Premier Garage Door Service

Not well. I called them they called me back not when I asked them to. They would leave a message and then when I called them back I could not get intouch with them. Even with intervention by Angie's List I never was able to schedule an appointment and I never got my money ($100) back. Very frustrating. Updated 7/5/2023 Not well!! I have been trying for over a year and a half to get the owner to call me but we have yet to make contact. I have left several messages he has tried to call (I'll give him that but never follows through when I return his call. Playing alot of phone tag but with poor communication in between.

It went very well. I was willing to wait for this company given my prior experience. They were very busy and could not provide the repair service when initially requested. That was not a problem for me. I wanted these repairs to be done by Premier! They are excellent and the service was terrific! They are best value!

Mr. Longo did an excellent job. I had originally contracted just to have a garage door tune-up but I was so impressed with his efficient work that I also asked him to replace the garage-door electric motors as well. I recommend him highly.

Great....whole job took a little over an hour, I learned about all the parts and how to maintain them.

Very well. Wheels and cables were replaced. Moving parts were lubricated and condition of springs and other parts were assessed. I was instructed how to take care of the door and moving parts. All cracking noises and groans are gone. Good job.

They never showed and never returned my call.

The quality of the work done was excellent, and the door now opens and closes very smoothly. Also, he was willing to use springs and other parts that I had already purchased, which saved on the cost. Overall, a great job at a reasonable price.

I will probably not use the Angie's List deals that are emailed to me.

It went well! After inspection the worker/owner suggested that the rollers and springs needed to be replaced and he came up with an additional cost of $200.00. I agreed and the whole project including replacing the rollers and springs and adding the new lift took about 1 and 1/2 hours. So total cost was $625.00 instead of $425.00 but it works great and I have a remote now that I did not have before. Cost was just a little high, but very good work!

Outstanding: very responsive, came out quickly to give an estimate and to return a day later to install. Technician was on time, very friendly and left the area in immaculate condition.

The provider never returned any of my phone calls, nor did they contact me through Angie's List message center according to Angie's List rules for the provider.

Paul was prompt, personable and effecient.

Everything went very well. I called them after purchasing and they were able to come the very next day. They were so courteous. They also did a follow up call to make sure everything was in working order after the repair.

Fantastic! Outstanding value based on the Angie's special!! This is the professional that everyone should use - and I will use in the future! He not only did what was required but his superior service saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs because he replaced parts that were about to fail and cause serious damage to the door, house, and cars below. I give this company my highest endorsement.

One small thing with the safety eyes needed to be fixed. They came out as soon as they could and didn't charge for a service call and fixed the problem. I love them, they will now be my garage door people for life. Paul and Andrea were both awesome.

Paul showed up on time, was professional, very knowledgable, completed the work on time and cleaned up when finished. Very happy with the work.

It didn't go so well but it wasn't his fault; it was mine. He came out for a pre inspection and we had a lot of stuff stored in the garage and we tried to connect with him to get things cleaned out and it wasn't good timing and the time ran out and I didn't do anything after that. He was nice enough though. He didn't get to fix the actual problem with the door. We tried to clean out the garage by having garage sales and so on but what he said he needed to do, we didn't have that kind of money. It was like almost $400. We had problems with my social security and so on. We never got to get that done. When we had the garage cleaned out he wasn't available and when he was available we didn't have the garage cleaned out. He came out within a week or 2; tops. There were no extra charges. He only got to look at the door and tell me what I needed which were new sensors among other things.

came, estimate, updated spring, rollers in one door. wrote up invoice for $350. I paid him, asked me to make check out to him, not ompany, charged $350.00 in addition to the Angie's special I had bought. I would prefer to write a check to the company for my records. one problem, when I was initially contacted in July, the company wanted to come at 8:30 a.m. or 6:30 p.m. on the weekend. The offer did not state the work would have to be done on the weekend. on the Cape, weekends in the summer are times to spend with company or resting from a week of work. finally, in September, after many phone calls and emails from the company, she offered to do the work during the week. If it had been an option, I would have cancelled the work. The experience might have been less stressful for someone whose day job isn't stressful but that isn't my situation. In the future, I will look for a company where I can look at my calendar, schedule a day, get an estimate, get the work done, and pay. I would share the updated review to correct my prior review which may have been a bit harsh.

False Advertising. They asked us in the email, what would be the three times that would work and since then, I hadn't heard anything from them. I do not want to do business with a company like that.

He was prompt and efficient and finished in a timely manner. He let me know ahead of time what was needed and how much it would cost.

He tuned it up, greased the wheels, etc. It is more quiet than it was before, but what I found annoying was that I paid for a tune up with the coupon, but he hit me up for $75 labor, after the fact, without ever telling me there would be an additional charge. I find this typical of these big deals.

I called five or six times and emailed numerous times to schedule an appointment. No response for weeks. I finally got an email 2 days ago that said "Unfortunately due to the lack of request for the big deal in your area and the fact that you are greater than our coverage area we can either honor the deal at a later date when we have more request or have angies refund your purchase." I called them before I ever purchased this "deal" and was assured that they did in fact service my remote area of Cape Cod. No customer wants to be ignored...their complete lack of response to my queries was not acceptable at all.
