Had an emergency clog that flooded basement bathroom. Perry came over and we thought he was awesome. He seemed very kind & was happy to help. Got rid of the clog and even fixed our garbage disposal. Forked out a little over $380 but didn’t care because I was relieved things were fixed. Unfortunately Perry didn’t connect the hose back up to our washing machine so when we ran it, our basement flooded even worse. Contacted Perry to see if he had anything to at least help suck the water up and asked if PlumbCrazy covered this sort of thing. He replied and he said “For all I know you moved to clean and left it off.” I promise you we didn’t move anything yet. It definitely wasn’t intentional that it was left off. However, I am very frustrated that something like this can happen and he doesn’t want to take any responsibility for it. Our carpet, my speakers and a few other items were soaked from this incident and now I’m over here wishing I didn’t choose to do business with this company. I hope in the future Perry double checks that he hooked everything back up so no one is left on the situation we are.

Very pleasant company to deal with. Appointment was set for a day and time that worked for me and Tom S., the assigned plumber, was on time and very polite. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and he completed the work in a timely fashion. I have used Plumb Crazy for 20 years and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Called on a Saturday night. Was told that they would be out there Sunday around noon. Was quoted $205 per hour. Did not hear from plumber by 2 o’clock. I called and left a message with plumber. 40 minutes later I called the company and left a message with them. 20 minutes later the plumber called me and said he would be finishing up and we would be next. Two hours later I get a phone call and said he was on his way. When he gets to the house he said the toilet needed to be snaked. He said the charge was $486. We questioned his pricing and he said it was a flat rate. Bottom line, it was still leaking at 9 o’clock at night. Called back and left a message. Plumber called back said he couldn’t come back until Tuesday and that he would have to charge us more.

Very satisfied our technician, Perry. Made sure the fireplace was in working order and even added some material to provide the appearance of embers n our gas log fireplace. Never looked better. Thank you.

We decided to take advantage of free gas line installation from BGE, so we got the multiple estimates from different vendors. PlumbCrazy gave us a fair price, with an itemized estimate, so we could request the work based on our budget. First, they ran the gas line from the meter location and installed the manifold in preparation for inspection from BGE. The plumber was on time and requested the BGE inspection. The test revealed some imperfection in the gas line installation, so PlumbCrazy sent the technician back out directly. After their repairs, we passed the final inspection from the BGE. Then, BGE installed the gas meter line. That done, we got our first gas appliance, a gas stove, and called the company to run the gas line from the manifold and install the stove. Steve kept his original estimate and did great work. I really love working with them. They were nice, on time, and very responsible about their work.

Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM. Was at the house awaiting technician arrival received a business phone call while on that phone call saw two unknown numbers come through my cell at 9:35 and 9:37AM. when business phone call ended at 10 AM I called unknown numbers back and was told the technician needed to verify I was at home before proceeding to the job and since I did not pick up phone calls they moved the technician on to other jobs. When I scheduled this appointment I was never told a technician would call me 30 minutes before arrival. An offer was made to reschedule for the late afternoon however I had taken the morning off for this and had to be in the office in the afternoon. Very poor communication on the company’s part.

Great. Not a large job, but definitely beyond replacing the flapper.

We have had several jobs done over the years and they were always very professional al, knowledgeable and fair.

I have been working on the quote for 3 months with little response to questions. I still do not have a final quote for the work. I am worried that if the sales team is this unresponsive, how will the service be? Will I have a lack of response to service scheduling, showing up on the appointed day, follow up calls? Perhaps it is just one poor sales person, but I don't have confidence in this company.

Great. They actually gave me instructions to fix the valve over the phone. Very focused on providing best value to their clients/future clients. Could have easily not helped me and had an expensive service call. Will be my first call moving forward.

All 4 appointments went very well. As always, they were able to give me appointments in a timely fashion. They came as scheduled and completed the work also in a timely fashion. The techs were friendly and professional. The techs cleaned up after themselves.

Steve Bogan (Plumb Crazy) came out to my house because I called to get a gas line installed to the generator. He was extremely polite. As, we looked around he noticed the pool heater had not been hooked up also. After looking around and figuring what I had on the gas line already and what I needed to hook up. He believed BGE would want me to get a heavier line. I talked to BGE, they needed a form filled out (which Steve helped with). I forwarded that to BGE. It took months to get the design from BGE, because I did need a 2lb. line. I really wanted to get the pool heater hooked up, pool weather was dwindling. Contractors for BGE had to dig from the street to my house. Everytime I was told BGE contractors would be out, I advised Steve - because he was going to hook up the pool heater as soon as BGE contractors installed the new line. I had Plumb Crazy on stand by, and they certainly were ready to go as soon as BGE contractors finished. I appreciated the response I got from them, each and everytime I called just to keep them in the loop. Steve even called the BGE designer to make sure the placement for the meter was put in the right place, and not on the front of the house. I have since then used their plumbing services with delightful results. I suggested them to a friend for their pool heater hook up.

PlumbCrazy, very professional. Tech called before coming, identified the issue and resolution. Very complete inspection would use again.

I placed an emergency service in Sunday afternoon. They showed up in the evening and get the job done.

Each time the techs were knowledgeable and efficient; they saw the problem and solved it quickly and at a *very* reasonable cost. At one point, when the weekend tech-on-call was overbooked (my sump pump died in the middle of the June 2015 rainstorms), he made a simple intuitive suggestion that resulted in the pump regaining power and clearing the 7-12" of water in the basement.

Placed a call to the office, asked to have someone to come to the house and give a quote for some extensive work regarding replacing (3) shower faucets. Advised that we work during the day and are available after 5:00pm Office staff said they could not do that !!! only work from 8-4 basically ( really ). I said that only need to let the plumber in to see the work involved and provide a quote, than can complete the work during regular business hours... Office staff said only way to get a quote was to place a $ 195.00 service call, and then the tech will come after hours to give us a quote !!! you gotta be kidding me, taking my money elsewhere - no service professions here people Avoid Plum Crazy, their crazy !!!!

Two plumbers arrived right on time, were very professional, personable and performed all requested repairs correctly, cleanly and promptly.

He never gave us the estimate we asked for, and so we used another plumber in the area.

The service technician arrived promptly and proceeded to investigate the can control in the fireplace. He informed me at each step and replaced the unit with a new control. Technician also answered my questions regarding a future gas cooktop replacement.

The good thing was that they came and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. This was not an easy problem. I thought there was something wrong with my sump pump because it was running non stop. THey figured there was a leak from blue poly pipes in the front yard. I was skeptical but they were exactly right. They came the next day to dig up the yard and replace the pipes and my sump pump stopped running. It was expensive, but they made the right call.

I believe a quote of $400 was initially given. But when they came out and realized there would be additional work and a permit would need to be pulled the price doubled. This really was not their fault, I think the pool company might have not given them every detail. That is the only reason for a B in price. They did a great job and were very professional, on time, etc. When dealing with gas lines one has to be extremely careful and they were. I would recommend them.
