Terry cleaned carpets in my daughter's recently purchased home. Each room was cleaned and deodorized perfectly. As always, Terry was prompt, responsive, thorough and reasonably priced.

Terry came to my house to give me a quote on my smelly rug. He took my rug that day and quoted me a price for cleaning and us picking it up when it was done. Issues with the rug required numerous cleanings and then Terry dropped off our rug for us. He only charged us the price he originally quoted even though thework was at least 5 times as much as he thought it would be. Terry was great, very professional and helpful. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

He is very good at spot removal. He is neat, clean, efficient, and on time. He is wonderful. They come and clean and put little blocks under everything. They do not use water. I have used him for years and have recommended him to several other people.

I've used him for over 10 years. He does a perfect job every time. I never worry. He's very friendly and professional. He's always on-time. I'd only use him.

The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Terry discussed my requirements with me and gave me recommendations on what I needed and didn't need and provided a detailed estimate. He did an outstanding job on all the carpets. In fact, the one carpet I thought was ready for replacement looks so good now, we'll get at least a few more years! He moved furniture and did some additional spot cleaning of area rugs. I am thrilled with the results!!

After reading the reviews, I called Terry and scheduled an appointment to clean up 7 area rugs including an oriental one. He gave me the estimate over the phone and sounded very nice. He showed up few days later as scheduled. He was very pleasant, professional, and a nice person in general. He didn't mind me watch him as he went about doing his work. The end result was very good. I would definitely use Terry's services again. By the way, this is the first time that I hire someone without getting several quotes, but like I said, after I read the reviews, that little voice told me to call him.

The company responded quickly to our request for an estimate. Repele was an excellent choice: the cleaner was polite and prompt. He explained the process well, let us know approximately when the carpets would be dry, provided shoe covers until they were safe to walk on and supplied us with spot cleaner for future stains. The price was competitive, if not the lowest we received. All-in-all a painless procedure.

Terence was very responsive to a phone call asking to speak with him. He established a date to come look at the job and then was able to quote a price. We agreed on a day for the service and the team quickly an dneatly coompleted the job as described and within budget.

I would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and polite. I think they have done the best job. They are environmentally conscious. They are just very respectful of your property. I would definitely use them again in the future too.

Terry is excellent! This was our second time using him - he's always on time, professional, helpful, and courteous. And, he's committed to using the most environmentally-friendly products because they're also the most human-health-friendly products. Considering he works with these chemicals all-day, every day, he only uses stuff that's safe for him, and for his customers. The carpets looked great when he was done, and he gave us tips on how to maximize the life of the carpet (regular vacuuming) and told us about anything that may not look OK (turns out we had some burn marks on the carpet that looked like spots.) I was thrilled to have the sofa cleaned. He came back a couple months later to do the sofa, and it needed the cleaning! The chenille was a little stiff after being cleaned, but after a few hours of use, it was back to normal and I'm happy to know we're sitting on a clean piece of furniture. We'll definitely use him again!

Contacted Terry (the owner) on a Sun. and he was here Tues. a.m. He was polite, professional -- a delight to deal with. He spot treated all the carpets and THOROUGHLY cleaned them. They looked great when he was done. He was able to move much of the furniture so he could clean underneath. He also left me with a bottle of awesome carpet spot treatment stuff. I have used several other carpet cleaning companies int he past but Repele has been by far the best!

Terry was great to work with. He came out to the house to assess the job, provided a written estimate, and arrived when he said he would. Everything looks and smells great!

Arrived right on time and worked hard to get the coffee stain out. When the stain woudn't come out, I was disappointed but not upset, since it had admittedly been sitting for a long time. But then out of the blue, the owner contacted me a few weeks after the initial cleaning, asking if he could come back and try a different treatment, no additional charge. The owner came back the same day that he called, and was able to remove the entire stain. The carpet looks fantastic, and I was impressed with how proactive he was with making sure that I was completely satisfied.

Terry was fantastic and I'm thrilled with the results! He was perfectly on time for our consultation and the actual service date. He was very calming, professional, and I was very comfortable having him in our home. He was knowledgeable about the type of carpet we had and the best way to work with it. He did a great job on our stairs and carpets. Normally, they're a nice tan color. But, after winter, they were gray/charcoal with dirt and salt! So, he used his cleaners (which are eco friendly!) to get them back to clean. It took about 1.5 days for the hall to dry out because we don't have any air flow. So we had to open up the front door, but it then dried quickly. The smell of the cleaner wasn't overpowering, and smells like Febreeze. And, we have cats, and he confirmed that it's safe for pets, so I was happy. He also gave us tips on how to better maintain the carpet during the rest of the year (vacuuming, etc.) And, when he was here, he was sure to check that his van wasn't blocking the neighbors. We'll definitely re-hire him for next year or whenever we need the cleaning!

Professional, prompt, complete. Removed stains from carpets previous cleaners failed to remove--coffee, shoe polish.

They call you right back if you leave a message. They always come when they said they will be there. They were very courteous when they were working.
