They did excellent work. They were clean and courteous. I was very pleased with this company and will hire them again in the future.

Part of the repair was covered by a water line insurance policy we have, but the repair also required an upgrade to code inside the house that was not covered. Our out of pocket expense was $450. Bogan's was the contractor chose by the home insurance company.Their knowledge and professional service are excellent. However we had some trouble getting an estimate on the non-covered work. The One Guy who could give it to us was unavailable for a couple of days. This was an urgent situation and we did not trust what felt like a runaround.In the end however the work was done and we were very satisfied with the work itself and the cost. They need to work on responsiveness in the communication area but overall I think the company does a good job.

My hotwater heater went up in the middle of the night on the labor day weekend, I had work the next day and had to be there so when I got to work I started calling plumbers. I called five that listed emergency service but got no respone so I remembered Angies List and I signed up and started looking for plumbers and found Bogans, gave them a call, got a responce from the call center who put me through to a plumer right away. He came out to my house within an hour to look at my hot water heater. He called me from my house to let know what needed to be done,gave me a price, set up a time later that day to come back when I got off work and he got done with his other customers. By the time I was done work and got home he was already there with my oldest son and half way finished. He was great with my dogs, accomadating about my schedule an Took my credit card for payment.

They did a good job. They were efficient and very punctual. I would call them again and recommend them to anyone.

All was fine on the initial appointment. Gentleman came out and performed an assessment and had to order the parts. I asked that the fireplace also be cleaned due to built up soot from the fireplace burning incorrectly (gas fireplace). I personally was not home when the service was performed, however when I returned home I noticed that the back plate of the fireplace had been scratched up, apparently from the attempted cleaning process. In fact it was scratched up all the way to the metal plating. I have made over three attempts to get in contact with the business. I have left voice messages all three times, to no avail. I only wanted an explanation of why the cleaning was not completed and why my calls are not getting returned.

Bogan's Plumbing did a good job. Their prices were much lower than the other estimates we received. They were recommended to us. We were happy with the job they did. They showed up on time.

We heard about this company from a gymnastics team they sponsored about 10 years ago. We had a part break in our plumbing line and they came out to take a look at it. The thing I liked about them is that they didn't try to sell us anything. The first part they installed didn't work, so they used a different part that worked. The workers were both prompt and knowledgeable. Since their visit, everything has worked since. I would use them again in the future.

The initial experience was very good - they were prompt and pleasant. When we asked for same additional pricing due to minor changes we had they responded professionally. However, it was when we had one more addition and question to ask we never got a response back.

Very prompt and courteous service from telephone call to receptionist to service provider that did the work. On 2nd visit I had to wait beyond the expected time due to emergency service that day, but they still arrived within the 2 hour time frame. Same person came on 2nd visit and had a helper. Finished work quickly and efficiently which saved me money. They were neat and left no messes. I would have liked it if they could have had the sealant to use around the new faucet and around the new wire hole in the garage instead of having to do it myself. It was annoying to not know what was wrong with my garage door, but one quick call and I realized it was unplugged. However, this messed up the keyless entry code which could not be prevented. Be careful that pets are confined when any service people are opening and closing doors. Bogan's staff was pretty careful with my cats but one managed to get out the door anyway.

They are a very good company. The owner actually came out to give me the estimate and sent a serviceman the next week. They cleaned out the sump pump area and did a good job. I think that their prices are fair.

They scheduled within a few days and the price was reasonable. They were in and out of here within an hour. They got back to me quickly, I didn't have to beat around the bush trying to get an estimate or response.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the problem. He also pointed out that the bolts which hold my garbage disposal were missing which could have created a future problem. I live in a new home and apparently the plumbing company who was contracted to perform the initial installation overlooked them. I was very impressed with how courteous he was and how respectful he was of my home (ie. he put on booties over his boots and brought in drop clothes). We've had a lot of plumbing issues with our new home. Given the level of quality service that this technician provided, I wish our builder would have contracted with Bogan's to begin with.

Although they advertise 24-hour emergency service, when I called with an emergency, they were unable to provide service until 4 days later.

THIS COMPANY ONLY HAD A FEW WORKERS BUT GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE GOOD THE FIRST TIME.

THEY REPLACED THE ORIGINAL PLASTIC WATER LINE WITH A COPPER LINE. THEY WERE PROMPT IN SUPPLYING SERVICE AND THEY MET THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. PLUMBER WAS ABLE TO DO WORK WITHIN TWO DAYS OF MY TELEPHONE CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF A WINTER FREEZE. WORK COMPLETED PROMPTLY AND QUICKLY. WORKERS WERE POLITE AND KEPT WORK AREA EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN.

THE PLUMBERS CAME TO OUR HOUSE, AND INSPECTED THE TOILET. THEY 'AUGERED' THE TOILET (USED A METAL SNAKE), AND THAT WORKED FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK WHEN IT BECAME CLOGGED AGAIN. THEY CAME BACK AND AUGERED AGAIN.

THE PLUMBER REALLY TOOK HIS TIME TO FIX THIS. HE TURNED OFF OUR WATER, CAREFULLY DRIED THE PIPES, WATCHED FOR THE LEAK WITH A FLASHLIGHT, AND REPAIRED THE LEAK. HE CUT OUT THE LEAKY SECTION AND CAREFULLY DRIED THE PIPES SO HE COULD APPLY GLUE. HE DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL HE WAS CONVINCED THAT THE GLUE WAS DRY AND A TIGHT SEAL.

THE PLUMBER FROM BOGAN'S PLUMBING ARRIVED ON TIME. HE VERY NICELY MADE SURE THAT HE KEPT THE WORK AREA UNDER THE SINK NEAT, AND WAS VERY PRECISE ABOUT REPAIRING THE LEAK. THE SINK HAS NOT LEAKED SINCE HE FIXED IT.
