We were very satisfied. They seemed to do good work last year, and this year it seems there are more mosquitoes, and I don't know if that has to do with them or the environment. We renewed this year, and they last came 3 weeks ago. We specifically use them for mosquitoes, although I know they do other things as well. This year we found it to be a little less effective, but last year, we found that it went really well, and we had no problems with mosquitoes. They call ahead of time to let us know what time they will be there. The technician comes, and we don't have to be home. He sprays and leaves the invoice. I like that I can make online payments, and it is very easy. I like that they give you the option to save money if you prepay for more than one visit at a time. We find the price to be very reasonable.

I've had excellent service from them. I've been suing them for four years. They use organic pesticide so it is safe for children and pets.

I used them last year as well and everything has been pretty good. However the grub proofing was a little expensive.

We have been incredibly happy with the service provided by Simply Safer Lawn Care. We started using the company about a year ago to treat our lawn and control mosquitoes, ticks and household pests. Our home was new to us, and it was clear that the previous owners neglected the lawn. Considering the bad shape of our lawn to start, we are impressed with the progress. We no longer have huge bald patches and are starting to control the weeds. Can't wait to see how the lawn looks next season. These guys are reliable, prompt and professional. We'll definitely continue to use their services.

They're very good and they're very reliable. They do exactly what I wanted them to do. I have a yearly contract with them and I've been with them for 3 years. I'm very happy with them and I guess the price is very competitive. They sure have a high quality and they always come when they said they would. I'm a regular user and so I would use them again.

Very good company to deal with. Employees are polite and courteous and will always take the time to answer any questions you may have.

We used Simply Safer for our large suburban lawn two years ago, and were very happy with their service. We cancelled our service at the beginning of last year after a job loss, but we just recently hired them again. We tried to do the fertilization ourselves, but after doing all the research and buying organic products from our local garden center, we found that we were spending just as much money as before, with less than stellar results. Simply Safer is simply worth it! For the folks who have used them only a few times and then given up -- organic lawn care takes time and patience. We had a very poor lawn with weeds outcompeting the grass and nutrient-deficient soil. Over the course of the year that we used them, our yard had never looked better, and it was improving each month. I'm excited to have them bring it back again!

They were prompt and always showed up. When I called to address concerns with my lawn as i was starting to see areas where i could see thinning lawn and pull the grass right out. This was not present in my lawn prior to their service. They would come out and look at it and tell me they were going to take care of it. However my lawn concerns only grew. Now that the snow has gone I inspected my lawn and it is in worse shape than it was last spring. I would never use them or recommend this company.

I would highly recommend them and they are very, very good. They are very reliable and they show up when they say they are going to and if anything comes up, they are very accommodating.

I use them mainly because I want organic fertilizer- I don’t want many chemicals. They are very receptive and I’ve liked their service so far!

They are more expensive because they use safer chemicals. I would say they did a regular job same as anybody else that I have had expect that I just didn't think they killed the weeds in trying to give a safer product, but on the other hand I don't think it was effective. Spending more money and I am getting less value so I am actually going to switch this year. I don't like to say anything negative about the people or their work ethic or anything else I just don't think the chemicals were effective. I was probably always at work when they did their job I have communicated couple of times over the phone. I would not use them again.

I think in the end I would try and use someone other than Simply Safer Premium Lawn Care. While we were a fan of using organic lawn fertilizer due to having small children, but the lawn ended up having more weeds. It was like it wasn't working out for us or we didn't get enough treatments as far as the package. We were trying to be somewhat economical too. In the end I think we ended up with more weeds, so we are thinking of switching to TruGreen or Scott's.

The treatment wasn't very effective because I had a lot of grub damage after their visit. Furthermore, the technician applying the treatment didn't follow the proper procedures. They also promised to do a free follow up treatment in the spring if there was any evidence of grub damage, but they failed to do so.

The first year, 2011, was fine. Service was performed as expected in a timely manner, although the lawn did not really look any better than before. In May of the second year, 2012, I mentioned to the service person that the back yard looked thin, and I thought the front and side yards, a different type of grass, looked as though they were dying. I was told to water more. By July I said I thought parts of the front and side yards were dead. I was told to water more. Service reports did not mention my concerns. By the end of the summer, the supervisor (?) came by and acknowledged parts of the lawn seemed dead. In fact, you could pick up large areas of it, and the backyard was definitely thin where it was not bare. In the fall, I emailed several times with the company's owner who has never taken any responsibility for the damage or even the lack of response to the fact that it was happening. When pushed, he said the damage was due to the lack of snow and the type of grass. I have lived in my house over 30 years and never had a problem with the lawn. There are vague suggestions that they will help me this spring to find someone to replace the lawn in the front and side yards and put loam and seed in the back. There has definitely been no indication that they will pay even part of the cost of replacing my lawn.

We employed Simply Safer last year. We have dogs and wanted only natural applications. We were very happy with their service last year. However, this year, if we hadn't prepayed, we would have fired them already. We had the following issues: 1. They left our yard gate open where we let the dogs run.2. They put tick tubes (with non-organic insecticide) right inside our yard so our dog got one and was chewing on it. When I called - very upset about this - the individual I spoke to was absolutely infuriating - he probably never had dogs he loved. I made them come and remove every one.3. They are supposed to come monthly and spray for mosquitos. Last month they didn't show up until I called 3 times. This left us and company batting at mosquitos during our July 4th holiday. This month I had to call as well. They call us and tell us they are coming tomorrow and never show up. After our experiences this year, I would never recommend this company.

Because of their Safe Lawn name they have organic fertilizer treatment so that we can go out in the yard right after the treatment.

We have been really happy with their service. They keep their appointments and show up when they say they will their customer service is great.

The guys were not punctual and they weren't very good about returning my wife's phone calls. They overseeded and the machine sprayed sticky seeding stuff all over my wooden fence, the side of my house, the side of my car, and my kid's toys. It took a full year for the stuff to wash off my fence. When they came back to fertilize, weeds sprouted up all over my lawn. Ultimately, my lawn looked significantly worse after hiring these guys.

I dislike that they're slow on responding now that I've paid for my service. I do like that they follow through with their service. My overall experience with them has been good. I would use their services again in the future.
