I contacted All Good ,and Dave called me back in a very timely fashion and came to the house to check out the heat pump the same day. He could not find anything wrong with the heat pump but explained to me carefully what I might have been hearing, and what to look out for in the next few days. Dave was professional and knowledgeable. As he was in the neighborhood, and there was nothing to fix, he was kind enough to not charge for his time. I will definitely call All Good the next time we have an issue with our HVAC system.

Dave was awesome! After the 3rd BGE Tech came to do something with the BGE thermostat they installed, I was told there was nothing wrong with the wiring and that I needed a HVAC repairman. As soon the tech walked out the door, I called Dave and he was there in 20 minutes. He fixed the wiring and 20 minutes later I had heat! I will not be submitting a BGE claim since it was their fault I had no heat in the first place. If I ever have any HVAC issues again, I will definitely be calling Dave.

This is truly a top-notch company that is very customer-centric. I emailed them on a Friday late afternoon and had a response with a quote by that evening. Dave followed up on Monday morning to make sure I got the email and see if I had any questions. When we decided to move forward, he wasted no time in ordering the equipment and scheduling a time to install. Very friendly, competent and easy to do business with. He was very punctual in the two times that he came to the house and always answered his cell phone. When I mentioned that I had a faulty breaker (nuisance tripping), he offered to put one in for free if I picked one up. He actually showed me how to do it, so next time I can do it myself. I have dealt with many contractors in the past (and even do it professionally because I am a registered professional engineer in 5 states), and this outfit is one of the best all around. Needless to say, I have a new preferred HVAC service contractor for both home and rental property.

The service we received from Dave Pugh, All Good Home, Inc., was excellent! We are very satisfied with the customer service we received. Dave and his brother were prompt, efficient and very professional. We couldn't have asked for a better company to replace our furnace/heat pump/AC unit. Would give this company an A++!

Our central air stopped working around 8:00 at night (that's when I noticed the problem). I called All Good Home Inc the next morning and Dave was able to swing by our house around 1030. He quickly diagnosed the problem (coolant leak) and provided multiple options (patch, repair, replace...) and laid out all of the pros and cons of each. We chose the cheapest option for now and will replace the system (with All Good Home Inc) in the future. Dave was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

I will only call "All Good Home" when we have future issues. These are guys you can trust to help you out of a fix.

Dave was incredibly helpful throughout the process! He was at the house about 15 minutes after we first called him. He did an initial assessment of the system and came back the next morning to replace the outside HVAC system. I thought Dave was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will certainly contact him again if we need him!

Went great; would easily use again. They were responsive in their communication, made a very attractive proposal, and executed successfully and on time. Dave walked me through the entire system and helped me what was actually needed (compared to another company that basically suggested to replace all sorts of things simply because they were old).

The service was great - he came out the same day I called and was friendly and professional. He talked through the issue with me, provided several different options, and told me what I should prepare for with the system long-term.

I came home from work at about 6pm to find my thermostat set to 72, the fans blowing, and the house reading a snug 80. Nothing I could do convinced the A/C to kick back on, so I started calling around the Heating & A/C contractors listed here with Angie. No one was still open at that time. Dave and All Hands here are the 9th person down on the list, as it appears to me. But (unfortunately for Dave) he was the second person to get back to me. He actually texted me later on that evening (around 10) which I really appreciated. You see, my biggest hang-up with contractors, or the "service" industry in general in this area, is their overall lack of responsiveness and terrible business hours. Maybe I'm an outlier, but I take the train to work every day. I'm out of the house no later 6:15, and the days are rare that I can catch the express train home and make it back by 5:30. I know lots of people in this area who maintain similar hours. We're not going to find out about problems until after 7 of those 9 companies on the List are closed for business and not bothering to check their messages. In this instance, I didn't want service that night (if it'd been a water heater, I would've wanted some assistance pronto, but knock on wood). I just wanted to get the ball rolling on scheduling the service. If I'd gone with any of the other 7 companies, it would've been half a day until I even found out if they had any room in the schedule to come out and look at the problem. So, the fact that Dave checked his messages and got back to me is RARE in my experience. And the fact that he was courteous enough to think to text was just awesome. I will definitely be giving All Hands the opportunity to win my work in the future.

It went very well. Dave spent nearly an hour looking at my HVAC system and found a potential fix. He also made a really good recommendation for how I could address heat issues without a lot of expensive work. His recommendations seemed more geared to my interests and not his necessarily. Really appreciated his honesty.

Awesome! David and his brother were professional, nice, and worked so well together that it was fun to watch. I got three estimates, and this price was the best. The work went quickly, I learned new things about my house (David is seriously an expert in furnaces--he caught a number of issues that our home inspector missed), and the new units are terrific. Now, we can turn our heat way down most of the day, and leave the central air OFF most of the summer, because we can focus on heating and cooling the rooms we really use.

Dave did a great job fixing the heater in my house. He responded to my call right away and was able to diagnose and fix the heater the same day. This was important since the temp went very low that night. He even explained how heat pumps work to my boyfriend. I liked his efficient and fast service.

Went very well, he came back out once to fix a problem with the unit that was factory related. Very good response time and he replaced unit quickly and efficiently. Would call again for any heating, cooling or water related problems.

GREAT!!!! Steve picked up his cell phone right away when I called. He said that he could come out in the next few hours. I asked him to call before he came and he did. He asked me what was going on. He started checking the thermostat; the inside furnace unit and outside air conditioning unit. He replaced a bad capacitor in my outdoor A/C unit. He also warned me he couldn't tell how much life was left in the unit's fan, but he would be just a call away and there was no point replacing it that day. He also gave me the 10% Angie's List discount without me asking about it again (I did mention it over the phone in my intial call). I will definitely call American Sheet Metal the next time I need help with HVAC! And I will refer friends & neighbors.

Went very well. Dave is a great, personable guy with tons of knowledge. He gave me a straight up answer as to what the problem was and didn't try to push other/more expensive work on me. You would be crazy to go with another company as Dave is a one man show (owner, tech, ect). I will refer him to everyone I come in contact.
