Excellent service in all aspects. My only comment woud be that it took a week to get into their schedule but it was peak season. I will use Heidler again and recommned them to our friends.

Could not have asked for better service and a more professional plumber.

The service tech (Fernando?) was very prompt and professional. He took a look at the water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. He did a great job and was finished in about 3 hours. It would have been nice if the service call charge was applied to the work (like some other contractors do), but we are still very pleased.

They came the same day that we called them. We were very pleased with how quickly and well the job was done.

Heidler was the best, most professional contractor that I have used over the last 18 years. Their work is extremely neat. Their employees are great. My heating bill is 90% less now. What an amazing savings plus when they removed the old oil boiler I regained nearly half the room back. I recommend Heidler without reservations. I haven't had any problems with the equipment since it was installed. They used a top of the line brand. Surprisingly heir quote was the lowest quote too.

Chuck came out and was really awesome! He explained what he needed to do in detail, took great pains to be careful with the surroundings and did a great job fixing my kitchen sink. Hubby had kind of made a mess of things in an effort to fix it before (caulked the pipes and all) so this was no easy job. It runs great now! Would definitely recommend to others!

The plumber was early (but not without calling first to make sure it was okay) and very professional and pleasant to work with. He showed me where the water main shut off is in our condo unit and explained the job he was pricing out as he assessed the work. We had a leaky shut off valve in our half bath toilet. He replaced the valve and tuned up the other parts in the tank that my husband had already replaced before the service call, at not extra charge. The toilet no longer leaks and now I know where the water main is for our unit! I will definitely use Heidler again for any future plumbing or gas needs.

I called the night of a torrential downpour because our basement flooded and our Hot Water Heater stopped working. They planned on working all night and put me on the emergency list. Once we realized we weren't in danger of gas leaking, I called back and removed us from the emergency list and ask them to call when the can. They called the next morning and came out the following day. I was pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and work quality. Plumbers are expensive so it's hard to judge price, as I didn't get quotes, but the price seemed fair. They discounted the second two items since they were at our home anyway.

Called office at 0800, tech arrived at 0830, diagnosed problem, coordinated with AA County crew in location blockage. Cleared blockage expeditiously. Cooperated with Serve Pro team who were there to do cleanup and damage control. Kris Smith, the Heidler Tech, was courteous and explained what the problem was and its solution. Overall, an excellent job.

The builder of my house "Richmond" did a lousy job with the configuration of my drain pipes under the kitchen sink. He reconfigured the drain pipes to allow an easy access with the snake. It appears the clogged was halfway from the kitchen sink to the main pipe. He had to use the snake twice to clear out the blockage. The three hours of labor included everything, setting up, re-configuring my drain pipes, clear the clogged and clean the work area. He cleared the clogged, check for leaks on the new reconfigured drain pipes. The technician (Chuck) was professional, clean and friendly. He covered the kitchen floor with a blue tarp and left everything clean before he left.

Our outside water line was damaged by the winter's cold and could not be patched. The replacement of 12 feet of pipe from the house to the faucet was completed within an hour. It actually cost less than the initial estimate. We have used Heidler in the past for other repairs and installations and have always had great results.

End result was perfect. Exactly what I needed. I felt that the price was a little high and that I was trying to be sold on additional services which I didnt need or could do myself. I'll chalk it up to trying to be helpful but could have ended up spending a lot more money on easy fixes.

I went quite well - there were more problems than we were aware of. "Chuck" showed me everything that needed repair, checked over every possible cause for clogged drain before beginning work. Well dressed for the job, polite. Cleaned up well when finished. And when my husband came home - after four hours of repairs - he walked my husband through the whole process that he had done. This is fairly typical of our experience with Heidler. I don't think Chuck has ever been here before - but the quality of service was just as high as we have come to expect with this firm.

Gave a two-hour window (9-11AM), and came out by 9:30. Very polite and considerate (wore shoe protectors when going in and out of the house). Fixed my broken front hose bib quickly and with no visible damage to outside of house. Would recommend.

The technician showed up on time, made sure no mud was tracked in, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up when complete. A smooth, no problem job.

It worked out very well. They were extremely good. I would use them again. The work was executed on time, at cost and very cleanly. Last time they did simple plumbing, just basic leak repair. I used them because my parents used them and I've always seemed so happy with their service that I never really checked the prices around. I'm happy with their prices. They're generally very good but occasionally you get somebody who is very colorful.

They were responsive and were able to come out the same day I called. The technician was very curteous and very helpful. He cleaned up well and even wore booties to not track anything in the house. He was very professional and it took him about an hour to complete his work. I have recommended this company to others.

I called their emergency line at 0730; the on duty plumber returned my call within an hour. He first gave me some troubleshooting I could do on my own, and when that was unsuccessful, gave me an arrival time. He then called back two hours earlier than expected and said he was on his way. He promptly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Couldn't have been happier. Tech's name was Fernando.

Contacted Heidler and they were here the next day and fixed it. He even took time to explain how I could fix it in the future. Well done!

I sent them a message via their web site late at night. Early the next morning, they call back and we set up an appointment for that afternoon. We were called by dispatch when the technician started heading our way. All tasks were performed professionally and completely. Our technician (Mike) was very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Each area was cleaned up after the work was performed. The prices quoted were very fair. For having to call-in a plumber on a short notice to deal with a water leak, this became a very pleasant experience.

Heilder Inc was perfect. Jason the serviceman that came to the house was great. He was polite and went right to work. He found the problem quickly and repaired. He was very clean while working. Protected all surfaces from the front door to the work area and clean up after himself using a cleaner and rags. I am very satisfied with this company and will use them again.

UPDATE: After submitting my review, the company sent me a refund check in the amount of $68.04, which brings the charge for the visit in line with the $69 stated service charge. I now consider the matter satisfactorily closed. I was charged $137 for two plumbers to come to my house and just look at my boiler. No repairs were made. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the fact that the gentlemen came out and also offered their expert assessment of my situation, but I do not understand why I was charged double, on top of the $69 service charge. I could see if something was actually repaired, but that wasn't the case. I contacted the company about this a couple of times but to my knowledge nothing was ever resolved. I think this company probably does really good work, but I can't give them a high grade based upon what I was charged. If they actually fixed something, then okay, but all they did was come out and look.

Super responsive, high quality work at a fair price. Repairs of 60 year old boiler and newer gas fire place. They're on my A list.

I called this morning and he was here within a 1/2 hour. The blockage was more involved than anticipated, but he stuck with it and got it done. Very pleasant and very professional. Explained everything he was doing, how involved, etc. Would definitely recommend.
