When our A/C wasn't working, I called a few repair places. Dave was the first available and came that afternoon to look at the problem. He let me know when he was on his way and got right to work. Upon realizing that the freon was low, Dave explained what the possible reasons for this could be. He then replaced the freon and adjusted the pressure accurately. He even returned a few days later to thoroughly check for any leaks due to our previous concern. Dave was very easy to work with and he made sure that no stone was left unturned when fixing our problem. I would definitely use him again!

I called to check prices and All Good was just a little lower than the other estimates I got so I asked him to come out. He said he was available immediately and was here in just a few minutes, charged my system at a very reasonable rate and quicker that I would have thought possible. We also discussed replacing my water heater and again the price was reasonable and Dave is easy to deal with so I scheduled that for a few days later. Highly recommended!!

We recently bought a new home and with the hot spell in April, we turned it on for the first time (unable to test it during the home inspection). The air conditioner ran for several hours without cooling our home. I called a number of HVAC service companies and All Good Home was the first to be responsive to our needs. Most other companies told me at least one week. Dave Pugh came to our home and inspected the machine and let me know that it was critically low on freon, with a potential leak. Dave encouraged me to seek out the sellers to fix the problem first before employing his services. I greatly appreciated the honesty and professionalism he extended. As it turned out, the machine was low on freon from the manufacturer. The company that installed the unit from the Developer came out and filled the unit with freon and all is working well.

Dave installed and removed an air conditioner and furnace for my wife and I. He gave us mulitple options that helped suit us financial as well as our house physically. I do not think you could go wrong using All Good Home no matter the size of the job.

Our old house has never had anything but window units for A/C. We decided we wanted a more comprehensive A/C solution. All Good Home responded to our inquiry quickly, and thoroughly went through the possible solutions of installing ductwork or a ductless system. We went with the ductless system which All Good Home managed to install in just three days of hard work, for the very reasonable price originally quoted. Several issues with the installation came up along the way and All Good Home overcame each in turn with little to no involvement from us. Throughout the project, All Good Home was professional, prompt, curtious, communicative, and the job was expertly done. I would hire them again.

My heat went out in the middle of the night. I called All Good Home, Inc. and my call was returned promptly. Dave agreed to come out that afternoon to take a look. Unfortunately, my HVAC was old and needed to be replaced. He came the next day while I was at work and completed the entire project.

The job went very well. The site was clean and Dave and his crew even spread out and tamped the topsoil that my husband had gotten to make sure that the area for the new heat pump was graded away from the house. He did not charge for this service.

Dave Pugh's AllGood Home is a fairly small outfit, but they were very responsive, both initially in getting us the estimate, then in scheduling the work and showing up on schedule. We discussed various options, like extending the existing radiator system and just putting in central air conditioners, but after a lengthy discussion with Dave, we decided the simplest option was to replace the heat pumps with new, higher efficiency heat pumps. The first heat pump went in right away, no muss no fuss. The second one was delayed a day due to problems with the heat pump supplier, but they did what they could in prep work until they were able to secure the second heat pump. They were neat, efficient and professional. A few days later, one of the heat pump's digital thermostat began showing a fault and shutting off. Dave drove out on a Sunday afternoon to troubleshoot, eventually spending a good couple of hours before he was able to make it behave properly. Have had no troubles with it since then.

From the time I called them till the job was done, they were helpful and concerned about my needs. I can't be more positive about this experience. They are first rate all the way.

Basically, I described this part in the previous section. However, it worked out better in that Sears would not finance my purchase. Their price was a little high. When I contacted all Good Home, I received a new quote which was several hundred dollars less than my previous estimate. The only negative I have was that they did not clean up the backyard to my satisfaction. I did not realize this for a coiple of days because I did not have any reason to go outside. Basically, I was very pleased with the whole process.

Very well. The owner responded same day to my issue and I already knew the older system was likely finished. He came out evaluated it and gave me all my options from fixing the old unit, to buying a new one. I had already decided to purchase a new unit so he gave me the different untis, background and the price points on each. I told him which one I wanted and he came back the next day and installed the system. Absolutely superior service and response!

I called around to several places in the area and his price was the best and he was able to come out the next day to fix it. The next day Dave and his team showed up on time, went over what they were going to do and got to work. They were professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them and use them again.

It went very well. They gave me a heads up when they were about a half hour away, did a thorough assessment of my air conditioner, explained what the problem with it was and then made recommendations. David also pointed out where I could save a few dollars which I appreciated. When it came to the actual installation, it went smoothly. They were prompt, efficient and extremely professional. They made sure to cover the carpet leading up to my air conditioning unit. They also explained what I would need to do to maintain the unit, showed me how to work the new digital thermostat. Everything is working well.

I visit was quick and efficient. He arrived, got to looking at the outside and closet unit right away. He recharged the outside unit and I had cold air within 20 minutes.

I called All Good Home Inc for a second opinion on an air conditioning repair estimate that I had received. Dave returned my phone call promptly and beat the competitor's price. He was willing to listen to the problem and accept the manufacturer's number over the phone to get me an accurate estimate without even coming to my house. He came out the next two days and had all the repairs completed. He was professional, personable, and honest. I would recommend his services to anyone.

When furnace was opened up pressure switch worked fine. When closed the furance would shut off. Tried several time with the same result. Finally got it to run and left. Heat died a few hours later. Called him and he thought that the flue pipe may be clogged and suggested that I get it cleaned or run a hose down it. Called in another contractor for a second opinion. Who felt the pressure switch was involved, struggle with it, but came up with a different solution that worked and furnace has been running since. Nice guy, very curtious just didn't care for the solution. This was a tough nut to crack for both contractors.

From the moment I spoke with David on the phone and throughout the entire appointment All Good Home Inc proved to be a service provider that prides itself on professionalism and customer service. They did an entire wellness check of my HVAC system, determined any issues, and took corrective action in a very efficient and timely manner. They also took the time to go over my whole system with me to explain what was occurring. With all that said the one thing I want to note and most people might not notice this but every time they entered and exited my house they wiped their feet. That might seem small to some people but to me that showed that they are aware that this is someone’s house and that it should be respected. I can't tell you how many times I have had a contractor come to my house and trot through it like he owned the place. Upon searching for a company to replace my return air duct in m. y 1967 colonial in Bowie I contacted multiple companies. David from All Good Home quickly returned my phone call with in minutes of me contacting him on Angieslist. When another company did not provide me with a written estimate who was a little bit cheaper then All Good Home, David quickly emailed me written estimate. When the installation day came David was prompt and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend him for duct replacement. The only reason I gave him a "B" for price is that another company was a little bit cheaper but I'm glad I chose All Good Home Inc.

He is very good at what he does. He takes time to explain things. He is a good person for this type of job.

His name is David Pugh and we found him on Angie's List. I couldn't get the furnace working and I had called a heating guy and had him come out. He just kept coming back day after day and kept on changing parts till I got real frustrated. I called my brother and he searched Angie's List and found David. He came right out to the house that day and fixed it right then and there. He was prompt. I had called him and he called back and told my wife about where he was and how long it would take him to get here. He called me a couple of times when he was on his way to tell me when he would be at my house. He went out and bought a part and he then called me again to tell me that he was on his way back and should be at the house in a certain amount of time. He was really on the ball and knew what he doing. He diagnosed the problem without any hesitation. I was really pleased with his work. It was a little bit pricier than what I had anticipated but I was really happy with the fact that he was able to fix it that day and it was worth it. I was very impressed with him.

I contacted All Good via email this morning and within an hour, Dave, the owner responded. I spoke to Dave over the phone and explained that the pilot light kept going out. He thought it could be a few things, but since he always keeps the necessary parts in his truck, Dave felt confident he could fix the problem in one visit. Dave was able to schedule a time the same afternoon. Dave arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. Within in no time he had the broken part replaced and did a routine cleaning and maintenance of the furnace. He even checked all the radiators in the house to make sure they were in proper working order. I highly recommend All Good Home Inc. and would definitely hire them again.

It went very well. They were able to pin-point the problem to our outside unit. A power surge damaged two parts and our freon was low. Everything is running AOK!

He showed up on time, he called me back on time, he did a good job about cleaning up after himself, and he was very nice. He wasn’t necessarily the cheapest, but the job was done in a competent way. He did a good job and it is working the way it is supposed to.

All Good Home mainly works with HVAC systems but they were highly rated in a couple of areas so I called them about the smell of mold/mildew in my bathroom. I had called other people for ideas about the smell and estimates. Some wanted to do mold testing and other expensive services before diagnosing the problem. When I called All Good Home, David listened to everything I said since I had eliminated some possibilities and I thought I located the source of the smell. He treated my ideas with respect. He gave me reasonable possibilities about what the problem could be from the seal under the toilet to a major leak below the toilet into the flooring (which he could check by examining the ceiling in the basement below the bathroom toilet). He gave me reasonable phone estimates for each of the possibilities and they made sense to me. He was completely booked because of the extreme heat and service calls for air conditioning systems but he put me on his schedule for the next week. He arrived on time with an associate, introduced themselves and were very professional. After looking at the bathroom, they went to the basement, pulled the insulation aside in the ceiling and found no leak into the flooring from that bathroom. He removed the toilet where he found the source of the smell...the area under the seal. He used a fungicidal product and gave me a large container to keep for the future. He cleaned out the area with the fungicide, put in a new and larger seal and put the area back together, cleaning up everything around the toilet. I also had a list of handyman items that they did for me. They fixed the corner bead in the partition wall in the bathroom which had a hole and a piece of metal sticking out. They did such a great job I don't even have to paint the area, he blended it into the area. They installed a hand held shower head, changed light bulbs in the garage that I couldn't reach and helped me move a desk and table. I was very grateful since they really are not handymen. They take care of HVAC systems. The fee was $300 which I felt was a reasonable amount. I am very happy with his honesty and help and the work that he did. He is in my book of "Service People to Use in the Future".

Needless to say, we spent most of Saturday morning calling around to find an HVAC contractor who could come out ASAP. The earliest appointment we could get was Monday mid-morning. Then a friend recommended All Good Home, Inc. I put a call into Dave on Saturday afternoon, and he put us on the schedule for Sunday. He kept me updated via text message as to when he would arrive on Sunday, and had our A/C fixed by about 1:30pm Sunday afternoon. He even worked with our Home Warranty so that we could be reimbursed for the repair. Dave and his assistant, Jeff, were very polite and friendly guys. They knew exactly how to fix the problem, and gave us a very fair price. My husband I and I were so grateful that they could come out so quickly and cool down our 89-degree house! I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
