They did nothing.

Description of Work: Had a appt with this company on Tues 25th of march and they never showed up called or anything. I am appalled that if this is a common practice for them they are still in business. I value customer service and have no problems paying more for a service if the customer service is great. As I found out this company has no customer service and will not ever give them a chance again.

Nothing I have in the schedule shows an appointment on that or any other day. If this is our fault I apologize but we have no record of this appointment. We have done work for this customer in the past so maybe we got confused with another contractor. We take pride in our great customer service and would appreciate if you consider removing this as we are greatly affected by negative comments like this. We do little work in this area and this would have had to been scheduled some time in advance. Either way I hope the issue is resolved.
