Description of Work: They were very prompt, and seemed to be knowledgeable. I use them for quarterly maintenance service. Interestingly enough they don't spray inside the house, just outside. The service consisted of putting ant traps outside, spraying something, and knocking down cob webs (lots of spiders where I live). I have no bugs inside the house so might be working but spring has just started.

+ -1 moreHORNETS WERE EXTERMINATED FROM UNDER THE DECK (CRAWL SPACE), AND AROUND ALL OF THE ENTRANCES TO THE HOUSE. ALSO, WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH BARN RATS NEAR THE BACK DECK. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY MORE HORNETS NOR BARN RATS SINCE LAST MONTH'S SERVICE. VERY SATISFIED!
Description of Work: I HAD PREVIOUSLY HAD A CONTRACT WITH FIDELITY THAT PROVIDED QUARTERLY SPRAYING FOR INSECTS AND TERMITES. HOWEVER, I HIRED THEM FOR AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE. THEY TOOK CARE OF AN INFESTATION OF GROUND HORNETS, AND SMALL RODENTS NEAR THE HOUSE.
