Description of Work: |The door rollers were replaced with new. The existing tracks were lubed. Lock mechanism lubed and tightened. The tracks upon which the rollers ran were bent about 1 1/2" out of alignment due to door jam-ups in the distant past (5+ years). These were straightened out with some tools and good strength. The springs and safety wire running through the springs were tested and found to be in good shape, as I had replaced them about 7 years ago. The basic offer to lube and replace rollers was for $99. I spent an additional $50. to repair/straighten the roller tracks. That alone took about a half hour of steady work. Well worth the whole package for a 33 year old garage door. I should get an additional five years out of the door.

Paul is a meticulous detail person, easy to deal with and an excellent communicator.The 3 garage doors had received very little maintenance since 1992 and were badly in need of major repairs, including new openers; exterior key pad; hardware replacement; and removal/replacement of old rubber seal from the bottom of each garage door where it touches the ground. Our old openers were not up to code and a safety hazard. Everything provided and installed by Paul works like a charm and our 3 garage doors are now fully up to code. Paul Longo is one of the top 3 contractors we, as homeowners for many years, have ever dealt with. We recommend him most highly and without hesitation.
Description of Work: Paul repaired three garage doors that were 22 years old and installed new automatic openers for each.

Our door opens with ease now by hand since having all ball bearing rollers, springs, lift cables and pulleys replaced and they gave us a 3 year warranty at no additional charge. Our garage door motor now has safety features that we did not have with our old system and we also have a keyless entry. Thank you for the exceptional service!
