Bill was very responsive and his price was fair. Steve did the painting and I can't say enough for his professionalism and quality of work. It truly looks like we bought new cabinets! If you don't want to go to the trouble of replacing cabinets, I would recommend Fresh Coats.

It went very well. The painters were very punctual and did fantastic work. The paint has no drips that I can see and they did a great job of patching up the wall where needed. They also did a great job of keeping things clean and cleaning up after themselves. I'd absolutely recommend them.

The painters showed up early every day, and worked long hours. They even started on a Saturday, worked Sunday as well, a long day Monday, and then finished up as promised by Tuesday afternoon. Had they not been willing to work on Sunday, the job would not have been finished in time for my cleaners to come in on Wednesday morning. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed in the time promised. Eduardo was very professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable being in the house with him and his helper while they were painting. They worked quickly, efficiently, as well as proficiently. Bill, the owner, was very responsive regarding communication and gave us a fair price for the work that we needed done. He did not try to oversell himself, and didn't recommend unnecessary work be done or overcharge for what was done. It was nice to work with someone that was willing to do the work at a fair price and also get quality work at the same time.

All around excellent. Bill responded quickly to our request for information and gave us good recommendations with how to complete the project at a reasonable price. The weather allowed them to get to the work more quickly than expected, and we were kept informed throughout the process even as the schedule changed. The painters arrived on time each of the three days the job required, and worked hard throughout the day. The quality of their work was top-tier. Drop cloth was spread over the entire floor surface, the furniture was moved as required and then covered, nail pops and drywall cracks were repaired, and paint was applied expertly -- with skill and speed. A second coat was applied as needed, which involved most of the surfaces. The result was very even coverage, and sharp cutting-in. Our furniture, floors, counters, and carpets were completely protected, and we've found only a few very small spots in the days since the job completed. Cleanup was as careful and complete as the prep had been, and left us only to re-stock the shelves as we wished. Our highest recommendation.

We couldn't be happier with the work Fresh Coat of Annapolis did. Bill came out right away to give us an estimate and throughout the process he was very responsive to questions and concerns. The painters showed up on time and were friendly, polite, and professional. They treated our home with care and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. There was no paint overspray on the deck or surrounding areas and it's obvious they take pride in their work. Our house looks beautiful again and we will definitely use this company in the future.

fast - very fast. entire job (3 rooms) done within 4 days of quote acceptance. only is the color in one room does not appear to be what I selected but I've not done a comparison so I can't be 100% sure.

Bill , the owner was very willing to fit me into his schedule as quickly as possible. Three men came for four full days, always arrived on time {or a bit early} and were very professional. They did a wonderful job, and I will not hesitate to hire them again in the future. Overall a really great and easy experience.

Our project had a very narrow window to get all the painting done in our house. Since we are transferring to the Baltimore area, our home goods had a static delivery date and planning to paint was critical for ease of access and painting without worrying about furniture. Bill was fantastic about following up during the week before the actual painting date. He stopped by the day before to drop off the paint. He and his crew were prompt and very professional. Normally, my wife is very picky about painters and since the houses here in MD do not have textured surfaces, a nice even coat is even more critical since it shows up of flat walls. Bill and his Freshcoat crew did a great job. He was also able to remove columns for a small charge and was able to help us with referring other contractors to service some of the other issues associated with moving into a new home. We bought a lock box so he and his crew could access our house (we hadn't fully relocated to the area) and the contractors did a nice job protecting our hardwood floors and left our house in good condition.
