These painters are fantastic! Jose and Robin painted our deck railings, with maybe 100 spindles. They were meticulous and very pleasant to work with. We were concerned about potential paint spatter on the ipe wood deck, but there was absolutely no paint that got onto the decking, thanks to their care and skill. Dealing with Bob the owner was just fine. He came out immediately to estimate the job and was excellent in scheduling the work and communicating about progress. I know who will do our next painting job.

The painters did a fabulous job. All of the room had dark painted walls and ceilings and I wanted to change to white. I especially like the door trim and baseboard that was painted in a gray color that compliments the headboard in my masters bedroom. This is the third time I’ve used Fresh Coat of Annapolis and I will certainly use them again.

Outstanding. Bid was prepared within one day and all promised dates for completion were met. Bill Greenwell the owner was on site multiple times checking status and Eduardo the manager of the project and his team of 3-4 workers finished the pressure wash in 3 hours and then applied 2 coats of paint in less than two days. Care and quality of work was outstanding. Full payment was due at completion by credit card provided pace of mind.

It was wonderful the company was very responsive to get me a bid and gave me an estimated date for work to be performed. As it turned out they actually came a day early and completed the job in one day. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the work the house looks great. I will definitely hire this company again.

I hired Fresh Coat to paint my back porch and steps which needed a refresh. Unfortunately, my original paint was no longer available, so the owner, Bill, recommended an alternative which matched my original color perfectly. He was also able to get me scheduled quickly. This is the third or fourth time I have hired Fresh Coat as they have painted several rooms in my home in the past. I have referred this company to several friends and have never heard a complaint!

After weeks of being put off and hearing excuses as to why they couldn’t come out to give me an estimate for my painting job, I gave up. Beware! If you have a small job, you are not worth their time. The excuses I heard were 1) I’ve been out of town. 2) We’ve been very busy. 3) Coming out after 5 or on the weekend is tough because I coach basketball. Really?? Is this how you run a business? This was the most professional team of service providers that I have ever experienced in my 54 years. They showed up for all appointments in a punctual and timely manner. The price was competitive and fair. Their workmanship was over and beyond the best! In this day and age, when we tend to congratulate for service providers that do the bare minimum of our expectations, it is such a pleasure to deal with a business that truly prides itself on quality beyond expectations. For future projects, I would never consider using anyone but FRESH COAT. I would also be proud to recommend them to friends and family. It honestly does not get any better than FRESH COAT OF ANNAPOLIS!

Working with Bill and his team was excellent and highly recommended. Punctuality was perfect - workmanship as well. Our "lead painter" Eduardo was fantastic to work with and very professional. He managed the team well and we were done "on time and on budget". My pricing rating was 4 stars, not because the pricing was high or bad, but because you will want to pay a bit more for timely and professionally managed results - and that's what we received. So it wasn't bargain basement - but we weren't looking for that. Definitely will do more with Bill and Freshcoat.

The crew did an excellent job. The owner had reliable and consistent communication with us throughout the job. The painters were professional and detail-oriented. They did a great job of preparing for painting. It was a fairly complex project using 6 different paint colors. We were very happy with the results.

Great work, repainting walls and ceilings. We scheduled the work while we were out of town. The crew got the work done well, no issues or messes. They fixed a crack in the ceiling. It went great! From receipt of the estimate a few weeks ago to arrival of painters yesterday - it was the smoothest painting job I've ever had. The results are beautiful. Bill and his crew are total professionals. The wall and ceiling prep was thorough - a number of drywall cracks and pops were fixed and are no longer noticeable. Took only 2 days total. The crew worked hard from the time of their arrival in the a.m. to their departure in the p.m. - extremely polite. Spaces were well ventilated - windows open and the crew wore masks whenever they talked to me (and I wore mine) - no covid concerns. I recommend this company. Thank you Fresh Coat!

Very professional owner and crew. This could have been a messy repair with lots of dust. Instead, the whole area was sheeted off and kept clean as they worked. After they were finished, the ceiling looked great and my house was left dust-free! Very happy with their services.

From the proposal stage to the cleanup stage, the whole process went very well. Owner Bill Greenwell came to the house and we discussed what needed to be done, when it could be scheduled and what it would cost. The employees were polite, on-time and completed both jobs in one day. When the weather did not cooperate, or I had other concerns Bill was flexible and easy to work with.
