Simply Safer Lawncare has exceeded my expectations. I have used this company for 4 years now and my lawn looks amazing. They are very responsive when I call with questions and always send out a technician when I have areas that need attention. I have called them several times to move around scheduled treatments based on situations and they always reschedule and make it work. I highly recommend both their products (safer for the kids - less pesticides) and their responsive customer service.

We used this company a few years ago and had a good experience. This year they came out and gave us a quote for a lawn program. We paid in advance for the aeration/overseeding and all the fall lawn treatments and then never heard back from the company. After a few weeks we called the business line and the owner/manager's cell phone and he never called us back. We called both more than once and even told the receptionist that we were going to have to cancel the service and ask for a refund and he did not call us back. Finally we cancelled the service and asked for a refund. Now it's probably too late to hire someone else. Very disappointing.

First treatment was delivered on time and appears to be effective. Four more applications anticipated throughout the summer

We are huge fans of Simply Safer Lawn Care. We bought our house 6 years ago and our yard was overrun with ticks--one of my children contracted Lyme disease within a month of moving in. We worked with Simply Safer to create a plan that rid our yard of ticks but still allowed our kids to play outside safely without too many chemicals. We use their services for aeration, weed and grub control, and other maintenance throughout the growing season, and our lawn looks great. The service technicians are always thorough and pleasant. This is a great company to work with.

Excellent company, very professional from the office staff to the servicemen that complete the work. I have used them for over a year and my lawn looks great. Very well, very professional and left be extra half bag of seeds for an area that still have some hardscaping work l.

They managed the mosquitoes and ticks well, however the lawn looked awful. We had a brand new sod lawn, and after three months it was full of crab grass and nearly dead. Plus our back lawn looked the worst it has ever looked.

We keep using them because they are good. Not too expensive compared to others.

They use all organic materials. They also do mosquito and tick prevention and they use all non-insecticides, just natural. Yesterday was $40. Today was $42.50. It really works because all summer we haven’t had a mosquito and my dog that uses the yard, no ticks. I can’t complain about them. If you have a problem like last time, they come right back out if you have a problem and they do it for free. They always call before they come.

I'm cautiously pleased and waiting for the final product before final judgement. The review will be updated after I have had more time with the service. I had a barren back yard (cleaned, tilled and raked before the seeding) and a weed-filled, spotty side and front lawn. They have been hydro-seeded by Simply Safe and I will receive regular lawn care including fertilizer, weed control, lime, etc. I was super excited about this company because they have local roots and my contact Mike has been a great communicator and ensured that the customer service will be A+ (customer service is really important to me.) However, this is the reason I'm cautiously pleased. No fault of Mike, the gentleman who installed the hydroseed, was not properly prepared and did not have enough seed to complete the job. He initially said he would return to hand seed the large swaths of land that were not hydroseeded. I called Mike and after a bit of back and forth, he informed me that they would not be able to return with the hydroseed but he would return with compost and seed and personally finish the incomplete job. I hesitantly agreed, fortunately, Mike called the next day to let me know he was able to get me on the next day's schedule for a completion of the yard by hydroseed as that is what I paid for and should get. I was pleased to see that they did return and hydroseed the missing areas. However, I had to call Mike and make him aware that the new hydroseed was a lot thinner than what had been done earlier in the week and I hope this was intentional to the lawn's benefit and not for the benefit of the company's profit margin. I will hold final judgement until I see the final results. Despite a few unfortunate issues that called for uncomfortable conversations, Mike has continued champion for the customer and ensure I'm receiving the A+ service he promised and I'm confident that I'll be raising this review to a 5-star with lots of great pictures and feedback!

The price was right in line with everybody else.

Their products work and they're not toxic.

They call/message before coming out and come when they say they will come. They offer a discount for prepaying for the year. They use environmentally safe products and offer additional treatments and overseeing. My approximate cost includes some of these additional treatments for winter moths, poison ivy etc.

Fine, we pay annually and they come the number of times they are contracted to come.

The salesman spent a lot of time with me to answer my questions, as I was skeptical of organic treatments and whether they would get the results I wanted. He also spent time setting realistic expectations given my lawn was brand new. They had hydroseeded in the Fall, but with modest success given we had little rain that season. I decided to given them one more opportunity this Spring to work on my lawn. They came and overseeded, aerated, fertilized, and put lime down. Overall, I have been pleased with the results. I was fairly disciplined in my watering (based on their guidance). My grass has come in quite full for the first season, and is starting to look the way I ultimately want it to. They have been out to my house twice now as part of my plan, and on both occasions they have been punctual and left detailed documents at my door as to the services performed. They are probably not the cheapest provider, but so far, I am pleased with their service.

They tried to use environment-friendly products. I like the fact that they were environmentally friendly versus some of them that use more chemicals in their applications. I think they weren't aggressive about selling me other stuff and they do recommend things but they weren't aggressive about it. They had a very professional staff. I think they're pretty average on price.

I really like this company alot. They are a little pricey, but the product they use is organic. So it is safe for my animals and children, which I really like. The employees are professional, responsive, and very nice.

Called ahead to let me know they were coming, showed up lawn looks great.
