Sent an email the night before the work was done and Pest Solutions responded quickly and said they could have someone out the next morning between 10-12. They estimated $80 and that was the charge. They said Brent would be out between 10-12 and he was out there around 10:00. Brent was very friendly and professional. He asked questions and then explained what he was going to do. He answered all of my questions as well. He also took precautions to make sure everyone was safe when he sprayed. He walked through again what he did after he was finished. I would definitely use them again.

We are so happy with the services provided by Pest Solutions. From our initial contact with Pest Solutions, Martin (the owner) was very responsive and explained exactly what we needed. We purchased a home in December and had a major problem with ants around the foundation of the house (apparently a common problem in our Development in Harford County). We had tried every off the shelf product and nothing was working. Our neighbors all use Orkin Pest Control, but we decided that we would prefer to support a smaller local company and we are so glad that we did. Brett (the owner's son) came out on June 24th and gave a thorough explanation of the treatment and told us exactly what to expect. He didn't try to oversell us, was very professional and he didn't try to "lock" us into some long term contract. The absolute best part of the treatment...it WORKED!!! The ants were gone and we didn't have to see them in our home anymore. Pest Solutions also guarantees their work. Brett told us that if we saw any pests after a few weeks to call and they would come back out and re-treat the area at no-cost. On Sunday, July 19th, I contacted Martin because we noticed the ants were starting to return to the area (Brett explained that this would probably happen since the ants were probably in distress). Martin immediately responded and told us that Brett would be back out the next day to re-treat the area at no-cost to us. Brett showed up, thoroughly treated the area and took the time to make sure that he treated every location around the perimeter of the house. He is such a pleasure to deal with and has been very professional every time that I've interacted with him. We are so glad that we found Pest Solutions and we highly recommend contacting this company if you have a pest problem. We plan to continue using Pest Solutions in the future on a quarterly basis and we don't even need a contract!

Mr Pollitt could not have been more professinal/helpful. We played phone tag for a few days, but not without effort on his part to try to reach me. In the interim he emailed me to keep the lines of communication open. He came by our home to inspect our concerns and promptly communicated back his findings to us. He stated he didn't think we had a hive as we had thought, but if we have any issues to call him. We were not charged for the assessment. Given his honesty and prompt communication, if any "pest" problems arise I would not hesitate to contact him.

He guarantees his work. If they come back, he'll come back again to take care of them. He's very responsive and answers the phone when you call. He came the same day I called. He was very informative. He put some kind of powder down in there and said most would be gone within 24 hours. Everything he did was excellent, including the guarantee. He was timely and considerate. He and I had walked the yard so I could show him where the spots were. He later told me not to come outside while he was doing it, but to stay inside and watch from the window, so I could make sure he was getting the right spots. He said to call him if any new crops showed up. He also advised me to do something preventive next time, because they were likely to come back.

Martin was very professional. He explained what he would be doing in detail for my complete satisfaction. I would definitely use his services again!

Brett was very nice and explained what he would do to treat the bee's nest. He also dug around the foundation looking for termites and looked in the basement for them also. The bees never returned and I also felt assured that there were no termite problems. The bill told me what chemicals were used for the bee removal. They guaranteed the bees would not return this season and asked me to fill the hole with caulk after one week with no sign of bees.

Pest Solutions was prompt, professional, fully transparent on service options and pricing. they took the time to explain everything before coming out. They arrived as scheduled and were thorough, courteous and careful. The best. Would definitely use them again.

Martin has been to my home before, shortly after I moved in last fall due to a carpenter ant problem I discovered. It took a few visits (as was to be expected) but we finally concurred the ant issue, and I signed up for the annual/quarterly pest treatment for my home. Marvin is always very punctual, polite, informative and professional. He and a helper treated my whole home both indoors and outdoors. The only reason I gave him a "B" for professionalism is for not wearing booties/covers on their shoes. During this last visit the weather was pretty damp and unfortunately I had some boot prints left behind I needed to clean up. Other than that I am very happy with Martin and Pest Solutions and will continue to use them and recommend them.

Martin was available within 24hrs and he was actually early for the appointment time. He was very knowledgable and friendly and I will definitely be using his services again. I saw the number of ants completely subside within a few days of treatment. The best part of all is that there is no yearly contract!

They successfully got rid of the ants and came back periodically to make sure there was no more intrusion. I then used them at my home for field mice on the property and inside the house. Haven't had a problem since, however if I discover more rodent or insect activity I'll call them again

I do not know exactly when they were at our house but they have always been professional, thorough and told us about any potential problems When we noticed some unknown flies, they quickly identified termites and treated for tem.

At that time U of Md Extension Service (Forest Hill, MD) recommended Pest Solution for our problem. He visited twice, spraying each time to eliminate the ants and to trace their path of entry into the house. This summer we noted further activity, and contacted him again. He came and sprayed the pathways and interior where the infestation can be identified. He was thorough and efficient, and willing to return without charge (as he did the second visit in 2012) if we saw further evidence of infestation.

My home had bed bugs and Martin did an outstanding job of ridding my home of those pests. He is a nice, courteous man who knew exactly what he was doing. The service that he performed for me would have cost me double or even triple the price had a chose from the more well known exterminators. Would definitely repeat!!!

Martin was very professional and polite. Took time to explain what he was using and how it worked. Gave friendly advice to help with avoidance. Best of all he backs his work. Had a problem after a month since his initial visit he came back and check and resolved the issue. I have not had issues since. Its been over two years now.

The process went well. Martin explained what he and his son was going to do and went ahead and did it.

Father and son showed up not only on time, but a little early and got right to work. Their work was neat and efficient and they explained every step to me. Would definitely recommend and, as a matter of fact, I will be using them on the new home I purchased!

On Saturday, 6/22/2013, 1400, Martin and his son returned to apply the treatment. Within about 2 hours, they strategically put down about 150 gallon s of chemical (benign to good things such as pets, flowers, etc). They sprayed a continuous perimeter at the ground/exterior line, including under my deck in the back, where Martin had to low crawl into the space to treat it and there observed termite mud tunnels leading from the ground to house siding (more evidence of termite intrusion into my house). In addition to that, using a long probe, they injected chemical into the ground about every foot the whole way around the exterior wall, including under my front porch concrete pad that I gave them permission to drill small holes and treat the soil that could not be reached otherwise, after which they cemented shut the holes (barely visible now). Now I wait and see whether the treatment worked. I believe that Martin did all the right things to ensure success, and if needed, will return free of charge to further inspect and treat any unresolved problem. I couldn?t be more pleased with the service, price, professionalism, and friendliness of Pest Solutions, and highly recommend them to anyone needing a pest inspection/treatment!

It went well ants and mice in shed are gone. Interior of home is ant free. Exterior requires repeat treatments as expected. Have not needed treatment this year so far.

I have used them several times. They are prompt, their prices are reasonable and they do exactly what they say they are going to do.

He responds very quickly takes care of any issues. If issue reoccurs he comes back and takes care of it free of charge.
