You can still get occasional bugs with any pest control company. The biggest difference for us is customer service. I have been using Pest Solutions for over a year. Their customer service is better than any other I have used. We had an ant problem in the kitchen. They came out in 48 hours. Two days later, I notified them the ants were back. The owner of the company came out himself and did the most thorough treatment I have ever seen. No more ants. I give them my highest recommendation. I often ask people "Is this someone you would want taking care of your elderly mother?" The answer is absolutely yes.

Excellent service. Contacted the owner, Martin, on 8/7/17. On 8/8/17, his son, Brett, was at my home to perform the service at the exact time I was promised. Brett was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and respectful. The price for this service was very reasonable, and they will remind me again in 3 months should I need another application at a lower rate. I highly recommend Pest Solutions.

They were fine. I didn't choose them, because they weren't able to do the work I needed them to do.

We had a mouse problem. They put traps down and plugged a bunch of holes in the floor by the radiator pipes with copper mesh. We haven't seen a mouse since.

For price, I think it was reasonable. Yes in fact, we are going to use them again in the future. We are scheduling them to come back because they recommend that you do it. They come back for a yearly check to make sure everything's still okay. I think they were very competent. We haven't had any further problems with termites. It was just the owner of the company and I think he was here about three hours to complete that work. They were very punctual and very knowledgeable, and I think they were fine.

After making a few calls Pest Solutions was the first to quote me a price over the phone and tell me about the company. The others wanted to send someone out before quoting a price. We made an appointment for an initial meeting and subsequently signed a contract. Two days later, our first service of having our termite bait traps set, was complete. The cost of our annual termite contract is less than half what we were paying ($200 vs. $459) and the quarterly service was also lower ($80 VS $86.50). I called to cancel the service I had for so many years and was told someone was going to call me right away about renegotiating the price. Five days later, I received a call. I wish I had let them quote me a new price just to see how low they would actually go, but I didn't take the time. Pest Solutions is a small, family run business and so far, I am very happy with them!

They were very professional with their work. The estimate was thorough and everything was explained to me. They were able to work with my schedule, and cleaned up after themselves (and probably left the garage cleaner than when they arrived).

It is too early to say if the treatment was a success but we have seen no mice since they came to the house. Coupon made it super affordable. I called them Thursday, they came the next morning. Would highly recommend their service! Sandra

I called the Pest Solutions yesterday after finding them thru Angieslist. I reached the owner, Martin Pollitt. We discussed what was needed -- inspections of 2 houses for termites and an assessment of old termite damage to insure no new infestation. Martin arrived at the properties today (24 hours later); performed inspections; advised me that there was no evidence of existing termite infestations; advised that no action is required at this time; and provided me with a written assessment for my structural engineer. I didn't know any company provides this type of service anymore. Martin -- I am awed at your incredible responsiveness, great customer service, and honesty. I give you a 5 Star Rating. Thank you.

Very nice gentleman that called back fairly quick after leaving a message on a Sunday evening. I called and left a message since I was not sure if he would be able to handle squirrels in the attic. He said that that he was not licensed to handle squirrels since they are listed under small animals and not rodents, but he gave me the contact number of a professional that could handle this.

Martin was prompt, arriving as scheduled the day after I first spoke with him. He explained what he was going to do to eliminate my mice problem. He placed bait traps in my pantry - where I first became aware of the problem - and also placed bait traps and packets in hidden places in the kitchen, basement and garage. He sealed two areas outside where mice might gain access to the house. He will call again in a month to arrange to check for further mice problems. I am very pleased, thus far.

Evaluated the situation. Took appropriate steps. Will return for another 3 months to update any needs and check the situation. Services are guaranteed for 4 months after last visit. Provider was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, a joy to work with. Explained his decisions, was open to questions. I will definitely use this provider if I am in need or any other services.

Vendor was professional in all respects. Arrived when he said he would. Although this is late in the year, I believe we have benefited by the treatment and are less bothered by the insects.

Martin and his grandson at Pest Solutions are the most professional, responsive and nice business men we have worked with. The price of the treatments are incredibly reasonable and better yet, they work wonders! Prior to having our yard sprayed, I was trapped indoors all spring and summer since I would end up with 30+ bites within the hour. Not any more! Our family can now enjoy the entire yard without a single mosquito bite and there are no fears of contracting West Nile Virus while playing fetch with the dog. Martin always sends out an email telling you what day they are coming and if you are having a bbq or outdoor party, they will accommodate so your yard can be mosquito free for the event. This isn't the first company we hired for mosquito control, but it is the only one that has continuously worked and has the best price!
