I don't recommend Heidler. Last month the internal mechanism in a 16-year-old pressure-assist toilet needed service or replacement (the water had started running constantly after flushing). I set an appointment for Heidler to come the next week and sent a photo of the internal mechanism's product information so the tech could bring parts. Plumber Tom arrived unprepared. He charged $200 for the house visit to diagnose that we needed a new mechanism installed, and said they'd email an estimate as they'd need to order it. We thought there was a mistake when we got the $850 estimate. I called the Heidler office (whose service manager also thought the estimate sounded high) and requested a corrected estimate. We didn't hear from anyone at Heidler again. We watched 20 minutes of youtube videos, bought the $177 mechanism from Amazon, and borrowed a pipe wrench. It took us amateurs 55 minutes to replace the mechanism ourselves. It wasn't difficult. Our opinion is Heidler planned to grossly overcharge us for an easy job.

The service person arrived on time, as scheduled, and completed his work quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind.

Heidler did a great job! They showed up right on time, and the technician was polite and very professional. He found a tiny leak in my pipe immediately, and recommended two ways to go for repair. He completed the repair in a few hours and left everything cleaned up and in great condition. I'm very pleased at the responsiveness and quality work and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic job! The area around the pit is now open, clean and neat. The pumps are a huge upgrade to what was there. They attached the discharge line to the wall opening up the space. They reconfigured the external discharge line to avoid freezing.

Did not flush water line after repair, as a result fill valves on three different toilets needed to be replaced. Heidler had the nerve to try to charge me for their mistakes, like I'm an idiot, management will talk in circles and filibuster in lieu of accountability. If you're looking for an ethical, accountable plumber, keep clicking.

As always, Heidler shows up on time, with everything they need to complete the work. They are efficient and get the job done. They aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

The tech was great. Professional, courteous, communicated clearly, did the work promptly, explained the entire system to me so I could understand it.

We suspected we had a water line leak. Heidler plumbing sent out a technician who confirmed the leak and indicated that the next step in the process would be to have the expert, Tim, to inspect. We scheduled Tim who decided on the prescribed repair, subsequently wrote the repair proposal and oversaw the work. The work was done in a little over a day and the team did a superb job of minimizing the damage to our landscape and yard.

Never heard from them. Hired someone else.

Best people in the business. Good communication, always on time, appropriately skilled and knowledgable. This company has no equal and I speak from over 20 years as a customer with very challenging projects. So thankful you are here!

Team Heidler provided an amazing response to an immediate need to address a propane issue. Everyone involved was responsive, professional, helpful, informative, affable, and constructive.

They did an excellent job. I've used them for several plumbing services over the years as well. They do outstanding work.

Went very well. Plumber was excellent and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as he went along. Drain vale was logged on the hot water heater, but plumber found another way to drain it.

Workmen were dressed in clean uniforms and acted professionally. Materials used were all first quality. Questions were answered politely and in understandable language.

One was repaired, the other requires replacement parts which need to be priced and obtained before Heidler return to complete the job.

I’ve used Heidler for Plumbing, but never for HVAC. Called and talked to LIVE service who put in touch with service Mgr, who in turn put me touch w/ his technician. All were very polite, professional, and asked good questions. After talking with the tech, he determined that he needed to come out. He was out in 20 min and diagnosed a bad fuse in the Trane unit, replaced it, and heat was back! From me noticing the problem to the fix, 2 hours! On a holiday and no pre existing support contract of any kind.

Great, a section of the copper pipe was replaced and no more water dripping on the floor.

Dave, arrived on time and efficiently went to work correcting the problems. No fuss and no muss.

The plumber was very good and repaired the faucets in a timely manner.

Overall I am highly dissatisfied with out the company is run. The repair worked, but they were called for a non working hot water heater, they did not have the part so they quoted me a price to order and repair it. They did come to repair it. They failed to tell me the parts were under warranty. I found that out on my own, once they finished I requested an itemized report so I could make a claim with the warranty department. They said that would not be a problem. Later when I asked for the breakdown they said they could not do that because they were a flat fee company. I had to go through management and ask for the breakdown of parts versus labor, so I could submit a claim. I fought for that, finally got it and now I am working with the manufacturer on the warranty, but Heidler is not cooperating and has since stopped responding.

It went smoothly and quickly. The tech had been here before and is always courteous, professional, and clear in the work to be done.

Whole process of appointment, pre inspection and quick installation of new faucet parts without having to cut an access panel thru tile, was an excellent and professional experience and outcome.
