They arrived within the window we were given. Both technicians were personable and knowledgeable. All in all, will use again for our next plumbing needs.

The plumber Chuck was very professional. I had pretty much diagnosed the issue before he arrived and after examining the situation he concurred. He was very thorough in his explanation of what the repair would entail and the cost. I would warn everyone about one thing. Heidler is a flat rate plumber. This is an issue because they don't seem to be willing to break down the cost parts v labor. This will likely be an issue for you if you have an item replaced while the warranty on the unit is in effect. I called them this morning and asked for an itemized breakdown and was told, "we don't do that". I would likely give them an A, but because of a lack of transparency on invoicing I can only rate them a B. They are good and quick, but surely not the cheapest! They also charge you $79 for just driving to your house!

Very well. Fireplace was cleaned and inspected. Josh, the Heidler agent obviously knew what he was doing and was experienced. He called ahead and arrived promptly and went right to work. He answered all my questions and advised me about maintenence and made sure I was comfortable with how to work the fireplace.

We have used Heidler for our heating/AC/gas fireplace needs for awhile and their service and customer service has always been excellent. they have a very good answering service on the w/e and someone will get back to you-and they will address your needs asap. All their technicians are polite, friendly and very experienced the price included $79 to diagnose the problem/the cost of the new pump and labor

Excellent! When is the last time a plumber showed up on time, looked professional and completed a job the right way? This company lived up to its stellar reputation.

There were not any delays involved. We needed it done he came in and they put it in. Within a short time within weeks of making the arrangements they came in and installed.

They had promised us a certain product and the product wasn't available and that really delayed the completion by a couple of months. That was disappointing, but it was in the summer, so we didn't use the fireplace much. We were disappointed because we had used them before and they were done quick, but installing the fireplace wasn't as easy for them. The gas is in the house he had to run it from the gas manifolds down in the basement.

Re-routed hot & cold water pipes and installed clothes washer connector box for hot & cold water. Replaced rubber hoses withe braided wire water hoses. Left NO mess behind.

It was all over the summer. One thing led to another. They were just so good we signed them up for the water heater. While they were here, they looked at the other thing and we just have a delay in ordering the tub and things like that to get it put it. This has just been ongoing. I am very happy with Heidler.

I just give them a very good rating. I give them an A and that's why we went back for them for the bathtub and the wall surround. They've been very responsible. I think it's fair. I am not familiar with prices so it would have to be an A or B. I don't really know how other people...they were just really good. They were very professional. They were very conscientious. They showed up when they said they were going to. Our initial problem was for an emergency and when they didn't know how to send someone out, a person called my husband back and talked him through how to fix it till we could get a permanent solution. There was no charge for that. They just talked us through it.

Excellent. They arrived on time, moved unit. The same applied when they came back to reconnect. they do all of my plumbing work as well. They are always professional with fair prices and excellent work.

Excellent job. The new house had the gas connection installed incorrectly and this was fixed. All I asked was performed and we even had 3 gas shutoff valves installed at the inside manifold.

They were punctual and professional. We have a particular problem in that our sewer line runs under a power transformer. He explained to me what needs to happen and will work with us and the power company to get it fixed once and for all.

Everything went well. We have been using Heidler plumbing for 10 years from toilet replacement to well water pump replacement and water heater replacement. We trust them and will always refer them to friends.

He did a great job. Nice guy and one of the regulars who helps me with my plumbing problems. I only use Heidler.

They are always great! The people are professional and good at what they do. When they come out to fix a problem, it is fixed. I have never had to call back. Additionally, they look for ways to save you money without sacrificing the quality of the work. I highly recommend them.

They have been very responsive and punctual, with he work performed promptly. Where we have had issues (a flexible gas line they installed turned out to have a pinhole leak so the line did not hold pressure properly) they have returned as many times as it took to troubleshoot and correct the issue to our full satisfaction. They also kept us informed about the status of required city inspections and when to expect the inspector. They are not the cheapest, but they do the job right.

before 3/28/16 Navien Tankless Water heater stopped making hot water & required a reset sporadically (once every 2 to 3 weeks) 3/28/16 Heidler performed maintenance and replaced Flame Rod & Flow Sensor After 3/28/16 to 4/20/16 water temperature varied and heater needed to be reset once every 1 or 2 days 4/20/16 technician said that this was all new error codes and replaced Air Pressure Sensor, Gas Pressure Sensor and hoses 4/20/16 to date water heater needs to be reset almost each time we want to use hot water 4/25/16 Heidler came back and checked gas pressure and air intake. They then asked us to document each time the system went off and the error code 5/3/16 Heidler replaced gas regulator and said that Navien recommended replacing a gas valve 5/4/16 Steve Heidler recommended replacing the unit instead of the gas valve for $4,200 they would discount this to $3,000 The unit they recommended costs less than $1,800 with sales tax and not including a plumbers discount. If they had done this with a gun to our head, it would be called robbery. Heidler calls it excellent service. After 4 visits where I had to be available on the days THEY could schedule and then the schedule was a 4 hour window, I gave up. For me there is no customer satisfaction when Heidler charges high rates and does not fix the problem. When I discussed this with Steve Heidler, he takes no ownership in the problem. He blames the manufacturer. That may seem ok to him to blame anybody else, but I believe I paid a premium for professional services to fix a problem. Heidler only wasted my time and made the problem worse.

I had a bad clog along the main sewer line that backed up my first floor bathroom. I was told by the plumber who came out for emergency servicing that I had extensive root intrusion running along the entire sewer line and my best bet would be to replace the entire line. That plumber removed the clog and punctured a hole through the roots (a temporary fix) for $1000 and then gave me a quote to replace the entire line multiples higher than that. Life has told me that, when people think you?re desperate (or dumb), get more quotes! I got four and each time the price came down. But Heidler?s visit to quote the job was quite different than the rest. Tim Thorpe from Heidler asked me if the previous plumber let ME view the video of the line! What?! That sounds too much like right, right? But they didn?t! In fact, the former plumber told me the roots were so bad, they couldn?t get the video camera to the street?or back! Jim offered to try and had NO PROBLEM running the video the entire line?and there was no extensive root intrusion either. And he let ME view the video alongside him. The root intrusion was very localized, probably less than 4 inches thick, and, luckily, in the most inconspicuous place in my yard. Had I used the other guys, I would have also ruined my landscaping. Heidler?s effort was very targeted. They know what they?re doing. They went right to the problem. They replaced that section of the pipe, added a clean out to make any future investigations easier and gave the pipe a good power washing. Heidler is well known and has a great reputation here in Annapolis. Interestingly, I had also heard they were expensive. Not so for me. Heidler?s solution to the problem was only a fraction of the cost of the other guys. I got quality work for the right price along with that hard-to-find transparency and integrity. Thank You Tim!

I did not have heat and the temperature in the house was 61. I have gas heat ,so I called a HVAC company with a good reputation. The service technician arrived within hours of my call. Ash was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem, replaced the part, cleaned other parts that would improve performance.The price was explained in detail before and after servicing.

The repairman that performed the service was very professional and prompt. The job was completely quickly with no issues. The employees are very nice and very easy to work with. My only complaint was I found it a bit pricey for a 30 minute job to replace a $40 part. Other than that overall I was very pleased with their work and the very nice repairman named Ryan that they sent to perform the work.

I called multiple times following the estimate visit and spoke with an unhappy receptionist. No-one contacted me back for an installation date or even an update. Left multiple messages to the owner 'Steve' and never got anything back. Called a larger company B&B Air Conditioning and got service scheduled for the same day. B&B tech quoted replacing the same part for less than half the price I was quoted for by Heidler Inc. I would avoid this company in the future for any and all services and would make sure that none of my friends would use them either. They may be busy but a simple phone call would have sufficed.

They provide excellent services. I have been using them for about eight or nine years.
