Description of Work: We have contracted with Simply Safer annually since 2007 for organic lawn fertilizer, lime, aeration & overseeding, and pest control. In that time, our lawn has grown thicker and stronger to naturally crowd out weeds. They fertilize 5 times a year, lime twice (very acid soil here), and overseed in the fall. A few years ago, we added tick tubes and monthly spraying with a garlic mixture for ticks and mosquitoes--very effective. They always call to say they are coming, cheerfully reschedule if needed, and respond promptly if I call with a question or a new request. We have never had any problem or complaint, so I am happy to recommend the company. They offer these services a la carte, but by prepaying the annual contract, we get a 10% discount.

Description of Work: We use them for our annual fertilizing needs and just added mosquito control spraying for our yard. So far so good and after 3 years, our grass looks better than ever. I like that we can prepay and not worry about calling them to schedule anything.

Description of Work: The price is for a whole program. They did not apply the wheat gluten for weeds which should have been the first application of the program. I called 4 times about the dandelions and the technician never called back. They started the program with an application of organic fertilizer. I am not sure if I would use this company again. I want to stay with an organic program for the sake of my dog and the environment.

Description of Work: We had them in the fall and in April they came back for weed and grub treatment. When we returned on April 30th my lawn looked horrible, weeds galore. I called on Friday May 2nd to voice my complaint and as of today, May 12th, have heard nothing. I called and told them to terminate any further treatment. I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor communication for not calling back or responding to me.
