Fresh Coat of Annapolis

Fresh Coat was everything you want from a contractor: on time, professional, thoughtful, affordable, and flexible. I needed the job done immediately and Bill Greenwell and his excellent crew were able to get my house painted very quickly. It was the first time I've used a painting contractor and it was such a good experience thanks to Fresh Coat. Their work was much-appreciated well done.

Service was good. Couple things that needed to be fixed along the was. Lots of paint speckles on the wood floor. But over all a good experience. Quick at fitting us in.

Fresh Coat Annapolis did excellent job in our kitchen/dining room project. They provided recommendations on type of paint to be used, brought the paint and left everything spotless. They also came right on time which was great as I was in hurry that day. I like all that they did but specifically I like how they painted the crown molding, the baseboards and around the windows. I think the price was fair for my project. I would definitely hire them again.

This is the second time we have used this company and like before, Bill's crew did a fantastic job! They painted a tricky staircase, bedroom, basement and all trim for us. The work done was wonderful, the crew was friendly and respectful of our home. Bill was extremely busy when I contacted him so we had a few communication issues however, we worked it out and the work was done beautifully and soon then expected.

The crew arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and were done in two days. The workmanship was flawless, the crew was friendly and courteous, and the work was managed by Bill in a very professional manner. The drywall patch work done before the painting was amazing. We'd attach a picture but we are still putting stuff back. It would detract from the overall quality of the work done.

We originally reached out to Fresh Coat of Annapolis but wound up being referred to Bill T. from Fresh Coat of Columbia, as Columbia is closer to our house. Bill showed up on time, was extremely professional, took the time to explain everything and provided us with a reasonable quote. We accepted the quote the same day and we were able to schedule the work with plenty of time for the holiday. Both Bill and his painter John showed up prepared/on time and did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond in terms of prepping the walls, doing some extra drywall work since we have new construction, and really gave attention to every detail.

Better than I could have hoped for! Bill (the owner) was very responsive and really worked hard to earn my business and trust. I was very nervous about picking the color and understanding the process was important to me and he really helped explain everything in detail every step of the way. He made adjustments to work within my budget, and as a single mom, that was critical. I will highly recommend him and his crew to anyone who needs painting done and I will definitely use them in the future!

Needed lots of TLC and Jon completed the job to my satisfaction....He worked for at least 6 hours. It was getting dark when he completed the job so I waited until I could see in daylight before making final payment. Next day there was some minor work that needed corrected and Jon came back out and fixed all to include another coat of paint. Very satisfied.

Everything went very well. Bill (the owner) was prompt in providing the original estimate and in answering some pretty detailed questions via email. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need as some others did. Estimated start and finish dates were met, prep work was thorough, results look great. Painters knew what they were doing and Bill checked in regularly. Absolutely no surprises.

What a great experience. Paper removal went quickly and smoothly even with paper that had been on twenty years. Painter was meticulous in all aspects.
