David Pugh has excellent trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills. He was able to quickly ascertain what the problem was and fixed it. He is honest and truly wants to do a good job and keep his customers happy. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dave was amazing. He took a detour to come by the house and look at my AC unit. He diagnosed the problem, tried to fix it, but eventually had to give me the bad news that the unit needed replacing. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Dave was very quick to respond to my initial outreach. His voice and demeanor were very calming and his sense of urgency, very reassuring. Dave arrived early for our appointment and we directed him to a key to enter on his own. By the time we arrived home, Dave had already diagnosed the problem and was working on the repair! Dave is the ultimate professional and he definitely knows his business! He worked quickly and efficiently and most importantly, when he departed, we had cool air flowing again at a very reasonable price! I HIGHLY recommend Dave for his honesty and trustworthiness. He's awesome at what he does, and personally, a really nice guy!

Dave was great. He was very responsive and called me the next morning after I sent him an email the previous night. At first he explored the possibility of walking me through the phone to save me money, but unfortunately I didn't have a voltmeter. So I was available F-Su and he was able to come by Friday, looked at the situation, re-wired my air handler, and install my new thermostat. It is up and running and ready to go. He even gave me his thoughts and price on getting a new system since mine is pretty old. No hard-sell at all, just offered his price, and mentioned the difficulties given the limited space in my condo. Once I got funds saved up for a new system and mine starts looking to die, I'll definitely be calling Dave again to install/replace.

Got a quote and nice interaction but we ultimately went with a different company because they also do our heading oil delivery. Nonetheless I was impressed with the service, competitive price, and prompt responses.

Everything was exceptional. Dave was able to show up 2 hours earlier than planned, which worked well with my work schedule. He looked at the situation and determined that I did need a pump. He had it installed within 2 hours. He and his partner were friendly, courteous, and professional. After he left, I noticed 2 wires for the safety switch not connected. I quickly called him back and asked him about it. We talked it over and he was more than willing to come back and connect the wires. I would recommend All Good Home, Inc, and I would use them again in the future.

Through Angie’s List, I contacted All Good Home, Inc for A/C service. My initial call went to Dave’s brother who directed me to Dave. In speaking with Dave, he provided an arrival window between 10am - 12noon. Given the recent string of hot weather, I was prepared for a response of, no availably today; so the 2 hour window was a pleasant surprise. Dave arrived within the timeframe stated, asked a few questions and quickly assessed the problem, a capacitor that had gone bad. After replacing the capacitor Dave provided advice, with no up-selling regarding the longevity of the HVAC system, and what actions may be required ‘down-the-road’. Dave’s efficiency, demeanor, and knowledge explaining the actions being performed were greatly appreciated. Although there are numerous HVAC companies to chose from, should I require HVAC services in the future All Good Home, Inc. will be my first call. (Note - If Dave is outdoors working on your system during the summer heat, please be sure to offer him a bottle of water)

David was great! I left him a voicemail and he responded within the hour and was able to come out immediately after the job he was currently on. He was professional, very informative, gave us a great price and I am confident he gave us quality service.

I called and he came the next day. Had the furnace fixed and running again within about 20 minutes.

Excellent service, highly recommend. They did a great job all around, really went the extra mile to provide great service. The install was today and so far it seems like they did everything just right. Very pleased, would use again and highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.

After reading the excellent reviews on All Good Home, I thought to give a call at 4pm on a Saturday and see if I could schedule an appt for the following week. David picked up the call personally and was so friendly and helpful on the phone. He even apologized that he couldn't make it out that day! Well, we scheduled him for Sunday. He not only was punctual, but called 45 minutes beforehand so we could expect him. He was honest, did the work quickly and even figured out a way to ensure that the generic part fit in our heater. Within 1/2 hour of him fixing the furnace part, our house was toasty again! I really appreciated his honesty, personable nature, and responsiveness. He understands that when something like a heater or AC goes out, it's a big deal (especially when snow's in the forecast!). I would hire him again in an instant. Great find, thanks to Angie's List!

He did a great job! The setup process didn't proceed as it should have according to the documentation so he had to call in to ecobee support. They had him on hold for an hour but he was very patient. The first support guy told him to just go ahead and wire it up and "see what happens" and he quite properly said heck no unless they were willing to pay for fried electronics. Then they got a more experienced guy on the line who figured out what the problem was and everything went smoothly after that. He refused my offer to pay more to cover the extra time so I just went ahead and gave him a bigger check anyway because he had earned it (cost of service below is the original figure). He also noted that the air conditioner was on even though the power was off, suggesting something was incorrectly wired. My home is currently under warrantee so I waited till the warrantee guys came back for a follow-up visit and sure enough a wire was arcing and needing to be replaced. The first time the warrantee guys had come in, they had misdiagnosed the problem. All Good Homes is definitely my go-to HVAC firm now!

I contacted All Good Homes on Saturday night after 7:30pm. Never expecting a return call on a Saturday night but David called me and immediately asked me whether I was seeing certain things when I turned the thermostat on. He patiently tried to walk me thru the possible causes and solutions of my heat problem. Even when I wasn't sure where my furnace was he was patient enough to answer questions to help me figure it out. He figured out the problem over the phone. I was able to turn the heat back on by turning the furnace switch back on. Although it turns out i didn't need him to come out this time.... he has made me a future loyal customer.

I thought everything went well. The heat worked great. I didn't realize there was any issue until I turned the AC on this summer and it started leaking into my kitchen ceiling. They were good at coming right out and resolving the issue so it would stop leaking. He told me that they should be charging me to come out, but that this time would be "on them". He said they would charge me the next time. They didn't do anything about the ceiling damage, but I decided not to push them about that. I used the AC unit sparingly after that, so as not to cause anymore issues. I was gone for a few days and my son was running the air conditioner. Sure enough, the unit was covered in condensation, and it was leaking all over the floor in the laundry room where it's located. I recently spoke with a tech from another HVAC company I saw at a local laundromat, and he told me that absolutely should NOT have been happening. He told me they should have installed a device to manage the condensation. Simply put, they didn't do the job right, and I want it done correctly. It's been less than a year, which is way too soon to have these sorts of issues.

Our a/c suddenly stopped working on a Sat night, during a heat wave. We called All Good Home on Sunday morning and David came out that afternoon to look at it. He said we needed a new fan and quoted us a fair price. He had to order the part, which took a day, but he came back out on Tues and fixed the a/c in about an hour. He kept us informed every step of the way -- we never had to call him for updates, he was very prompt about calling us to let us know what was going on. We're happily enjoying our cool and we'll definitely use All Good Home again. Great service, nice people, quality work -- winners all the way around!

If I could give David at All Good Home (AGH) an A+++ I would. Let's just start by saying that when a service provider offers to help you troubleshoot a problem over the phone you know you'll be in good hands. The issue was the AC unit wouldn't come on and I couldn't figure out why. David was one of the few companies available on a Sunday afternoon. After explaining the situation he volunteered to walk me through some steps to see if I could remedy it on my own. We determined it would require him to come out. Despite it being Sunday afternoon and a blissful 95 degrees outside, he headed right over. Needless to say, the problem was resolved quickly and I got a fair price. He even showed me some other areas of concern for future reference. I generally don't write reviews immediately but felt compelled to do so this time around. The level of integrity, professionalism and customer care David-AGH showed deserves recognition.

David arrived early in the appointment window and explained everything he was doing. His investigation indicated the system had failed due to an overcharge shutdown. He reset the system and verified it was working normally. Investigation of the system showed no cause for the overcharge shutdown so he recommended running it for a while to verify it was working to call if it failed. He also provided some good advice for how to check the system in the future. It was a pleasure working with him.

My wife and I teach at an American schools overseas and we rent our house in Annapolis while we are away. We got a call from the family in our house that the heat wasn't working. We had to scramble and find someone to go take a look at the heater quick so I got on Angie's List. Dave was awesome. He was honest, professional and really understanding of our situation. We are friends with the renters and they said Dave made the whole process easy on them. He was able to come out at a time that suited their schedule and he got the work done quick. I like that he laid out a few different HVAC replacement options for us and his prices were way better than what I found online from other providers. Quick response time, quality work, great price. Highly recommended.

Service was prompt and service person was knowledgeable and personable. My only problem was that he was supposed to follow up after some research about our (kind of weird) system, and never got back with us. So, I'm just kind of working on the assumption that everything is okay? Hopefully? He did show me how to replace the faulty water gauge so I could make sure there was enough water in the radiator system, which was great.
