They replied that the parts would be hard to find due to age of the system. Then recommended that I upgrade the system to a new system. I replied that I had contacted them trying to find someone to repair the system. They replied that I could find the parts on line and hire someone to do the job. Looks like all they wanted to do was sell me a new system.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of their service. The technician, Chris, was extremely polite, knowledgeable about water systems, very professional, and was patient about answering our many questions. He changed the sediment filter and tested our water at the end of the visit to be sure everything was right.

The guys that came out patiently explained my entire water treatement system to me. Told me about general maintainance and even about items I could do on my own without having them out. They tested the ph of my water and adjusted my chemical flow to get it right.

The C ratings are explained herein. The installation was well done with the exception of the mounting of the bracket that holds the filter assembly to the wall. Improper anchors were used for a concrete basement wall. These failed over the first year or so due to the pressure that must be exerted in removed the filter housing. The company returned upon request and corrected this issue. The only other issue was that the installer upon completing the work just picked up and left without providing any explanation. After being contacted, a company representative returned and gave an explanation of operation of the system and an apology.

We've been happy with the system. The only issue we had was with the installer who left the job site after he finished without let us know or giving any instructions or information about operation of the system. Basically, he just picked up and left. After I contacted the salesperson and explained what happened, he came out, apologized, and explained the system operation and maintenance.

Not impressed. Wish I had not switched companies. My old company did not insist I have a sediment filter but I can see the logic of it so installed one. They charged $295 for the 10" big blue filter and $275 for installation along with a dual tank water softener (which is approximately $41 per mo.) The installation seemed to be fine. Didn't notice the big improvement in water quality they seemed to indicate I would get. However, after two weeks my water began smelling like rotten eggs (I test negative for sulphur but seems like it may be sulphur reducing bacteria?--cant get an answer). I asked for a tech to come out to check why and they sent a person who had no real knowledge of the equipment or issues and could not answer any of my questions so I wasted a day off for nothing. I could not get a satisfactory answer from the salesperson so I was stuck trying to find a way to eliminate the smell by searching the internet. I still am working with various filters to resolve it. After the installation, my water sounded like it was running all the time but because of my hearing difficulty I could not pinpoint where it was coming from exactly so I assumed it was the water softener. Upon receiving a very high electric bill and noticing a stream of hot water coming out of the outside drain pipe, I realized my hot water heater was running all the time and the release valve was partly open. The plumber said there is a good chance that the installers accidentally opened the hot water release valve during the installation. I understand that can happen in such close quarters but just wish I had known sooner because I could have saved several hundred dollars had I known right away. Today I called for a salt delivery. They only deliver one day a week and won't give an expected appointment time. I would have to take a full day off to accept the delivery when they show up. REALLY? In this day and age, you can't do better than this? I can just hear my boss now when I tell him I need to be home to accept a salt delivery. I will complete one year of the contract and nothing more. Not impressed.

I liked their service. They were honest and said what needs to be done now and did it well.

The display on our water softener system was not working. I had two evaluations done by two companies. One told me that the part needed to be replaced and I would have to wait up to a week for the part to come in and for it to be installed. The cost was estimated to be $600. Mid-Atlantic came out and fixed the display on the spot w/ a battery! They did a maintenance check after replacing the battery and everything was working fine. Cost was $100 and the work was finished in 1/2 hour! Thank you very much to Mid Atlantic for their prompt response and excellent work.

They do really good plumbing work. I was pleased with them. It was an emergency call and it was after hours. My experience with him was great. He was really good and quick. He checked the outside pipes and everything. He was thorough. I have had other plumbers here before and have paid much more than that. They didn’t do half of that work and they only changed the sump pump. The price was reasonable. They came back the next day to make sure that everything was okay. They got here really quick within 45 minutes or so.

MAWS initial visit involved reviewing our existing treatment system, testing of both treated and untreated water, and gathering info to make a recommendation for a new system. Mark demonstrated his in-depth knowledge while talking to us about ground water, treatment systems, and the results of the water testing just performed. A proposal for installation of a new system was provided the same day. We found the price to be reasonable taking into consideration money we had paid others in the past adding onto and maintaining our existing system. We accepted the proposal and the installation was scheduled for within 5 days of our acceptance. The system was installed over the course of an afternoon and began providing good quality treated water. A couple minor system glitches surfaced after about one week and MAWS responded the next day to resolve the issues.

Replaced defective/ worn parts. Responded on the next day and repaired the non functioning system

Crew had to adapt and improvise and the job came out perfect. They could've done a little better job with the cleanup.

Professional, friendly, timely and reasonably priced!

This vendor had been servicing my residential well water and irrigation systems for some time. At one point the technician informed my spouse that external pipes had to be replaced - at a cost of nearly $2,000 - and that there were additional problems that could not be determined until after that work was performed. He then added that the problems were so serious that there was a potential RISK OF DEATH to our family. Based on this bizarre combination - needing to do expensive work that would then lead to an indeterminable additional expense - and the claim of potentially fatal consequences of not doing the work - I contacted the manager who repeated the claim but then when pressed for additional details, was evasive and only sent a chapter from the state plumbing code on how valves are supposed to be done. As a trained epidemiologist I found the claims of potentially lethal consequences to be quite beyond the pale, especially when these claims happened to be made in combination with an expensive proposal for open-ended work that would require unspecified additional work after a first phase was completed, I obtained two additional professional opinions who concluded that the claims were untrue and just sales hype. I could never trust a provider who is entering our premises on a regular basis and who makes very serious warnings to personal health and safety as well as care of the landscaping that, upon independent review, appear to have been false or greatly exaggerated. Their services were terminated.

Very punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable of well water systems.

I called this company to do a repair on a rental property that I own in Annapolis. The well stopped working one morning last week. After receiving a call from the tenants, I called Mid Atlantic. I explained that the tenants have a new baby and I would appreciate a quick response. The young lady on the line was very polite and said that a repairman will call shortly with a time of arrival. I received a call from the repairman about an hour later. He went to the property and found that a switch that turns the well pump on and off was faulty. He replaced the switch and had the water system restored within a couple of hours. The company could have taken advantage of me and installed a new well pump, but they were very honest and repaired what was necessary only. I highly recommend this company and many thanks to Angies List for listing them as a reputable company.

Technician was very professional and thorough, explaining everything he was doing. Technician said he would get back to us regarding upgrading the softener and reconfiguring our softener and water deodorizer system. We're still waiting for that follow-up.

We had used Oasis in the past for well services. They responded promptly to our call and had our water restored the same day. They were a logical choice when we needed new water filters. As before, there was same-day response. They installed the new filters and hauled away TWO old systems. So far, the new system is working perfectly except for having AM and PM confused for the back-flush times.

Efficient and courteous throughout.

They have been very reliable. I like talking to them and the service feels very personable. The men who come out are also wonderful. The whole service is very personable and I have been very happy with them.

The service turned out well. I had absolutely no problems with their service at all.

Very Good. The ladies in the office are very helpful and nice. They even helped load some of the bags.
