David, who has outstanding customer service skills, arrived on schedule and asked me several questions about my 19 1/2 year old heat pump. He serviced the HP and told me it was in good shape. He did not attempt to sell sell me a new heat pump. He answered every question that I asked about it. I would strongly recommend All Good Home Inc for your Heating / AC needs.

Called Dave at 0915 on 2/19/16.....he said he could get it done sometime today.....I was very surprised and happy when he called and said I have the part and will be there in 30 minutes... Dave is super and he was in and out in a flash....his price was 1/2 of what another vendor was trying to charge...this is the 2nd time I have called Dave and both times were excellent.. The most prompt, honest and trustworthy guy in this industry around the area....do not hesitate to call him....he is the best.... So far on 2 service calls he has provided the same excellent service, same warranties and at 1/2 the cost....I have saved over a thousand dollars with Dave...he is the best...

Finally had maintained heat in the winter, what a difference. Set up the date, Dave and the unit arrived on time, with one other to assist. Took several hours, removed the old unit, and it was up and running without any glitches. They have serviced our old unit for years and always accommodated our request to repair, even when it broke during an ice cold January several years ago. The phrase, if it ain't broke don't fix it, is replaced with it if doesn't function properly time to replace it! This provider will always be our go to service for HVAC. The humidifier was installed in February 2016, i was looking for a particular model and finally found it. Pricing for both items was the best after 2 years of researching.

I called Dave and, as many reviews say, he was very friendly and made me feel at ease immediately. He was able to get here in 3 hours. He found the problem in minutes (it wasn't a defective pump). Took credit card. The dogs liked him.

Dave arrived promptly, looked at the old system and gave me an estimate on the new. His price for the work was very good compared to other quotes I had received for the work, so I accepted his offer. When he found out the new unit was available, we scheduled the installation for the next week. On the day of the installation, Dave and his helper arrived on time, and they had the unit installed and up and running within three hours. They were very professional and took steps to keep my house and carpet clean while they worked. It was wonderful to have air conditioning again! When I had a question about the system the day after installation and left a message on voice mail, Dave called me back quickly and was able to answer my question knowledgeably and understandably. I will definitely call All Good Home, Inc. again if I have any additional HVAC needs.

A/C stopped cooling on a hot July day. I called and he was able to come out that same day! The problem ended up being a faulty capacitor and he was able to quickly replace the part. He even helped me figure out how to remove the cover of my thermostat and replaced the batteries. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would use this company again.

I called him in the morning needing help with my A/C that went out. He said he could make it in approximately 2 hours. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, quoted me with a price of 180 and began to work. He was basically in/out, did a great job, the A/C is now running nice and cold. I would definitely use his service again. So glad he was able to come so quickly and same day.

arrived on time with new unit. Pulled old unit out of furnace and replaced condensing unit outside. Job was clean quick and was up in running in 3 hrs. Left the basement clean and the outside clean around the new unit. Would definitely recommend.

Dave took the time to check all the possibilities as to why the house couldn't get/stay cool. Determined the freon was a little low and realized that problem was caused by something else. It was a ventilation problem caused by a previous repair done incorrectly about 6 years ago. He was able to correct the problem and then help me learn about what should be done about installing insulation in the attic. He was friendly, professional, and fortunately didn't try to pressure me into buying an entire new system - although that is probably coming in the next few years, as our current unit is about 16 years old.

David and his brother are the consummate professionals. They have both compassion and professionalism which is often not found together when working with businesses to fix/replace items in your home. The temperature had dropped so low that the small space heaters were no longer able to keep me warm. They came out immediately to review my system and give me an estimate which proved to be on par (if not better) than the many estimates I'd received before them. It may be assumed that I was desperate when I hired them because the weather had taken a turn for the worse. Although, there is some truth to that, the overwhelming reason I chose to go with All Good, was because David was patient and honest with my questions and immediately responsive. He and his brother showed up to replace my system in a matter of a couple of days. Not to mention, they are the nicest guys you'd want in your home. I believe I've found my Heating & AC guy for as long as I'm in this house or he's in business.

This was a smooth experience. This provider was responsive, efficient, and friendly. I was able to schedule the AC system check at my convenience. When David arrived he checked the system both inside and outside of the home. He answered all my questions. Additionally, he topped of the refrigerant level of the unit outside. I would hire this provider again.

The technician was a really nice and accommodating guy. There wasn't much he could do to help our poor airflow situation, so really he was just confirming that. I don't know that I needed to spend $120 on this 'deal' to have him do that. But, that was more my mistake than his. He gave me his time, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He also helped me get the right setting for me programmable thermostat when I reached out to him a second time.

Dave and Jeff from All Good Home installed a complete new HVAC system for us including all new copper lines. They did a wonderful job! It was necessary to cut holes in the ceiling of our laundry room and family room in order to replace the old copper lines which were too small for the new unit. All holes were repaired and drywalled and the entire ceiling was painted with two coats of white paint. It is now impossible to tell where the holes were cut. The all inclusive price for the work we had done was $8700. While it may not have been the least expensive estimate we received, I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. That was certainly the case in this instance. As an added bonus, communication with All Good Home was always "instant". Emails were returned almost immediately and Dave always answered his own phone. No need to leave a message. That is really rare these days. I will not hesitate to contact All Good Home for future projects.

I contacted Dave through Angie's List, and he responded immediately. Asked basically how much he would charge me to install a specific unit(side note: for the EXACT SAME UNIT, I was quoted by a few other AL contractors, for $1200-$1600, MORE!). He gave me a very accurate quote, from the get. Came out the same day, to confirm quote. Price stayed the same, and I was honestly shocked! I was expecting the typical, "Well, your gonna need a gwibby widget and a few other extra install parts." But, NOPE! The install went great! Not much to say on that because, there are no negatives. He had his brother help during install. Came exactly when he stated. Workmanship is wonderful. Cleaned up every bit of mess, and even installed a new drain line(because the original one was totally incorrect)...and managed to entertain my dog, during my dogs outside trip. I would highly recommend All Good Home! They will definitely be my new hvac company.

The service went fine. They did not charge more than the $89 Big Deal. The guy was great. He even taught me a few things so that next time I can just do it myself rather than calling someone. He was professional. The price was fair because I got the Big Deal. So, it worked out good.

He provided same day service to inspect and clean my furnace. He recommended future changes for efficiency including ventilation changes that he would not in any way benefit from but did not pressure me in any way to purchase additional services. He fully honored his Angies list deal with no hassles and no exceptions. Dave was polite, professional easy to talk to, and punctual. I would use his services again and recommend him to others.

Dave worked with my busy schedule. He met me at the first property and followed me to the others. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also gave me some advice on HVAC and plumbing questions that I had. I will use him again in the future.

My heat pump and A/C (same system) have been having problems for a while now. Eventually, the heat pump wasn't heating the house (leaking freon) and the emergency heat got stuck on, it was time to replace the system, I called Dave (All Good Home Inc). He arrived on time and was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace the entire system ($5000) and said he could install it the next day. He was patient with me and answered all of my dumb questions. He also gave me a number of replacement options and helped me weigh out all of the pro's and con's. The next day he arrived on-time (around 9:00 AM) and had the entire system replaced by 3:30 PM. The only reason it took that long was that a custom part had to be built at an offsite location after the system was partially installed (he needed specific measurements to connect the new blower-unit to my duct work but the new blower had to be in place first). While we were waiting on the part he noticed that the pressure relief valve on my hot water heater was sending a constant stream of hot water down the drain. He noted that the sensor in the valve had gone bad and was allowing this. He also noticed that my hot water heater had been installed incorrectly and that it was missing an expansion tank. He offered to sell me the parts at cost ($75) and install them (while he waited for the custom part for the heat pump) at a deeply discounted rate ($100, his normal rate for labor would have been around $300). By 3:30 PM my hot water heater was working better than ever and my new heat pump was installed and doing a wonderful job heating my house. I would recommend All Good Home Inc to anyone in a heartbeat and will continue to use their services as long as I live in their territory.

Dave is very knowledgeable and provides accurate trouble-shooting, part acquisition and pricing, as well as excellent installation. Customer service and communication are superb.

David contacted me right away after I purchased the deal on Angies list. I set up an appointment for 2 days later and I could not be happier with his services. I will definitly call him in the future for my hvac needs highly recommend him!
