Description of Work: They removed snow and ice from the roof. Three men were there for less than two hours and they charged me $1400. I left two phone messages for Ben Connell with follow up questions, but he did not return either call. They were responsive and removed a lot of ice and snow from two portions of the roof, but I feel like I paid too much. Also, I would have liked to get some advice on how to mitigate the problem in the future (ice melt socks, other areas of the roof susceptible to ice damns, was the caulking around the sky light an issue, etc.). Finally, it would have been nice to get a return call. I suspect Ben didn't return my call because he has been inundated with emergency calls due to the storm.

 + -1 moreTHEY KNEW HOW CONCERNED WE WERE ABOUT THE SNOW CAUSING DAMAGE TO OUR HOUSE AND CAME BY VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE PROMPT, CAREFUL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ALSO MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR HOW TO AVOID THE SITUATION IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME BY TWICE LAST WINTER TO REMOVE SNOW FROM OUR ROOF, WHICH WAS CAUSING ICE DAMS.
