Great! Mike was professional and very honest. It's nice to know that the person showing you carpet options is the same person who will be installing it! Much better quality carpet than what larger national companies had shown and quoted me at the same price.

I found Michael Wyatt to be respectful and honest, he answered all my questions about my concerns for VOCs and the moisture barrier, and kept me updated on the status of the carpet order. On install day, he and his team came to the house on time, carefully moved furniture to the side, removed old carpet and padding, and installed new ones efficiently. Their install skill highlighted the pattern of our carpet choice. They moved back the furniture with the same care and asked me where to position them; gave me a chance to re design a room! Included in my install was Hollywood style technique carpeting for my stairs. This was not offered or even mentioned by my other estimates. The result was fabulous! We loved it! Michael Wyatt and his team, did an excellent job of installing my basement carpet, and would happily use their services again in the future. I would also recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

This small business was amazing. The owner came to do the estimate and was very knowledgeable. The job was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. The carpet looks amazing! The price was slightly less than the big box stores even with upgraded padding. I am very critical of work performed in my home and my expectations were far exceeded.

Great people to have to do work in your home.

It went great. Mike and his team are courteous, friendly, professional and provide honest feedback to any questions and concerns regarding various flooring products or the scope of the project you may be considering. I found Mike through Angie's List but didn't buy the advertised special through AL because I was pretty sure the SF of my flooring project was greater than the SF specified for the AL special; and not being sure how it would affect the ultimate quote I wanted him to come out and look at it first. Mike gave me the AL special rate, just prorating for the additional SF at the same rate - and this included 6 lb padding. We were able to arrange for Mike and his crew to come out to do the job w/in a week of my initial call; which was great as the tenant move in date was fast approaching. They did a great job at a great price. What's more - this is a small family business. Mike has his son working with him and one other guy. The carpet looked great, felt great - everything about the job was prompt and professional from the initial call to the selection of carpet, to the installation and clean-up. I love to support local, small businesses - even if it means paying a little more; w/ Wyatt's, your supporting local - and getting a great price.

The work was completed with all the wrinkles in the bedroom eliminated, and most of those in the hall as well. They were not able to eliminate one wrinkle completely but at least now it's not as pronounced as before. Mr. Wyatt was very patient and professional explaining completely what causes the problem based on his 20 years of experience in the flooring and carpeting business.

Mike and his Son were very polite,they wore booties and cleaned up all they mess they gave me tips on how to prolong my new carpets life and replaced some sub floor in my home so there's no more squeaking, I never received this great of service from a carpet installer before in my life, I give a thumbs up and up!
