Fixed. Done. Gave my review above. We would not go anywhere else. Hiring Heidler is like having a member of the family. They know our home and the issues completely and always get the job done.

Heidler provided appropriate options with full details and pricing as well as explanation of pros/cons, allowing us to make an informed decision. Crew was on time, courteous, knowledgeable. Work was completed on time. A few unforeseen issues that arose during installation were handled very satisfactorily. We've used Heidler for decades for all our plumbing, heating, gas log, AC needs and will continue to do so.

Great. Dave was professional. Explained everything. I had the A/C/furnace guy out at the same time asking me a bunch of questions. Dave helped me field some questions as I am not knowledgeable in plumbing/A/C /Furnace areas.

Perfectly. I called them at noon, someone was here by 1 PM and the job was completed by 2 PM. The only reason I rated the cost less than a A is that the customer always wishes things cost less but the excellent service is fantastic. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" is certainly true as they have always been excellent to work with and have done excellent work when at our home.

I called about 9PM on a Friday night, and left a message with their call service saying I thought I had a mainline blockage to my septic tank. I received a prompt call back from a plumber who was very helpful and friendly. Based on my detailed description, he was able to identify that it was a side line blockage just affecting the kitchen and a laundry area. So instead of getting hit with an expensive after hours service call, we determined the situation could wait, and I was ultimately able to clear the line myself with a simple drill snake. Having a provider who doesn't take me because I'm "easy" makes me know who I want to go to when I'm in over my head - I'll be sure to call them first when my plumbing needs escalate.

Very well. The tech very kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. He clearly let us know the price before work was started, then received our okay to go ahead. Done in a timely manner.

They wanted way too much money. They charge you to come out and its a flat rate, not by the hour. I called them recently and they refused to do an estimate over the phone.

Gentleman was highly professional; explained what he was doing at each step in the process and made sure I understood how to check my own system in the future. When I mentioned my gas fireplace hadn't been checked in a while, he offered to do it on the spot, despite that not being part of the original trouble call. Fixed my heat, checked and cleaned the fireplace, all in less than two hours, for a very reasonable price. Haven't had a problem since, but if I do, I will definitely be using these folks again.

I am really impressed with the short time we had to wait for a technician to fix our problem! They were out within 40 minutes, and had the job done in less than 20 minutes. Professional and courteous all the way...thank you, Heidler! You are our "go to" plumber!

Couldn't ask for a better job. The plumber knew exactly what he was doing and did a first class job. He was very cooperative and explained the process in layman's terms. I am very pleased and will use the firm again. The cost was reasonable.

Steve heidler came out and gave me an estimate for a tear out and remodel of our bathroom, we did not accept that proposal. We did hire him to replace the toilet and the pedestal sink. We provided the supplies and they did the labor They just gave me an estimate and did a Powder room, that i've paid for that already in person at 610$. with a 25$ coupon through angie's list included. Had him come back for a completely different service and gave me an estimate to do all the plumbing in our master bathroom walked it with my contractor, said "let me send my nephew out and look at it, and they can do it by the hour. " I wanted a fixed price and he said "the best way to do it would be hourly." Mike came out, march 6th, he said "it would be 150$ an hour, not for lunch, or leaving for supplies" but then i said we're going through angie's list, and you offer a 10% senior discount. When i told him about that, he said the age for the discount was 65, i called the office and asked about the age limit, and they said, 55. I confronted him about it and he said i don't like to give discounts. My husband said the night before to track the hours. They showed up started working but they were on the phone the whole time, i told them not to be on the phone if i'm being charged by the hour. He continued to take calls while he was there, even though i stated otherwise. I came out with total of 150 per hour, 1650 for labor- 10% is 1485. They sent me a bill for 2679$ i asked for a breakdown, and they said materials and labor. I went to the office and paid my first bill for 610, and got the other bills, told them the bill is wrong, hours didn't line up and no discounts. They overcharged me for labor and almost duplicated their "HOURLY' rate. They would of had to been here 23 hours to come to the price they gave me for labor. Then i didn't hear anything for two weeks, so i called back again, asking about the bill. I asked for an itemized bill with discounts and other fees taken off. That was on the 18th, initially bringing it up on the 8th. and i still haven't gotten a call back. I am willing to pay the bill, but the bill is not right, i will pay once the labor and price is correct, like they said according to the hours they provided.

Absolutely fantastic! Service technicians promptly responded along with a follow-up from the Supervisor. I will always call Heidler for all of my plumbing needs!

They were outstanding. They had to bring equipment to dig in my yard. They were so nice. It was News Year Eve and they worked to get me water for the party I was having that night.

Did a good job tho it took all day. He knew his tasks but was a not knowledgeable about faucets and outlets--although he claimed to know. He also was selling goods and services where ever he could. I will bring him in only for water heater/pump issues as I bought the warranty. I thought the prices were excessive and will get more than one opinion the next time I have those needs.

All work was professional completed and they took care to leave everything clean and done right. Will definitely use again when needed.

Will Brown was not assigned originally to do the job but I am very pleased with his service because he was very knowledgeable and professional. I had many questions which he happy answered. If or when in need of this service again I will request for him.

I had a plumber in last week for the toilet issue. They could not fix. David at Heidler was able to diagnose and fix in 15 minutes. Awesome. The kitchen sink was more difficult but he was able to repair. My garbage disposal was leaking and David recommended I replace while he was there. He had the part on his truck. David was great !!

Fantastic! Results were better than I had expected, with a price lower than expected.
