Mike and his son installed carpet and luxury plank vinyl in our basement. We had wonderful experience with going over products. Mike was very helpful explaining what type of carpet/ fiber we need for basement and best available options for our budget. He explained in much detail of how installation will go and what to expect. As told, job was completed before time and place was well cleaned . We did not had to worry about anything. We were very satisfied with the service, product and installation on our floors.

The price was reasonable, the crew was professional and friendly and completed the task in a timely matter and cleanup was excellent. Michael Wyatt was very responsive, returned my calls promptly and made it happen, despite the very busy end of the year schedule. The carpet was nicely installed, the room cleaned and rearranged after the work was done. I would definitively hire him again.

Recently, my wife and I set about the task of reflooring our 3000 sq-ft home in engineered wood laminate. We purchased the material independently and set about choosing a vendor to do the install. Not knowing much about the ins and outs of flooring, we set about choosing a vendor with heavy favoritism in choosing a small business over the national franchises. I reviewed several online sites such as Angies List, Google Reviews and others before ultimately settling on Wyatt Flooring in Bel Air based on the reviews. I am here to say I couldn’t be more pleased with the decision. The owner, Michael Wyatt, came to our home, measured and gave us a quote on the spot. He was very competitively priced. Note, I did not say the cheapest. IF you buy for price, you buy twice. He did come in several thousand less than an acquaintance of mine though. Mike personally over saw the installation by his crew and was largely involved in the install. His team was clean, courteous, efficient and very dedicated toward attention to detail. It was over the top clear that Mike put his customers satisfaction and experience above the need to “get in, get out, and get paid.” They even went above and beyond by working thru the weekend in order to meet a critical date that we placed on them. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of work and the overall experience and value we received from Wyatt flooring and they will be certainly recommended by me to anyone considering any type of flooring product. You will not be disappointed.

I have dealt with many companies in both business and/or my personal life, but have rarely met anyone like Wyatt or his son in the capacity of a contractor. Both were extremely personable and also professional in their respective positions. Sometimes the people involved really do matter because you do need to trust someone in your home. I don't think I would let someone else install my carpet. This company gave me multiple options on what I needed and various price ranges. Best price of anyone AND excellent job done. I've had bad carpet done and I have had good carpet done before finding Wyatt's Professional Flooring. Thank heavens Im back to having nice carpet again, one of my best 2019 decisions. The new carpet is 45 days old and it looks like it did on day ONE, with two toddlers, an 11 year old boy and three adults all over it, daily. Good quality carpet and padding plus installation is very nice. Great Company and I highly recommend both service and materials. Will use this company again to finish up the house. Mike and his team installed wood-look vinyl flooring in the foyer, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. They also installed carpeting throughout the remainder of my 2-bedroom condo. I contacted Mike on a Wednesday, and he was at my home with samples on Thursday. He chose samples that he felt might match what I was hoping to find. His selections were excellent. I made my selections and signed the contract that day. It took only 2 weeks for Mike to get the products and start the install. It took 2 full days for the install to be complete. Their work was perfect in every way. They left my home with every piece of furniture in the exact location I wanted. Everything was clean and neat when they left, including leaving no debris in the center hallways and elevator of the condo building. They hauled away all of the old materials. They also left some carpet and vinyl remnants so if I ever damage the flooring, the area will be able to be repaired with the exact product that was installed. I was perfectly comfortable with leaving the team in my home while I went out on both days. The cost was within the amount I had decided would be reasonable. (I had 2 other estimates from well-known companies that I felt were outrageous, which is what led me to try contacting an independent contractor; and I'm so glad that I did.) The down payment of 1/3 of the cost had to be paid by cash or check; but I was able to pay the remainder with a credit card. I would not hesitate to use Wyatt's Professional Flooring in the future; and I highly recommend that they be contacted by anyone needing new flooring. My experience with them exceeded my very high expectations.

The job went well. Jessie and Jose came and knocked out the 3 bedrooms in about 4 hours. They were courteous and professional and kept everything very tidy. Michael was able to squeeze me in last minute since we were listing the property for sale that weekend. Very competitively priced and I will definitely use their service again!

Excellent service, prompt, he was upfront about potential issues, and was able to get the floors in 8 days after we met for the estimate. Would use again.

This is the second time that we have used the services of Wyatt's Professional Flooring. Two years ago, Michael and his team installed new carpet in my mom's home. She and I were very pleased. Michael was great to work with, explained everything that he did, and offered reasonable prices. At that time, I had just purchased my own home and knew that I would be calling on Wyatt's Flooring once I decided which direction I wanted to go with my floors. Fast forward to February 2019, Michael, Jesse, and Jose installed a new floor on my first floor and new carpet on the steps. I am absolutely thrilled with my floor. They are gorgeous!!! ( I went with a luxury vinyl wood floor that Michael recommended). Michael and his team are polite, friendly, dependable, and great at what they do!! The prices are very reasonable. Without a doubt, I will definitely use Wyatt's again in the future!! I highly recommend Wyatt's Flooring!!

Throughout the entire process of working with Wyatt's Professional Flooring it was clear that Mike is the type of owner who takes pride in doing good work. He was on time for the consultation appointment, listened to our needs and wants, asked meaningful questions, and helped guide our carpet selection with useful product information and tips. We chose our carpet and pad and scheduled an installation date 2 weeks away. Mike, his son, and a helper showed up on time on installation day with all materials ready to go. They worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally, taking time to explain what they were doing or answer any questions I had. They carefully moved furniture we hadn't been able to clear out beforehand and didn't so much as scuff a wall. They did a good job cleaning up before they left and the new carpet looks perfect. I will use them again if I need flooring and will recommend them to all of my friends.

The owner came to my home and took all the measurements, then showed me swatches of the different types and colors of carpet that were available and the price for each. No goofy buy one get one free or free installation with purchase or anything that required me to calculate, just a fair price for the work and materials. We scheduled the date, the owner showed up with his son and another helper and they finished the job in one day. The carpet material and color were a perfect match for the swatch I had chosen. Old school service!

Micheal is a nice guy and quite knowledgeable about carpets. The carpet he installed is a quality upgrade from the 'crap' I had put in twice earlier form Home Depot! He and his son and another friendly young assistant did a high quality job----and I am a bit of a "perfectionist'. Michael tried a bunch to help me find another color of carpet--which unfortunately was out of my price range for putting in the rental unit, but appreciate all the extra effort he put into looking for this for me. I only got one estimate for this job, as I felt good about both the price, his professionalism and knowledge. Almost always get at least two quotes. Not needed in this case---and my basement floor carpet is the proof.

Michael Wyatt arrived at our appointment to give us an estimate, he was extremely helpful in helping us chose the right carpet and padding for us. He was able to work with our installation schedule. On the day of installation he and his son arrived at the time given and proceeded to do the installation. Let me just say that I am in love with our new carpet, it looks great and both Michael and his son were so professional, I expect to have them back within the next year to install carpet and a new floor on my first floor, can't wait!
