOWS HIS CUSTOMER BASE WELL, KNOWS THEIR NEEDS AND IS JUST GREAT. HIS WORKERS ARE VERY TIDY & LEAVE MY HOUSE AS CLEAN AS WHEN THEY ARRIVED.
