Bill and his crew at Fresh Coat of Annapolis did a fantastic job! We needed this work done as quickly as possible and he was able to squeeze us into his schedule the next day for a quote, and have the work done two weeks later. The painting crew was professional, polite, clean and did a great job quickly. The screw holes in the drywall were patched, lines are clean, paint is consistent, and they took great care making sure none of the outlets/covers got painted. They did a slight miss-calculation determining the amount of paint required, and had to run get one more can. However, this didn't cause a delay in the work nor did they charge us for this mistake. I recommend this company and we will absolutely return for any future painting needs.

I contacted Fresh Coat for an estimate to paint my foyer and hallway, including the ceiling and trim. Bill Greenwell responded promptly and professionally with a very competitive price. His crew couldn't have been better. They were punctual, courteous and meticulous about their work. They also cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely recommend Fresh Coat!

Service was quick and professional and fit my schedule. I called early in the week, got the estimate and they squeezednusbin at the end of the week, since it was not a huge job. The basement and the fireplaces came out fantastic and the guys arrived exactly when they said they would. I would definitely hire them again.

Because I was so pleased with their work --- and my husband, too, was thrilled --- we asked if when they were able they would add still another room to the job. We had contracted for the living room, dining room, foyer, first floor hallway and second floor hallways as well as extensive outdoor decking. Now, we wanted the study, too. They did the study without missing a moment. I was grateful. We will be hiring them again for additional interior and exterior painting.

Ijust moved into the area and needed my interior walls painted and I needed it done right away. Mr. Greenwell of Fresh Coat was able to fit me in and his staff started the following week. I was very pleased when the job was finished, my walls look flawless. From start to finish, Mr. Greenwell communicated with me everyday while his staff was painting my house. He made sure I was satisfied. I hired a lot of painters in the past but I would say that was the best experience I have ever had. They did a beautiful job. I've found relatively few areas for re-do, e.g., drips or misses. They were congenial as well. One small glitch with timing: should have been a one-day job, but he could only send one guy rather than three on the scheduled day. But, fortunately, we were all available the next day and the job got finished.

They started on time, finished on time. Beautiful job. Cleanup. Vacuum . The guys very polite.

Bill was excellent. He came over for a quote within an hour of my inquiry. His crew finished painting the house all in a day and just the day after receiving our quote.

We were very pleased with Bill and the crew at Freshcoat of Annapolis. Bill's quote beat out another local painting service by a couple-thousand dollars. We also had our hardwood floors being refinished around the same time, and Bill was very accommodating with our schedule to ensure that the painting was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Bill's team also dealt with a significant amount of old wallpaper in the house. In two areas, the entry hall and upstairs hallway, the old wallpaper was so well installed that it would have taken a week of labor to remove. Bill offered us an alternative to save on costs - having his crew retexture the walls with an oil-based finish, which essentially buried the old wallpaper under a new wall surface. The result was excellent, and the cost savings was tremendous. After his crew finished, Bill insisted that we take a couple of days to look around the house to identify any areas that required touch-ups. Bill wanted everything perfect, and was quick to send his team back to the house to make a few, minor fixes. Bill's team made one mistake, causing minimal damage to our newly re-finished floors. Without questioning or hesitation, Bill called me immediately to tell me he would do whatever it took to fix the problem - and he did. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and expected. We're very pleased with Freshcoat of Annapolis, and would highly recommend using them. We plan to use them again in the near future to help us with our exterior paint.

Despite some issues with scheduling, which were beyond anyone's control (had to reschedule twice due to snow), provider was very responsive and easy to deal with. The gentlemen who came out to do the work were on time and professional. The work they performed was excellent, looks like nothing ever happened! Would use them again.

The installers arrived on time and got to work immediately measuring and cutting wood for the crown molding installation. When the job was done they cleaned up my Living Room and gathered their materials and were on their way. The crown molding looked great the first few days. After a few days, gaps between the wall and the molding became very visible. I guess after the caulking dried up a little. In my Living Room on the main wall there is a section of molding that is clearly not properly butted togther so it sticks out like an eye sore. Not sure if I want to get this section re-cut and properly fitted.

Bill showed up the morning of the job and checked back several times each day. And made sure to stay to ensure my wife was pleased with their work. Great job!

Very well. Crew was on time and very courteous. They got right to work and did a great job on the moulding. They also put the furniture back exactly the way they found it.

From the time I was contacted after purchasing the "Big Deal" till the work was completed today, I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. They went out of their way and did a small side job as well. Can't say enough good things.

ingFresh Coat Painters responded to my call quickly and arranged an appointment the next day. We met at the property on time, the estimate of the cost was calculated right on the spot with computer, it was so professionally done and such a fair quote for the work. I've never dealt with contractor so convincing and trust worthy before, i have to credited to Angie's List allowing me to be off guard. So i signed the contract right away and Fresh Coat Painters come and finish the job accordingly. I had to mention that they are also so flexible to complete the work when there was problem arises.... First they couldn't find outside faucet for Power Wash. It is the Historic Property... so they scrape the loose paint instead, the the door trim was so rotted, they found me a handy man replaced the wood , so the job could be done without delaying... That's all the conveniences i need. It saved me a lot of frustration. I didn't get the chance to see the work done because i was going out of town next day, i believe they must have done a great job as they promised. Matthew the owner was great! He gave a thorough bid with multiple pricing options, depending on how much we wanted done...ie, drywall repair,wallpaper removal, wall paint, ceiling paint, etc. he gave us estimates of how long it would take to complete each phase too. The team was on time, they kept the area sealed off so we didn't have drywall dust everywhere, and cleaned everything well after the job was complete. Best of all, my walls looked great. I'm not sure I've dealt with a more professional contractor. I'd use them anytime.

They did an excellent job. We had used them before to paint our exterior so we knew what to expect. They showed up right on time as usual. First thing, they moved furniture to the middle of the room, covered everything, put down drop cloths and plastic everywhere. Next they did the drywall patching. And then the painting. They took great care to get everything right and not to damage anything in our home. They were very flexible working around our schedule as we had some other work being done that delayed painting one of the rooms. Once we were ready for them to come out and finish, they came right out on our requested day and finished the job. It looks great!

I explained what I needed painted and he made an appointment for a free quote immediately. When he arrived for the quote I was delighted that he was extremely easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I was given a printed out quote for the work to be done. I was so thrilled with the price I made the appointment for the work to be completed that same week. The painters showed up on time, was very respectful of my home and my belongings. They left my home in the same condition as it was when they arrived. I searched for a mistake, or a flaw in the painting job that was done and couldn't find one. I am very happy with the quality of work that was done and the sense of urgency that was given to this job as well as the affordability. I would recommend Fresh Coat Painters of Annapolis to anyone.
