They are plumbing and heating contractors. I used them in November, 2012. They did the repair. I put backup up my wall. Then, we had a hurricane and I had water in my basement again. I had to take down my wall again. There was a small leak from the pipe. Their repair did leak. The window also leaked and if that hadn't happened, I would not have known there was a small leak where they had put the pipe. It was seeping through and creating mould. They did come back out and repair it again. They came back and took care of it. It would have been nice if they had fixed it the first time.

The office called to say the technician was on the way. He arrived within the window that I had been given. After finding that the pump needed replacing he said he had one on the truck and quoted me a price. He replaced the pump. He was very professional and the whole visit took just over half an hour. I would certainly use them again if I have a plumbing issue.

Steve and Bruce showed up right on time and in a company truck. They didn't waste time after I described the problem, donned booties and went into basement. They found source of leak coming from bathroom on main level. They re-screwed overflow cover (that I had removed when bathtub was refinished) and caulked it. The job took 15 minutes. Price was a high - $69 just to walk in the door and find cause of problem and additional $68 to re-install my old overflow plate (tighten two screws) and caulk. No new parts and it was $140. Workers were very professional but I don't know their plumbing capabilities because all they did was tighten a couple screws and caulk.

Everything was great once again. I've been using Heidler for a few years. Always professional, clean and courteous. I'm picky about who works on my home, but Heidler is an easy call for me.

Heidler Inc. was wonderful. The two gentlemen were polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them.

They are very excellent. It’s such good work, I believe our home has been featured in magazines. It’s him and his sons and they are all good. We have used them for over 10 years. They have done 3 homes for us. We gave them the key to our home to do the work while we were gone that’s how much I trust them.

We've had this problem in the past and have worked with a couple of plumbers. Heidler, while on the pricier side, easily provided some of the best service. They were available on a Saturday night with an understandable surcharge for being outside regular business hours, came to the house fairly quickly after the initial call, removed our downstairs toilet, ran the power drain snake through the pipe and cleared it out so it ran clear. I was particulalrly impressed with the way they covered our bathroom with brown paper to protect the walls and floor. Thorough clean up was included as well. All told, the process took around 3 hoursonce the technician arrived.

My experience overall went very well. They did a great job with the repairs. I was pleased with their services and they got the issue taken care of. They were very clean and great with the clean up afterwards. The staff was friendly and professional. The pricing reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

I feel very good about using them because they have been in my area for around 30 years. They plumbers that they higher are excellent. They come in with footies so they don't track any dirt in the home. They clean up well. Everything they have done for me has been good.

It went well. They tried hard to discover the problem, I called yesterday and they came out yesterday, and they were very friendly. They didn't seem like they were trying to take money from us that wasn't necessary, we didn't feel like we're getting robbed, they didn't encourage us to get something done that we didn't need.

I called Heidler and left a message on Tuesday after business hours. I received a call at 8am Wednesday morning. I had a choice of appointments that day. I received a call about 2 hours before my appointment window and said they had someone ready to be at my house in 30 mins. I accepted. The plumber was courteous and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. I accepted and the project was done in 30 mins for the exact amount quoted. He cleaned up, made sure everything worked and was on his way. I thought the price was very fair for a pipe replacement.

Heidler has trucks packed with everything they need to fix it quickly and correctly on the first trip. The first plumber I hired spent hours (on my time) fixing his broken equipment and going back to the shop for replacement equipment and then announced that he had not found the problem. Heidler put their (working) sewercam down the drain and within minutes had found the problem and located the exact place to dig using GPS on the sewercam. The excavation to make the repair was small and so carefully done that when they were finished, I couldn't tell there had been an excavation in my yard. (The first plumber had suggested a backhoe.) I didn't chose Heidler initially, because the comments on Angie's List said that they are expensive. But they did in 15 minutes what the first plumber failed to do in 6 hours. Heidler is my plumber from now on!

The service man was very professional and good. I will definitely call them again.

Being the 4th of July, it was an emergency, he responded within 20 minutes, and was here in 15 minutes. Access the situation, was able to remove the stuck snake. We authorized him to proceed with unclogging our very stopped up kitchen drain. He answered questions, was thorough in finding what the problem might be, including checking the main. Once we decided for him to proceed with the condensation drain, he checked very thoroughly making sure that it was completed clear. Gave us several tips to keeping both drains cleared for any future problems. Will (the plumber) was extremely polite, professional, and friendly, being completely honest with the causes and prices.

fixing the leaking turn-off to the toilet was a short job...the second job was took better than 1/2 day to complete. The crew always leaves the area clean and neat.

PROS: Timeliness: Same day service and he showed up on time! Customer Service: A call bank of knowledgeable ladies who asked the right questions and got someone to me ASAP. Expertise: He noticed right away that the old plumbing line caused the sink to drain uphill, but only slightly. With the new sink we purchased the uphill tendency was even greater. He gave us two options. The cheaper of the two was to leave the existing drain pipe (which in his words "would not be an option if you were family") and be extra careful about what went down the drain. This was not an option for us since we may potentially have to rent this home out at some point. He found the drain line-- after digging out drywall and cabinet to the next cabinet over (That's a project for us to fix later) and then he expertly cut the pipe and installed a lower split that went through the cabinet walls. After that he put in double drain plumbing and a clean out connection to make future cleaning a cinch. Really professional looking job and a great fix for a more complicated drainage issue then we had anticipated. We will definitely book this particular plumber again. CONS: Clean up: He took old pipes and left them on the balcony outside of a bag or watertight container- they drained white paint onto the wood. He did take them with him but now we have a faint white spot on our balcony :-/ Price: It was pricey for 3 hours of work. With a call bank and fleet of plumbers you kind of expect that- but as my dad always says, you get what you pay for. OVERALL: Highly Recommend- even with the cons, the job was well done and well advised.

They were professional and neat in their work. they were careful with the door under the sink; in fact, removing it because it was a flip down type, so as not to break it.

Barely mediocre. See specifics above. Big disappointment after giving 3 opportunities to show improved work clean-up & customer service priorities. Initial contact & service good; following 3 unacceptable. Used for general pluming the first time. Later services included the purchase & installation of a hot water heater ( wrong size installed); replaced washer hose faucet handel (and did not repair the drywall they removed); sump pump work left room for improvement. I'm ready to move on to a different company

My main water line broke in my front yard in the morning and I called Heidler and they came out right away. They gave me an estimate to dig down and find the break. they also advised me of and estimate to replace the line from the meter to the house since I have "Big Blue". I chose to repair the line only, cost. They had to dig down approximately 3 feet to find the main line and start searching for the leak. Once they found the leak the made the necesarry repair and test for more leaks before filling in the hole and completing the job. They did in fact find one other leak and repaired it as well at no additional cost. All in all a very great job performed by a very professional crew and a heaart felt thank you for getting me back with water right away.

I was really happy with everything. The technicians were incredibly helpful and weren't pushy at all. They quickly but thoroughly explained what the issue was and the scope of the work (turning off water to the house at the street, and then cutting out the old valve and installing a new one). Once they gave me the price (which I thought was incredibly reasonable), I said sure, go ahead, and less than a half hour later I have a brand new ball valve that will last much longer than the one it was replacing.

GREAT!!! Heidler arrives on time and are always very professional ~ the work is done in a efficient manner and they always clean up after the service. The service people are extremely helpful!

Estimate was done promptly and very completely. Schedule set up easily, and minor issues that came up were solved quickly too. We needed to change our schedule a few times and the office staff was very helpful. The techs in filed were prompt and did great wor on a small project using some "vintage" fixtures. Heidler is first class and worth the money!
