After calling 4 other plumbers, who had no same day availability, Plumb Crazy was able to come out within a few hours to fix two shower issues. Very professional and reasonably priced. Before the technician left, he asked about my gas fireplace and mentioned they service them as well. I will use Plumb Crazy again for any future plumbing or gas fireplace needs.

The appointment was for 9 AM; the plumber and his helper showed up at 8:55 and stayed for about 2.5 hours. The work was done quickly and efficiently, despite the tight quarters under the sink where the new hardware had to be installed. After the work was completed, I asked the plumber if he would install a new spray head I purchased for the sink, but was never able to get to work without leaking. The plumber quickly installed the new spray head so that it didn't leak. I then asked if there was an additional charge for this service, and he said no, not a problem. Overall, I was very happy with the results. The plumber was punctual, efficient and willing to do a good turn for me. In addition, I thought the price was quite reasonable, inasmuch as the cost of the parts was around $650.00. I would recommend PlumbCrazy without hesitation.

It went very well. Bogans parts department matched an old Jacuzzi pump on the internet and the plumber replaced it very competently. There was also a blown switch and he gave me very good advice (written) on exactly what an electrician had to do to fix the switch. The information was so clear, I was able to order the TinyTrol switch online and install it myself. I have used Bogans for many years to install appliances and replace pipes. Every plumber has been top notch.

I was unable to light our fireplace. Contacted a service which I had used previously. They were also unsuccessful and thought a part was defective that would be difficult and expensive if they acquired it. Next I contacted the service which was listed on the fireplace company website as the local dealer. Response was that new customers could not be taken at this time and suggested Plumb Crazy (Bogan's Plumbing).. Called them on a Friday and set up a service call for the following Friday. Tech arrived at the appointed time. He indicated that a basic service would run $194 less any parts. Fine by me. He spread out a sheet to protect our carpeting and went to work. Within 5 minutes, he had the unit working. He also removed the grate and logs, cleaned them along with the entire enclosure. Cleaning the glass proved a challenge due to heavy stains, but he stuck with it. Then he reinstalled everything per the manufactured instructions. He then gathered up his tools and sheet. Could not tell he had even been there. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thought I was looking at a much larger bill. Will certainly call on them again for the fireplace or any plumbing issues which may arise.

Excellent. I have been dealing with Steve Bogan for 35 years and cannot say enough good things about him and his company. Anytime over the years that I have had a problem they have responded immediately. Totally reliable.

We came home from vacation and saw water damage on the laminate floors. PlumbCrazy came promptly when they said they would, and even called to say they were on their way. Get this... they diagnose the problem and give an estimate. If they don't do the work, you don't owe money. He started work right away and let me know how things were proceeding. He had to cut into the dead space at the corner cabinet, but this was under the sink. I was surprised how small an access hole he required. He made short work of the problem and cleaned up as if he wasn't even there. We had envisioned the opening of walls and costly repairs to the kitchen, but this turned out to be the best case scenario. We would not hesitate to recommend PlumbCrazy to anyone, and to use them again.

They came out and it took them about a couple hours. I'm even 25 miles out of town so i was delighted that they could come out and help us, even with the weather circumstances. The price for the service is fair. I called them after, they even came out to do some extra work, which i was very impressed with.

With the sump pump he was great. With the main line the guy that worked in the house was wonderful. The guy that worked outside was much less wonderful. When we talked to them, he said there's going to be a little hill because the ground has to settle and I understand that. He did our neighbors and told us to take a look. We took a look at it and it looked good. I still have a dirt hill out front. He said when the snow melts we'll come and take a look at it. We haven't called them back yet since the snow is back yet. Two thirds of the guys were professional, but one guy was not.

He could have used a small snake to complete the repair but told me he didn't have one on his truck and the only other way to fix the water pressure problem was to tear into my shower wall, not happening.

We have utilized the services of this plumbing contractor for +10 years and found them to be professional, responsive, and fair.

The company was referred to us by someone in the county water and sewer office. We had been using another plumbing service for a few years and were completely unsatisfied. So we took a chance and used this company. They were fast, efficient, reasonable and best of all, no return trips.

Contractor advised that he would be at the residence at 0830hrs and arrived on time. Did the work and I paid a fair price! Great job Plumbcrazy!!!

As I said above, it went great.

The Plumb Crazy plumber was prompt, thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. He cleaned up the debris from cutting open the powder room ceiling and was very nice about inspecting the whole problem and making recommendations about how and where I should seal the grout and shower fixtures to address the leakage problem. While $125 is not cheap, I felt it was reasonable considering how quickly they were able to schedule us, how thorough they were, and how long the plumber was on site. Overall, I was very pleased.

The plumber arrived on schedule and we (my husband and I) and the plumber went to the unfinished section of our basement to discuss the problem. Matt, the plumber explained to us that it shouldn't take too long and that it was not a difficult job. Approximately two hours later, he came back upstairs and said he was finished and that he checked and rechecked by flushing the toilet and running the shower to make sure it flowed freely. Matt had cut the side of his face while doing this work and we brought him some peroxide and band-aids to clean up the cut. We didn't bother to go to the basement to check the work because we were very concerned about his cut. My husband and I questioned Matt about the work, and he assured us everything was resolved! Well, much later that evening, my husband and I went to the basement area to check the work and we were both in a complete state of shock to say the least. at There was fecal matter sprayed and quot;everywhereand quot; simply and quot;everywhere.and quot; It was sprayed on antique furniture, shelving units, pictures frames, boxes, floor, insulation, etc. I mean everywhere! It took us hours upon hours to clean up and I am certain we missed certain areas. Matt never,never said anything to us about the mess. He even left pieces of pipe with fecal matter dripping from it on the floor and some of the pipe rolled under the shelves. The owner of the company was told, and there has been no response at all from the company. We still find it amazing that we were as kind and gracious to this workman as we could possibly be, and he obviously knew the mess he left behind...not to tell us or explain anything to us is rude, unprofessional and disgusting. We will be certain to never allow anyone from Plumb Crazy or Bogan's (one and the same) into our home again and I would strongly suggest that others think about this as well.

Estimator We requested estimates on the work planned six weeks prior to the job. The estimator was to call back once the estimate was worked up. We had to call to get the estimate for our job. This should have been a red flag In House Staff\ Scheduling kept including the the work for the vanity even though we did not plan to do the work, was planning a day and a half but only needed one day Parts did not obtain the correct washer for the shower and the required the plumber to come back the next day any way Parts did not obtain the toilet seat for our job, and never told us so we had to go out and find one our selves. Again, six weeks prior they did not communicate this to us Plumber The plumber (one) was sent to the job, when we were told two were planned. He did the work His temperament was not very good in the afternoon when we checked in on his progress. He was rude when asked about the missing washer for the shower - his response was we could wait or we could cut a hole in the wall and replace the entire system. In the end he left a mess. water in the cabinets under the sinks and debri in tub and around the sinks. We has used Bogans for work in years past with sucess , This time, we question their abilities. While they did the work we needed, they did not present a quality organization with poor communication and a total lack of customer satisfaction by the plumber and the in house staff

We called at 8:35 am to inquire where the service person was because we were told they would be on-site at 8:30am. The woman whom answered the phone stated we did not confirm appointment. We advised we did not know we needed to confirm an appointment since the person we spoke to a few days earlier said they would be on-site at 8:30am. Plumb Crazy said they would send someone out as we had two major water leaks causing flooding and did not have a water shut off tool. By 9:15am, the contractor was still not there. We called again and they said he was in route and should be there within 10 minutes. He finally arrived at 9:45am. However, when he arrived, he told us he only repairs inside jobs, not outside. We explained that we set this up days ago and had advised the outside pipe was leaking as the water was coming up out of the ground. The contractor turned off the water until someone that had and quot;outsideand quot; experience arrived.

I needed to have a new water line hooked up to a fridge that I purchased. I needed it done right away so that I could get the other appliance out of my kitchen. I got more than I expected in regard to professionalism and customer service.

They were very efficient and very nice to deal with during the job.

They have always been very good. They are reasonable and very professional.

We feel that the price is rather high for the work that they do. I got another estimate from them recently and they were substantially higher than their competitors.

I do not remember how much I spent. I do know that even though the field supervisor did not agree with the office estimator, I was given the lower office price. I needed my well found and the men brought out a backhoe and electric well searching equipment that did not work. They went away and came back the next week with out the backhoe and found the well. Because of its location we decided not to dig it up.
