They are professional and do a good job. I would recommend them. I did have some billing issues with them as they would leave the bills at my house- but it is a vacation home so I wouldn't get them despite asking them to mail to my home address. Other than that, I have no complaints. Don't know how they compare in price to others but they seem reasonable.

They give me lots of details. My wife and I had 6 more children so we were concerned about using low impact, least amount of chemicals on our lawn, organic when we can. They work with us. They give us lots of detail about what they use. They are very responsive. They are extremely good and a pretty good value for money as well. Organic and low chemical pest and lawn care tends to be a bit more expensive than Scott, but it is worth it.

I first contacted Simply Safer Lawn Care via their website. I received a response within a few hours. Chris (our sales rep) was so wonderful. He visited our home and measured everything without us being there (which saved me a lot of time) and he called and emailed with estimates immediately. He was so pleasant and nice to work with. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company just for his customer service. There was a little confusion with booking the actual service but that was of no fault of his. Thank you Safer Lawn and I can't wait for our lawn to grow in.

Requested aerating and reseeding in the Spring as opposed to Fall because we have too many leaves in late Fall and raking would destroy any reseeding at that time. Reseeding worked, but bare patches were evident. They only offered to reseed again if we paid additional. Otherwise, I was very pleased with mosquito control, grub control, lime and fertilizing. Overall, the lawn improved and I'll probably have them come back next year.

Our front yard was basically a crabgrass farm last August when they started treating it. By late October, as the season ended, we had a very attractive lawn. This spring, things came up beautifully. They are very responsive to inquiries. Very satisfied with the service and with the pricing.

Not sure how effective the magic garlic juice is for the ticks/mosquitos. But the lawn treatments do a good job controlling weeds without too many chemicals used.

Their price included a whole year's worth of fertilization, grub protection and all that. I learned from a neighbor that it is pretty much an easy do-it-yourself trick. It doesn't take too much effort or skill to go and buy the fertilizer and put it on your lawn. The price for them to come out and do it and to make sure that everything is right is equivalent to whatever it costs you to purchase it at a home improvement store. I can have a service come out here and make sure it's done at the proper times and that everything is looking okay and it would cost the same as if I went and spent all the time myself and picked up the product myself and bought it at a cheap store. They were nice guys and they did quality work. They were responsive. They did talk to me quickly. They were actually backed up enough that they had some time management issues. They were a few hours late. When they were going to do some work, I wanted to be around with the new sprinkler system and talk to them about some things. We had scheduled an approximate time. I had to call them a few times and get hold of them and they just ended up being multiple hours late. They were just way behind. They were very nice when they got here.

I like the fact that they are willing to work with my lawn and yard man. Once I started using this company, my lawn has improved noticeably. I am on a schedule during the warmer months.

Ok services of above. The problem came with the aeration/over seeding. Warning to all that read...the aeration machine was not "cleaned" from a prior yard. My health lawn became a total yard of bent grass. I complained and was told "all yards have bent grass!" A few weeks after the aeration my "good" lawn, which had no bent grass, was entirely covered in bent grass!!!!

Since they started applying the natural spray treatments to our lawn every three weeks this summer, we haven't seen any tics. In the past, they have been a real problem as well as a health hazard to us and to our pets. This company is very professional and good although they do not come on an exact schedule. I think they might be a little pricey but it's wonderful that we have had a tic-free summer.
